Visited Heecha for the first time. I like the purple bubble milk taste however the tapioca pearls were a bit of surprised for me with every sip. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely will visit to try something closer to my liking.

So this was my very first time trying bubble tea. I was a wee bit apprehensive but my friend was raving about it , so then I just said what the heck let’s just try it… I got the Passion fruit tea with cherry boba pearls and then asked for some of the tapioca pearls as well. Know guys first few sips I was like ok not feeling it as much but after quite a few I enjoying… it’s quite refreshing on a warm day… 8.5/10

Okay so, this was very thrilling at first bit after a while I wasn’t as enthusiastic as before. The Strawberry Milk Tea has a very sweet taste, and I almost vomited. Not to memtion the watered down Classic Milk Tea, the Tapioca Pearls are flavorless so no comment, overall would recommend trying the “Egloo” very resonable prices. Give it a shot but personally I say don’t go for the Strawberry Boba & Classic Milk Tea, I’m definitely not looking forward to going back.

So first time visiting and this is so important except for that one older worker who tried to assist the others lack courtesy and any half decent customer care . I do believe that customer experience is super important and If only can fix that they will do super good . The one I got was not happening at all yuck! But I'm sure maybe the green tea rock !! ..

1 star for good costumer service. It's the taste for me, the actual milk tea taste like watered down coffee with 2 drops of condense milk and the tapioca taste like jellified water with a drop of black coffee. I was so excited to taste it for the first time but I was extremely disappointed.

So I wasn't going to say anything but it truly bothered me. I called and ordered after finding out they do delivery and asked for mango bubbles instead of the regular and the lady said yes the have and I waited for it. I bought from this place many times before but decided to try delivery, it took 4 and half hours until it finally came which was crazy but I didn't mind. When I received the drink I realized it was just the regular bubble tea, not the one I ordered so I called back and the lady said "no it is the mango bubble tea they just look similar so take it" This threw me off a bit because I know what the regular one looks like, I bought it multiple times before but decided to pay for it and after tasting it it was indeed the regular so I called her back and then she said "oh we didn't have the mango so we put the regular"..... First the lady said they have, second, During the four hours waiting I got no call informing me of this, third, she then gaslights me saying that it is the mango then basically say oops I lied have a nice day. What if I was allergic to the regular or something? you cannot just decide what to put instead, you should call and inform the customer so they know what is up Since that experience I've been buying my bubble tea fix from Mimimo. The thing is I wouldn't have mind if I was told about the change but because of how it was handled and her I don't care attitude didn't sit right with me. I loved the taste of their bubble tea and the store atmosphere and it's owner.

If you're used to good bubble tea, don't go here. The owner/manager's customer service is SUPER poor. She treats her customers WORST than her employees. It's regrettable that a comparison like THAT needs to be made. I used to know the girls who worked there and TRUST ME, this lady/manager is horrible! I would def not spend my money here again

First of all the customer service was great, i love trying new things, so my friends and i went and we tried the Royal bubble tea, oatmeal bubble tea and the Panda cap, while we were glad for the experience the taste wasn't what we imagined, so we didn't enjoy it but the smoothies are great. If you're new to the whole bubble tea thing try the smoothies first, and word of advice to newbies don't be hasty in giving a bad rating because one thing didn't meet your taste expectations the menu has options try something else, people have different tastes that they like. The mango bubble milk tea is my favorite! I have tried other flavors(strawberry bubble milk tea is great too) and am willing to but for now, the mango milk tea for the win🤌 I love it...the shop is the cutest and service is good too. Very clean, you can see the workers make your tea while you wait. Definitely worth trying 😉

I loveeee their boba/bubble tea. Their customer service is 💯. I always find myself going back. Tried other boba places but nothing compares to their boba.

My favorite is the taro bubble tea. There are definitely some flavors that are not for me. You have to try and figure it out or ask what's the crowd pleasers. The older man is very customer friendly and helpful less intimidating than some of the other servers

Finally found a place where I can go and enjoy boba tea (bubble tea) here in Jamaica and I would recommend that you try it if you are interested in the delight! Seats are provided outside should you wish to enjoy your bubble tea there and they are fully equipped with a small friendly staff.

The Jamaican and the Koreans in the restaurant do not have any manners nor do they care what you have to say. I bought a smoothie and I outlined to them that the ice is too big a smoothie is to be pureed... they made me aware "if a smoothie nuh fi have ice?" Very sad. I will not be returning.

It's a cool and quite place to have a snack.. has lots of Boba options.

Heecha is the ONLY spot in Kingston dedicated to bubble tea (and other tea drinks of course). Pictured here are the classic Thai Tea Bubble Tea (orange) and a Matcha Bubble Tea (green). Plenty of flavour options to choose from. The menu can be overwhelming at first, but the staff is usually willing to help describe things for you. The cups are also reusable so 10/10 for eco-friendly Jamaican restaurants.

Delicious ! Sadly, the serving sizes are inconsistent. For example, a medium this week, is not the same as a medium next week. Weird !

It was cozy, a bit hidden but that wasn't much of an issue. The drinks are amazing and the staff was sweet. I would definitely invite others to this establishment.

Good customer service. I ordered the honey lemon iced tea with caramel boba. It was good and different. The boba had a jelly like texture. I wish the boba had a sweet taste.

Only boba tea shop in town. Prices comparable to starbucks. Annoying cups covers require a knife to poke through them.

It's a very cozy space, I recall seeing seating but I am not sure if they are using the couch area. The owner was very accommodating and patient with us until we decided on a beverage. If your a first time and you try a drink with bubble sip carefully the bubbles are mushy but they can cause choking. I had the strawberry milk tea and it was great 10/10. My friend got the lychee drink also 10/10, got my daughter the panda cap it was good 8/10 and the match bubble for my husband it was okay but not a personal fav.

The delivery took quite a while but it was worth it , the customer service was good and they were kind and most of all I tried there matcha boba and it was amazing
