Getting the test done was OK. Staff was friendly and had to wait to get the test done but there was a lot of persons before me. Getting the results was another problem. If you are doing a PCR test for travel or for early release from quarantine do not use this place . The results take too long to come back and you might miss your flight or you are fretting to the last minute.. If you want the rapid antigen test you will get it back usually the same day . So definately not the PCR if you want it quickly. You also will not be able to get them on the phone. Also to note that on the Ministry of Health website MD link is not is not a JANAAC accredited laboratory for the antigen test. Therefore if your test is positive and you need a release letter, Ministry of Health will not give you one.

Awful. We had an appointment booked for Wednesday morning. Nobody showed or returned our phone calls. We waiting all day for someone to come with no success. Finally, Wednesday evening they messaged us and explained there was a mix up amd that they would be at our hotel 10:÷0am on Thursday. It is not 2pm on Wednesday, and no one has came or answered our calls or messages. Another day lost; that's two days of our 5 day trip we have been sticking waiting. To make matters much worse, our plan leaves tomorrow and we will unfortunately not be able to get on the flight because we won't have out PCR Test available in time, even if they do still show up today. Awful. This will cost us hundreds of dollars to book a new flight, let alone the time we have wasted waiting in our room.

I have no idea when the results will arrive, I just have to cross my fingers and pray. My wife and I paid $44,000 for 2 PCR tests on Thursday which we need for our flight to Canada early on Sunday morning. I spoke with 4 employees and each gave me a different answer: one said Friday, one Saturday, one Sunday and the other Monday. Only the first two will allow us to fly!!!! Utter chaos

I've been waiting 2 hours now and no one has the courtesy to even let you know they are running behind or whatever. A simple message as to the status of my test would go a far way. So sorry I didn't read the reviews DO NOT USE THEM

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They take forever to replay to messages and never answers phone calls… They gave me all the run around leading up to the COVID testing… The flight is tomorrow and I have been texting and calling for my results and no response

I waited for over 2 hours in the line that stretched down the road. Then when I finally got into the facility I had go wait another 15 minutes. When the nurse finally came to our line they served 202 before me ( I was number 201). This service needs to be improved significantly! I would give it zero stars if I could.

Wish I had read the comments before using their service. I waited over two hours for my results that were promised in 30 minutes. Don't bother calling them cause they don't answer and whoever is responsible for their Whatsapp communication is worse. I would never go back or recommendation them

The customer rep. was welcoming, friendly and professional. Everything including registration and test by the nurse (Vanessa) was done under 5 mins.

Say goodbye to waiting rooms! AMEN! With the telehealth option, my appointments for my son's ailments are facilitated electronically, and from the comfort of my home. Further, MDLink's user platform is just great. It's clear, concise, easy to navigate...and it looks professional and pleasing to the eye as well. All characteristics/details I consider and look out for when choosing services across the board (i.e., not just medical services). You can easily book, and pay for your telehealth visit online (you can even choose whether you want the visit to be by means of VIDEO, AUDIO or TEXT), and you can fully describe your concerns at the time you book the appointment, and add attachments for the Doctor to review before the appointment. It is a hassle-free process to connect with your Dr. for your appointment as well! They also send you both email and WhatsApp messages confirming and reminding you about the appointment. My son's doctor, Dr. Sandriana Young Peart has been an amazing Doctor. I recommend her to all moms and dads out there. She is very compassionate, and thorough. Quality of service is not compromised by Dr. Peart because of the use of telemedicine. She takes her time to discuss the issues, and explains all recommendations/medications prescribed. Thank you Dr. Peart! On one occasion in the past, I did visit the drive-up location and the nurse (I believe it was Nurse Tiffany) was so helpful and very willing to assist us. Wish I could be sure of her name! Great service, great people. Customer service is lacking in Jamaica, and I'm happy to share this business is great with it. Don't worry, you won't regret choosing MDLink for your telemedicine needs and I highly recommend it!

The staff were incredible. I forgot to bring the original doctor’s request form and they allowed me to WhatsApp and email a digital copy of the original. Extremely frustrating to pay $150 USD for a PCR, claiming results will arrive in less than 36 hours, but then find yourself nearing 50 hours with still no results. The delays have real consequences, especially when it concerns international travel plans.

Got through same time. Service was very friendly. And when I got swabbed for Covid, it wasn’t torture like the others.

Used this service twice, service was 10/10 entire process between driving in- registering- waiting my turn - getting tested was around 10mins. On both occasions I got my results within 30mins.

I went there twice, the line wasn't that bad. I got my results the first time 15 mins - 1 hour (took multiple tests so I got them at different times). The second time was the same got my test results 30 mins after. I paid 25 dollars (4000 jmd) both times.

The staff are very pleasant. I like using this lab because their service allows me to remain in my vehicle and receive the best service offered. I went there for my test and I received my results within the time I was told I will receive it. I felt safe sitting in my car to receive the service. At times there is a line but like any good service this occurs. I highly recommend this lab.

Very professional service . My pcr results were sent 36 hours after (as promised). Customer service was also very professional. Would answer all my questions and provide me with helpful info over the phone . Will definitely be using them again!

The service was quick on site but I did not receive the results as expected. However, a call from the Owner at 9pm made a significant difference as he confirmed my results were sent 2hrs before (it was in my spam mailbox). Thank you MDLink.
