    Generally good (hot and fresh), off days like every other place. Recently in the drive thru, the customer in front of me gave them back my order (they had mistakenly given him). When I went up to the window, I saw where they put the fries back in with the other fries, tossed it and then served it back to me. I'm not sure if the customer had touched it when he opened the bag, so for that reason I give it 3 stars. Not a good practice outside of covid times, but definitely something like that shouldn't be happening now. (June 2022) - beef patties have definitely gotten smaller with the increase in price (see picture). The tomato was bigger than the beef patty, imagine that. Disappointing.

    The service at this BK has declined tremendousl over the years, imagine ordering a number 1 with fries and a bottle of water and then driving off to home to realize your burger wasnt cooked. I drove back to demand my money back and asked to speak with supervisor she advised me she needs the fries and the water back as well to issue a refund 😳 no apology for the raw burger or nothing but still demanding something back. No customer service horrible never going back here again. So sad that these places in Jamaica have no customer service its pathetic !!!

    Ahh, this location, popular for murder, crime and violence, if you want your meal to be served with a splash of ratcheness, visit this location. This location is open pretty late, possibly 24/7 but be warned, this convenience is no comfort, the drive thru lines are usually very long and the walk in lines are just the same. In all honesty, the staff isn't bad, and the security is usually very respectful, and has even purchased food for me when the walk in section was closed. The problem is the customers, walk foot customers believe they have the right to go in front of you at the drive thru windows, the most ghetto, ratchet behavior is usually on display from the customers here, I've never visited this location and not see some kind of argument or excitement taking place. I only visit this location as a last resort, it's not so crazy during the day though.

    This place has never really served me the food fast before, but I come back because their quality is constant. The staff isn't rude, but boy are they slow! I'm never disappointed with my meal and they get the order right every time so this is my favourite BK in the corporate area.

    I'm not sure what went wrong with Burger King but they need to revamp their whole restaurants. The AC in Barbican hasn't been working for so long. The burgers are burnt, the customer service is poor. It's just not what I'm used to with BK.

    Quality of this burger king has declined so much over the last 3 years. Inside seems unkept, service in very slow and uncaring both indoor and drive through and lines are long with people constantly having to wait for staff to do whatever before either cashing you or getting your order out in a timely manner.

    I went there using the drive thru...and boii it was a long wait. Most people using the drive thru know that the wait time is lengthy and if you like BK, you don't mind the wait. Once you place your order at one window, you pay at another and then collect the food at another window. So, it's 3 windows between you and a Whopper!

    You can grab a bite at Burger King it’s located in a very calm area. There food is good but only thing sometimes there service is kinda slow. They have a drive thru so if you’re not feeling to go in to get food . You can drive thru and order. They also have parking space for disabled / normal people .

    The food doesn't taste as good as the other branches. The burger patty is burnt sometimes and kinda has a weird smell to me. The drive through is kinda hard to get through, either risk scraping car or have to try stretch or get out the car to reach the windows.

    Incredibly slow drive thru - especially during the busy overnight hours. They need to hire more staff or figure out why it takes more than 1 hour just waiting in the line.

    drive thru is usually quick. depending on peak lunch times, inside may take a long time. Drive thru is usually efficient and fast. Customer service has always been pleasant.

    Great quality food and the staff are very friendly and respectable. My only concern is that the drive through lane could move a little faster. There were just four cars in front of me at 8am and it took me more than 25 minutes to clear the drive through.

    They completely messed up my order - my whopper had only meat, cheese and bread! And I hot vsnilks milkshake instead of strawberry. I tried calling to alert them and no ine is answering the phone!

    The wait was way too long. I wanted to go inside store and was stuck in the drive through lane for forever. I find that the inside of the restaurant needs updating, it looks dated. They also had no bacon😒, so I had to just get a regular whopper. The whopper wasn't bad but after waiting so long maybe was just hungry😬

    I must say for my visit, the experience was decent. The drive through was packed but the store itself was rather empty. However, I did have to wait about 20 minutes to receive my order even though no one was in line. It seems they were waiting on fries. Also, with my experience, there was a lack of drink options only orange juice and diet coke. Regardless, if you overlook having to wait excessively long for the sides, the experience was good with friendly staff from cashier to security. I would however recommend going inside the store rather tham the drive through to save time.

