Love their bakery section. Great variety of cakes and other pastries. Also good variety and fresh produce and fruits and vegetables. Supermarket is laid out nicely, and clean. However would be good to have more cashiers on staff to reduce wait time when cashing out. Ample parking.

I must say I am always pleased with Hilo ligaunea branch my favorite place to shop. A big thank you to the merchandiser who found my phone and return it to the customer service desk. I was frustrated and believe me I was overwhelmed with the honesty. Thank you kevaun

Quieter place to shop and I always get a parking spot when I drive through here, prices are not bad. There's also an excellent juice bar at the back located next to the baked goods.

Hi Liguanea is expensive like all the other ones however, the store is bigger and carries more options and a cleaner environment. Loved the baked goods area!

My experience this time was not very good. I was rushing to get two items for my daughter who was having a home economic practical and went in without a shopping bag. After cashing I had to ask for a bag so that I could place the two frozen items in it, and was directed by the cashier to go over to another section in the supermarket to obtain said bag. I ended up leaving there with the bacon and sausage in my hands.

Not the widest selection but good quality, service and decent prices. I especially love that the extended opening hours allow me to shop when I want to and avoid the crowds.

This Hi Lo store is located in the Kingston 6 area with adequate parking space, well stocked shelves and very helpful staff members. The supermarket is surrounded by lots of othe store and food places as well the area is a one stop shop for all most anytime for your domestic needs.

AC way too cold not baby friendly however they stock a wide variety of groceries. Not a lot of convenient wrap outs like fries, tenders or so for a quick snack but they have things that are hard to find in other hilos

Service, professionalism and customer service at the Spanish Town location drop since October 2021. New manager need to understand that she is there to service the public and stop looking down on the customer. I seeing several action from her that I question.

They have a wide array of groceries items some which other supermarkets dont carry. Parking is sufficient but shared with other businesses in the plaza. Busy at this time

I love hilo. It's just a one stop shop. Ground produce,fruits, rotisserie chicken, soup, bakery, fresh juice bar. Meats freshly stock. Every thing is orderly and clean. No dust, no wet floors. Beautiful experience Every time. Helpful staff sanitizing trollies. Wide variety of goods. I love it.

Convenient location with ample parking. Staff very friendly and courteous. Well organized supermarket. When in doubt as to which supermarket will accommodate a last minute run close to the curfew, look no further - this location seems to avail for the last minute shopping. Great supermarket chain....Carol in Cross Road is the best supervisor....understands customer relations. Liguanea branch is great too....everything pleasant. Security personnel seems to have the same customer service training as the actual staff. Big up Hi Lo!

Okay service this time. Esvoveotched fish not very esvoveotched. Was disappoiinting. No icecream for desserts 90% of which need to be served with icecream. Least pleasant experience there. Hope it was just a bad day.

This was one of my most embarrassing experiences shopping and using a gift certificate. I have used Pricesmart and Megamart certs before. But at Hi lo an embarrassing experience, gave the cashier looked at it held it up to light further inspected it, then called supervisor, the supervisor proceed to do the same, held it up to the light, twist it then signed it. You would think it was a counterfeit bank note. Good thing Hi-Lo Lig is not my primary supermarket for shopping.

Kinda pricey but they are open late have lots of of healthy options, plus you can get your membership card and earn rewards. Lot of variety in food options but the bill can be steep

Once again, decent customer service in Jamaica seems to be a thing of the past; this supermarket used to be my favorite for many many years but with time..things have gone drastically downhill. For one, the female manager there is awful. I feel sorry for the workers who have to report to her, she is super unhelpful! This place needs help in "relearning". Learn that customers should be treated with respect.

Busy car park. Prices not bad. Cashiers however are not the most pleasant. I had to pack my own bags and carry them. Cashier made no attempt to even pretend to assist. I recognise this isn't her job, but in any job you should be flexible when needed. Poor customer service. No eye contact . . .unpleasant.

Opens very early in the morning, about 7am you can do ur early morning shopping 🛒🛍️ and don't have to worry about going shopping after work with the crowd the traffic and parking issues

I was able to get Dove beauty bar (soap) there. I don't remember seeing it at the other supermarkets in the area. I was also able to get Purelene egg and protein shampoo (one of the cheapest brands) there. I don't remember seeing it anywhere else.

Around 12 noon, it's not crowded which is good for social distancing. The lines are short as well but be vigilant when going into the aisles to avoid much traffic with people.

Great place I love the bakery you can feel tired and pick up something not to go home and cook and Thursdays are the day to get ground provisions especially when you have the GK card discount which make you smile when you see the bill and see the discount applied to your grocery and money go down that's my spot but beware of your surroundings when in liguanea.

The HiLo supermarket is good, not all the prices are affordable, but you can find some stuff that are not available in some supermarkets, its ok.
