This store actually surprised me, and it was in a good way. It's not your typical hardware store, they actually have a good variety of products from things for animals, to gardens, home ect. Their quality of products are also very good but of course you may have a problem with your item and that's fine just ensure you keep your receipt/s for either exchange or refund and you should be good. Staff is friendly and is knowledgeable about their inventory so feel free to ask. Parking is available and is safe. I had no problem with their prices buy you would have to go and see if these prices are ok with your budget. Other than that I have no complaints or reservation about this store, thumbs up from me.

Absolutely no customer service. Jam packed parking between trucks and delivery vans not much room for customer parking. The only plus is they had several options of the item I wanted but the con to that is no one to advise on best option. Do better!

This hardware store is more than just a hardware. They carry a wide selection of hardware and home items along with some automotive things like car mats and other car accessories. Things for the home like dishes and plastic containers. But hareware is there main products and they have everything you can think of when it comes to hardware items. They staffs are courteous and helpful. There is plenty of parkings also.

Parking is a little bit tricky but doable. Some aisles are a little bit tight on the inside. If you are walking with a bag, you'll have to leave it at the bag counter.

This is one of the best resourced hardware's in Kingston, reasonably priced too. They stock many things I usually buy and have shipped in from Amazon so glad I can now save a bundle on shipping costs.

I went there to buy a kitchen sink faucet and one of the supervisors was very helpful in assisting me to choose the right type of faucet for my kitchen sink. They have faucets to suit all budgets along with a variety of other items. I also liked some of the shower fixtures and bathroom faucets and fixtures that I saw there too. They have items from low to high. Not so great:The parking can fill up very quickly so that can be stressful during peak hours if you're an inpatient person.

Did not have what I want and had to search for a manager for assistance. It does have a wide variety of hardware and household items,. However, unable to get through via phone, so had to drive to the location just to find out they didn't have what I needed.

With no website to check, I called about a particular item and each person I spoke with transferred me to another extension. This occurred 3 times and the last extension I was transferred to rang for over 5 minutes before I hung up. This may be one of the reasons why persons order things online and have them shipped in.

The variety here is good and the prices are reasonable. My only concern is that their seems to be not enough floor staff ready to assist with questions. To find a worker you will have to walk back to the front most times.

Supervalu has a wide array of products. I have been there multiple times. Today my experience was mixed. I met a wonderful young lady who assisted me with my transaction. Then at the service counter I met a young lady who was abrupt and not helpful. In all the times I've been to Supervalu, this is where I've been most dissatisfied. I've only met one person at this service counter that showed good customer service. I suggest that management invests in its human resources beginning with this section and send them on customer service training. They need it!!!

I called to ask the price of an item and if it was in stock... I held on almost 10 mins! Until i hung up... In the days of people calling places before deciding to go there , they need to decide if they want a part of the market... I went elsewhere and got it because they replied in less than 3 mins.

This Harware has a wide variety of products but the cashier is so disrespectful, lie and has no customer service training what so ever I will never go back because the cashier did nothing after voicing my concern.

Shop here a couple times really a one stop shopping place for a variety of items

Super Valu is a flexible hardware that sells a huge variety of items for home and car care. I purchased a Turtlewax bug and tar remover for my car.

Full stock hardware and home centre with many of your everyday needs. Staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable and prices are comparable. There is abundant parking so even if busy you will most likely find a spot. Opening hours are convenient so you can leave work and still stop in before they close. My only complaint is some items are securely stocked and there can be an annoying wait to have a Team Leader identified and open for viewing. Check them out they're recommended.

The general staff is ignorant of basic hardware and the items in the store. Most time the young men are around the back, hiding and chatting. The ladies are unpleasant and daft. Kudos to the cashiers, they're the saving grace of that establishment; I like the fact that the security guards are firm & thorough in checking your goods before you leave.

Everything is relative. It's a complete hardware store in Jamaica. USA standards it would probably fall below standard but still adequate...

Super Valu is a special hardware and home store. It carries unique products, tools, fixtures, building items, and all at reasonable prices. Parking at high volume times may require a bit of patience. So it also is when locating a staff member for assistance. The overall shopping experience though, is quite good, worth making it a favorite store!

It's one of the busiest hardware stores in Kingston. Limited parking spaces, but you are sure to find whatever you are looking for there. You have got to be an experienced driver to maneuver your vehicle around there.

Knowledgeable staff always willing to make your shopping easier. Most hardware and plumbing basic items are always in stock. Adequate parking available except for extremely busy periods ( eg.treat of a storm).

I love the atmosphere. It consists of Chinese restaurants, Uncorked for after work drinks, Devon house ice cream, a dry cleaners, innovative superstore for tech and stationery supplies... a supermarket etc.

When I went there was plenty of parking available which often is not the case. I was able to locate the items that I was in need of relatively quick and the representatives were helpful when I asked them if they had a particular item. The best thing to me about this visit was before going instant a WhatsApp message asking if they had a particular item. They responded quickly with a picture of the item and a price. And when I arrived at the store a few days later it was just as they had said. Top drawer service.

All items are placed for viewing which is good. Gives you an opportunity to assess what you want to buy. Probably could do better with the look and fee inside the store, but still good place to shop

This hardware offers most of my plumbing supplies, they are reasonably priced and tend to offer satisfactory customer service.

Regular hardware supplies, buy do venture upstairs for unique wood furniture for indoor and outdoors!

I went in for one thing - pet supplies. I found what I needed and more, then I left. The service is good. The prices are okay. The location seemed inconvenient with parking.

I went to buy a Airfryer and Microwave was in the store for 20 minutes before I could get any help when I ask two ladies including a trainee for some help they politely told me thats not there isle so they can't. Had to go to th front desk then asked again for help before someone came then what I wanted they only had display available for the Airfryer and the Microwave was defective so they weren't on sale that took me 35 minutes to find out. Maybe it was a sign but I still end up buying another Airfryer I saw they had in stock. The cashier was much better in regards to help test the airfryer. All and all they need to do way better. On the floor and it wasn't even busy day.

Store has just about all hardware you’d want as well as wide selection of homeware but hard to find anything, staff generally secreted away in quiet corners chatting, procedures for buying wood etc ridiculously slow and involving a lot of going back and forth. Procedures are really outdated and could be helped by investment in a decent computerised system. Customer service not particularly good either. And the mix of traffic, HGVs backhoes and people in the parking forecourt is DANGEROUS as people have to navigate between all of these

A one stop shop but delivery workers stop working promptly at 5:00 while invoices are still being generated for items to be delivered outside. This causes significant delays. Management needs to correct this anomaly.

Adequate secure parking. Helpful staff. They sell everything for the DIYers and contractors. Pleasant place to visit.
