Great service, professional staff , competitive prices and very convenient opening hours , you can get a Mani/pedi at 7am before work or at 6pm after work. The prices are competitive. Very in line with what other spas cost and definitely worthy of your $$.

I would not go back here, unless an emergency, like I had a few days ago. My nail broke under my acrylic and was bleeding and painful, so i and to take it off ASAP. the only place near me open was here. The person who did my nails, I won't name, but perhaps was in training- sweet and polite girl. They should have told me she was in training. The receptionist was busy on her personal phone call. I only came to soak off my acrylics and they charged me $1400 JMD. That is more than I pay abroad. But it wasn't that was the main issue- It was that I was left with two cuts on my finger. She was rough, not gentle or perhaps not trained or experienced to cut me with a nail file or going too fast. They just put my nails in a bowl of acetone and a towel over and left me for an hour and a half. The person did not come back to check on me. But another worker there with a broken ankle or foot did. It is not the workers fault. I blame the manager or the owner as it is their job that the quality of the place is good.For a "Spa" in Sovereign north, i am really disappointed. I still can't believe I am wearing a bandaid and dressing my finger from two abrasions on my finger. Also she did not file it down properly, my nails are lean and it was a mess ! I tried to tell her to file it the same length and level, but it was still left jagged and it's the worst experience I have had at a nail salon,, but not many choices there. Also the nail that broke under was in pain and I kept saying this- no one listened and they were ROUGH and kept reinjuring my nail, i actually shouted out in pain at one point. I should have left, but I needed it off. Or I should have done it myself at home. So disappointed. Please do better Spa Aesthetique, this is basic stuff- customer service( nobody answered the phone so I had to drive there) and proper communication, telling the client or ASKING me permission to have a trainee do my nails, get my consent. Just wow.

Nightmare. Definitely taking this off my list. Called and they confirmed i could come to get my hair coloured. I arrive. I am greeted. I wait 8 minutes then ask what's happening. They call the person assigned. She comes out asking her why you calling me child. I said because your client is waiting. Time up under the dryer. Again I wait. I am told "she must be downstairs let me call her". I had to ask if they had a story downstairs. End. After I had cautioned about my white blouse there was dye on the shirt. Overall anything but professional.

This place is a hit & a miss- I find that when the owner is there things are better. When she isn't its loud & chaotic & not very relaxing at all. And the staff are always on their phones or have earpods in so can't hear when you or other staff are talking to them. Very bad.

I had an amazing experience here. I was greeted with pleasantries from I entered the building and while I waited. Everyone I came in contact with made me feel most beautiful! I had a little issue to be resolved when I got there and Gaudia handled it with grace, professionalism and a little wit. During my services Deana and Victoria were professional, patient and pleasant! The environment is clean, comfortable and very relaxing. I left Spa Aesthetique glowed up from my body polish, relaxed and feeling much like royalty. I was happy I started my 40th birthday with them and I’ll definitely return for the experience.

First they did not answer the phone because nobody was at the front desk terribly under staff

Worse service I have ever gotten. Burnt and Damaged my hair badly. Mani and pedi looked ok ,even though they damaged my natural nails under the acrylic and cut up my cuticles. Furthermore I can't understand why it took them 10hrs and charged me over $40k. My hair has never felt so horrible. Never going back. My hair is tearing and falling out. I have naturally straight hair why did they need to use the highest setting on the blow dryer. Even when I told then not to. I'm so hurt by this.

Customer service was excellent! Services there is top notch, the atmosphere is relaxing. I definitely enjoyed my experience and I'll be visiting again.

One i first came i thought it would be good but it wasn’t when I came she made me wait for an hour and one my hair was washed she left me for a long time and when she came back she was washing my hair like crazy and when that was finish I was completely wet and when I came to the chair she was burning me like crazy and she was burning my back and my ears and my neck and head and I was crying and she didn’t care and when she was finish it looked nice and after my hair didn’t even survive!
