Love the interior design. Really like living at the castle. Love it so much!. Super clean, classic and very comfortable. Easy to access, easy to get food as it is same building, and very friendly staff. So shame i had to leave earlier due to early flight. But will come back next time. The host vinaah very helpful and check on us time to time. Very good experiences to stay . Definitely will come back again.

Best of the best place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. From location to room to service provided is just superb! Rooms amenities is just awesome, first time staying in such apartment and was provided with free flow minibar amenities, complimentary laundry service and they also provide power bank for guest to bring and use out of the apartment. And for the ladies don't be worry about your hair as they also provide dyson hairdryer with fully equip..!! 🥰🥰🥰 The after service provided is also superb. Our one-night stay at this hotel was simply wonderful! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our short stay memorable. The hotel exuded a sense of luxury with its pristine cleanliness and elegant ambiance, truly worth the price. The added bonus of being able to watch Netflix and YouTube made our downtime even more enjoyable. We left with a great impression and are already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for a delightful experience!

Amazingly beautiful room aesthetics. Walls, floors and furniture are all so uniquely put together. Thoughtful details too, such as 1)Toilet and bathroom is separate. Saves time if 2 ppl to a room, and ensures hygiene is maintained. 2)Hook outside the bathroom to hang wet towel instead of throwing it over the bathroom door rail. 3)Toilet flush button is at the bottom so you can lightly tap it with your foot instead of using your hands . 4)4 choice of water flow in the shower, including rain shower. 5)Starbucks mugs! 6)Daily refill of large water bottles, coffee and biscuits. 7)Dyson hairdryer. Convenient to go down to the mall for food and shopping. There is an in-house staff who can help you if urgent help required. Naming it the “Sea View Room” is actually a little off because you can barely see the sea (shown by black arrow in balcony photo). Overall such a pleasant stay!

Superb comfort stay. Everything was so good. Place is very clean and convenient which is next to Sabah biggest shopping mall. Very prompt customer’s service. My stay comes with free laundry which is nice. However I do suggest to fold the clothes before return to the quest. Other than that all is so perfect until you can’t find any complaints. I definitely will come back again!!!

I stay for one night during my travel to Kota Kinabalu. Located above the IMAGO Shopping Mall, accessibility to shopping and other necessities is great! Pros:- Room is clean, feeling luxury with the room design and concept, great hospitality by the staff, great privacy, dedicated parking provided Cons:- As there is no reception counter, communication were conducted via whatsapp group. However, there are too many groups created for this (I think 1 PIC is enough to contact). Some bad odor in the bathroom (could improve on the ventilation)

All I can say is that this room is almost perfect. The staff and management are very well mannered and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. It is definitely worth the price and for its quality. My stay was very enjoyable ^^

I was so surprised with this hotel. Unexpected good service and nice. They really think of the customer, prepared for customer powerbank, umbrella, free drinks, good hair dryer (Dyson leh), bathtub was clean. The location so good, get down from lift you can enjoy shopping and food. Definitely will come back again and pick the same hotel.
