Why do they have jerk chicken patty on the menu if they never have it when you go there.! The excuse they give every, single, time is that it doesn't sell fast enough. So if it doesn't sell as fast as the other patties then why don't they just make less of it.! They could also try to ask customers if they would like to try the jerk chicken patty if they ordered the regular chicken patty. Simple solution! Update oct. 8, 2023; they stopped having jerk chicken patties after the promotion ended for some reason. Seems like the employees do not like making it. Upper Management needs to step in.

The place looks fresh. It feels fresh. But the food that's spicy. That's kicking. The jerk patty is a boss. Still the best coco bread around. A good spot to get hide form the summer sun.

The patty was good and service was quick

Not the most convenient for me but far better than the location at the foot of Jack's Hill across from Fontana. Service was excellent no long line no long waiting

Not usually very packed, which it comes to food establishments is a big plus.. Food's good, price's good. Their resistance to the use of credit cards is somewhat annoying though.

Nice and clean location. This could possibly be the best tastees to date. You get the same tastees feel but on another level. The bathrooms are clean, free refill and a little bit of art work at specific spots.

Great place to try authentic Jamaican food. I had the curried mutton and patty. Food was good, and prices are reasonable. The dine in area was closed when I visited. Parking spaces are limited, and there is a bit of traffic in that area in peak hours.

December 9, 2022 The service was terrible. I purchased a curried goat 🐐 meal. The goat meat was extremely peppery. While eating, it was an experience, my eyes were watery, the noise started to run and cold sweet wash me on top of that, the box had no meat but 36 bone fragments covered in thick gravy. The portion size was not substance as it was 3 oz of rice and peas Cold pasta salad is not a substitute for vegetables.

Food is always warm and extremly tasty.. Its amazing

Service is generally quick even if there is a line.

The patties are always cold, while the cashiers are for the most part friendly and courteous, the servers drag themselves along slowly increasing wait time and seem upset whenever you make a complaint. Then they make sure you wait as long as possible if the patties are to be reheated. Worst location.

Staff very friendly and food products very tasty

Clean environment. However sometimes service is not as fast even with adequate employees. Products are good as they offer a wide varietynof food and the patties are also good.

Food quality, is way better than the Half Way Tree Road location. In my opinion this branch full up your box. They need to have a taller and longer tent outside for social distancing though

The lunch here is much better than what is offered in the immediate area. However, the lunch rush is crazy at times (the lunch quality speaks for itself).

I'm sure it would have been great but the line was too long in outdoor temperature n no dining option. AND the line was moving too slow. So we left for Juicy Beef across the street which offered indoor dining
