Great place. I own five reptiles from them and each one has a great temperament and healthy. Great quality in feeders as well never had any issues. Every employee is always attentive to my needs and wants. Would recommend this store to anyone in the hobby.

Absolutely amazing place with people that really care about the animals they sell. They are knowledgeable and happy to help. We just got our first Bearded dragon and they were so patient and answered all our questions. Gave all the knowledge we needed and were awesome. There was absolutely no pressure and they made sure we were comfortable. If your looking for a new pet beyond the ordinary I can't recommend these people enough! Also Char, Char is the most chill Dragon we have ever met.

Recently went there to check it out. I found it recently after googling for reptile stores when I was board. They have lots of materials for all kinds of reptiles and amphibians. I strongly recommend checking this place out. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you have a question feel free to ask them. Very knowledgeable people. This place is just getting stared and is expanding day by day. Overall check the place out! I recently came back to this store for fun and I saw that there selection has grown a lot! They carry most dry goods, foods, and driftwood! If you want to know what they have in stock feel free to call them where they will tell you everything. I got a nice piece of driftwood for my betta tank. Prices are excellent and selection is excellent!

This is by far one of the best places for the hobby that i know, have purchased multiple animals from here all are healthy and amazing, the people here are very knowledgeable and honest with keeping, and the employees all help each other with knowing their strengths in the hobby. The selection is amazing and the zoo had tons of cool and fun animals, prices are fantastic too! by far 100/10 experience would recommend to anyone who loves the hobby

Great new reptile store! My daughter needed some supplies for her snake and they had everything we needed in stock. Big selection of reptiles of all kind and some very unusual and rare breeds that we’ve never seen before. They have live and frozen food too. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! We will definitely be back!

Went in here this past Friday when we came down from Milwaukee and it was well worth the trip. The staff was beyond knowledgably and very helpful. My wife who is very interested in reptiles thought it was the best store she's been to or heard about. I like they give you the option to buy the entire set up with animals instead of finding it on your own and struggle with the set up.

A great local shop, highly recommended over the big box chains. As a plant person, I recently got into Paludarium's. I know this shop recently opened and is focused mainly on reptiles, but they have a great assortment of supplies that are common for all terrariums, vivariums, paludariums, etc... The owner/staff have been very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to returning for more supplies and critters when I'm ready to stock my new tank.

I can not say enough good things about this place and the staff there. Each person we spoke with (3 different people) was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We purchased 3 white tree frogs and a customized enclosure that looks like it belongs in a zoo. They answered every single question we had, and again, when we called back and again when we called back after that, lol. I really hope this place gets the attention and respect that they deserve and that they show their customers. If you're even remotely considering getting a frog, reptile, snake or spider, do yourself a favor and check it out.

This place is amazing! Although they haven’t been open long they truly have the best variety of reptiles and other animals. I have yet to find a store that sells really cool animals like this. You can tell they know what they’re talking about and that all the animals are healthy and well taken care of. Well worth the drive from milwaukee. Picked up a cute little jumping spider and a Asian spiney toad. Great people and pets, I wish them all the success and I’ll be back for more!

I had been looking for a place closer to home and found this place. The gentleman there was amazing, open and friendly. It's a new business, but the guy was knowledgeable and definitely not a newbie. All the habits are set up beautifully and animals are all healthy. They also have quite the variety of different reptiles. We will definitely be coming back, and from one reptile owner to another, I absolutely recommend this place.

I love this place! All of the animals enclosures are clean and perfectly suit their needs.The store employees are all extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to help with any questions. Additionally, a few months ago I purchased a Blue-Eyed Leucistic Colombian Rainbow Boa from here and it has been a joy to own. It has an amazing temperament, eats every time, and is very healthy. BioDome has become my go to store for all things reptile related!

We had the best time with a birthday party for my son. There was a good variety of reptiles and even a tarantula! John was great with the kids and knowledgeable! 10/10 I highly recommend BioDome for a great birthday experience!

Josh was incredibly well informed, helpful and patient. His information was fantastic not just about how to create a habitat that looked and functioned like a slice of nature but also regarding the care and needs of the specific animals/insects within each environment. Very impressive and worth the drive. Edit to add: 9/12/23. I've been back several times since my first visit and never been disappointed. Today was exceptional. I saw animals I've only read about or never even heard of before. A Mata Mata turtle was available for purchase as was a Giant Asian Toad. Great fun and a new experience every time with Josh being as exceptionally patient and helpful as ever.

Educated shop owners/staff. Great prices. Amazing variety of inventory for all your needs. Some local bread animals. Treated my teen with respect and spent time talking to her. She bought a Crested Gecko, his name is Larry, and he is going to be so spoiled.

Just visited this brand new shop! The staff are very friendly, and very knowledgeable. They even showed us around. The animals look very healthy and well taken care of. Looking forward to seeing their education center all set up with its permanent residents.

I'm so pumped this place exists -- they just opened shop less than a month ago they said. Not only the reptiles but the quality of the setups including the wide variety of invertebrates cleaning the tanks (isopods, beetles, millipedes, etc), plants, and substrates on display and for sale are really amazing quality. I took my three kids and Sam was awesome showing them around and really educating on the total ecosystems. Highly recommend to anyone that keeps reptiles or in my case, mainly fish, and is interested in branching out a bit more. I'll be coming back in when they get their next shipment of natural cork which they sell by the pound. These are amazing all natural cork bark strippings that my crested gecko is going to love crawling through. I picked up some substrate and drainage layer stuff too. I'm eying the Pac Man frogs they have as well! This has to be a new weekly stop but my house might start getting out of control!

We just stopped by for some cork for our crested gecko but we ended up leaving with lots of new information! The staff is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions! They have a wide selection of habitats and really educate you on bio active habitats. We will definitely be coming back!!