    As far as fast food burgers go, BK is hit or miss, i had the most amazing chicken sandwich at 2am once and a ok one at 4pm. It's good late night food.

    To pay my bill the card machine's cord was short and twisted, my transaction was done successfully but it took almost 20 minutes to get it rectified. It's obvious proper or regular maintenance is being done on the equipment. Sad...

    I don't know what's going on with Burger King or just this location however why offer a product that you'd actually don't have. Maybe I'm wrong but bacon is a staple for breakfast and half your burgers to run out is especially troubling as I waited in line for 30 minutes only to be told you didn't have what I wanted very very disappointed I do hope that Burger King sees this and this location sees this because I'm unfortunately not coming back until I get response

    I'm not a big fan of BK but my son and husband wanted BK so we went here and it was clean, the food was really good! Fries were hot and chicken sandwiches were amazing! Their Hershey pie i rate 11 our of 10!! Yummmmmmmmm!!!!!

    The customer experience is very poor at this location. They didn't have most of the food items they had being displayed on their monitors. More variety is needed in terms of adding more variety to their menu like whole wheat bread. Apparently prices varies at each location

    Very poor service. First, I placed the order with Hello Foods for Curbside pick up at the Barbican location. When I got to the location, I was told that there is no staff member there to deal with Curbsde. So I had to give my order to the cashier right there. Then the order took about 20 to 25 mins to be filled because they are short staffed. While I was waiting, I received an email which said that my Yelo order had been cancelled. Really! this is totally unacceptable. These fast food service providers need to do better and respect the customers that they serve.

    The environment appears as if they are about to go out of business. Two of the displays were not working, the lobby area was partially lit. Waiting time in store was about 7 minutes as the drive through was very busy so it appears that they got priority. The fries were lame but the chicken sandwich was pretty consistent and good. No straws were available to serve with the cold beverage.

    To be honest the drive thru took us 25 mins to make the order and another 15 mjns to get served. This is fast food...I sure was slow food. The door to yhe restaurant was open however after entering we were told by the guard they are not open to the public. I guess if you are in a rush don't visit this site

    This location is opened until late (almost 24 hours) but sometimes they can be slow especially in the drive-thru but be careful. Sometimes some people show up there that look like they are up to no good.

    Visited the one in Barbican near the Sovereign of Liguanea, hoping to get a quick lunch, as service in the Portmore branches are usually quick... but this one not at all swift in their delivery time. The trainee that was there was the most customer friendly person behind the counter, as he was courteous and even showed smiles with the mask on. The rest of the staff was the opposite when it came to good customer service, as orders were churned out at a very slow pace and with visible attitude. Other customers were visibly angry as they were inside the location for a long period of time, waiting for the meals, with one returning cold fries that was given to them at the drive thru. What should have been a quick stop turned into twenty minutes of waiting before the meal was finally ready. Hopefully they will improve upon this in the future.

    Ordered 4 meals got number 83 waited and waited and they passed my number all the way to 87 when asked why they said my bill is too long so them can't bother to serve it said one of the server a small skinny girl in a blue shirt her name is Jamelia. This is just absolutely disgusting these customer service is horrible really horrible. This cashier look sick and stress had me repeat my order several times before getting it. This is by far the worst experience telling me I ordered too many thing.

    During COVID-19 and the curfew, the Barbican BK (drive-through) is one of those fast food restaurants that opens until about 30 minutes before curfew. Pushpa's in Northside is another.

    I had to wait until the attendant was taking my order to know I had to have cash as their card machine was not working. When I got my order the attendant did not cover the cup with hot water properly so it threw away and burnt my husband. I collected my order and was on my way home only to realise that my pancake platter box only had pancakes so I had to drive back to the BK location to have my order fixed. When I went into the restaurant and spoke with the attendant she thoroughly laughed at me before apologising and changing the order. Worst experience I have had in awhile.

    Just like any other BK really. But specially with this one the drive thru needs a remodeling the microphone and windows are all at corners which makes it a bit difficult to get closer to the windows to pay and collect. But otherwise 👌

    Burger king harbour view is the worst fast food establishment ever. They don't seem to understand what fast food means . Why do I have to wait over 15 minutes for something simple as a burger. I don't know if it's because they can't steal anymore but they move slowly on purpose. Management needs to do better.
