Wife ordered Black Forest for my birthday like she does every year from them. Cake was cut at party and it was the wrong cake. Literally tasted like they got it from pricemart. Birthday vibes broke. Of course we still had to slice and give it to guests. We brought the left over back to them and they gave us only 4 slices as compensation instead of a whole Black Forest. They just lost a loyal customer.

Ordered a vanilla cake for my birthday as Pastry Passions came highly recommended. The design was nice but I didn’t like the taste at all. I couldn’t tell if it was vanilla cake or plain cake. Very disappointing.

Visited here with my wife we had a great time trying different stuff. It wasn't so crowded maybe since covid it isn't but if you have a sweet tooth it's a must visit. Great for kids or the whole family.

Very good pastry. The best I may say - you won't smell the egg scent - it's real cheese, real nuts, real fillings - always fresh cookies and tarts - cakes always being baked Prices are just right for the high quality goods you get. It's really hard to be disappointed by the Pastry Passion. Staff is always friendly. It's been over almost 10 years since I be going and I have never had a bad experience. Must haves: Rum balls & Hummingbird cake But try something new any time you go! 😉

Delectable treats however you will find that they are not very professional in their service to customers. Ordered an ice box cake and a chocolate truffle in a jar. Told to pick up at 3pm, I asked if it was ok to pick up at 5pm. Arrived at 5pm to be told there was a mix up and I would only receive the ice box cake. That was it!!!! They were intended for mothers day. Really upset!

Absolutely poor customer service. Rude and on top of that, I received the wrong order. I went back to change it and they didn't even apologize. They completely ruined my anniversary. The shift "manager" - Ramon was extremely rude and did not want to speak with me. Cake may be good but it is better to spend your hard - earned money elsewhere.

Their desserts are tasty but I won't be using them for Birthday cakes any more. I've used them twice for parties and I've received a dense (unbaked texture), bland tasting cake on both occasions. The design was ok but not worth the disappointment in eating the product.

I love their Ice box cake. The sugar is low in their pastries. Service and decor is lovely

The pastries are good their locations are convenient especially when the traffic to get to other pastry places is so long. Some items are a bit pricey but the quality remains up there above the price

Hit or Miss for me with this place. I like their plantain tarts, chocolate and plain cake always, moist, fresh and tasty (not too sweet), however I'm not a fan of their cookies.

The wait time is lengthy due to limited staff members. Cashier isn't the most customer friendly

I've always been a customer of Pastry Passions the texture and flavour of their cakes are next to none. But their communication and overall customer servicd to ensure my expectations for my son's birthday cake was met was superb.

I had their Black Forest cake for the first time and it was certainly what I expected, even though I allowed the frosting to melt before I could eat it. 😆...Just a quick plop in the freezer and that fixed it!! Even though they were out of Black Forest at the time and I had to wait to have it decorated, the wait was not long at all!! I will be back!!

Enticing pastries, custom-baked cakes and other goodies

If I could give a 0 star I would. Ordered a cheesecake for a baby shower & child party. Was never told all of their cakes are rum infused prior to ordering & telling them what the cake was for. Was not offered a replacement, return, or refund. None of their employees or managers seem to know policy & nothing is posted on the website about cakes being infused with rum or their policys for returns/refunds. horribly ran business & will never return. 18,000JMD down the drain.

I've been a fairly loyal customer over years with pastry passion. This last purchase of the tiramisu cheesecake was a huge turn off....there was a strand of hair in the pasty itself...felt nauseated when I saw and threw it away...pastry passions that's a no no from me...won't be purchasing again
