    Patty shop... Used to suggest them to others but now I'm looking elsewhere to ship my items. They lost one of my packages from Oct 2020 (yet to hear what will happen re that package). Packages are now taking forever to reach, my package was delivered to their Miami facility on Feb 10 and as of Feb 19 I am yet to receive the confirmation of delivery from them. Calls constantly go unanswered, I used to get a little assistance from IG when I can't reach them via phone but now that medium now also seem obsolete. Would give 0 if I could.

I loved them but am looking for another reliable company sadly .

    Worse experience ever using a shipping service WARNING do not use this service firstly they have 2 phone numbers on there website that doesn't work so you can't contact them they answer emails whenever they feel like or if you do get a reply its days later it took over a month to get my package from them and it seems like they stole some samples from it

    The only good thing about this company is the courteous staff at the front desk. The service is most unreliable and they loose your packages frequently. I strongly recommend to anyone not to even consider. You will be sorry. Trust me. I tried so many times to overlook their failure but it happens over and over every time. Don't even try them.

    I've been with this company from the start and I love(d) them! I'm like a battered wife who keeps going back after each disappointment. It's so hard to get through to anyone on any of the listed numbers. Over the past two years, it has been practically impossible! Queries are usually solved through email, which isn't always feasible. Sadly, I will stop using this service because I'm tired of the repeat excuses. My packages take forever to come and it's almost always the same excuse. I gave two stars, because of one customer service agent who went above and beyond to help me after the company's (klick 'N' Ship) mistake, otherwise, I'd let it stay at one! Mi tiad!

    They started good , but they got really bad .Unfortunately the phone lines do not work. I have used this company for months now to help with my business. it's rates are good and the convenience of receiving at the post office is good because am there often. The communication is horrible . Packages received at the warehouse I receive no notification at all so I have no idea where they are . Emailing takes forever to get a response . I am completely severing ties with them because it's so frustrating dealing with them . Unfortunately I cannot rely on their company at all . I rather pay a little more for convenience, communication and peace of mind from another company . Horrible .

    I wasn't even going to give it any stars but i have to, to make the post. The service is terrible. The only form of contact is email and if i dont email atleast twice , they dont answer . I dont get updated about my package unless i ask about it first or if they are message me asking for the invoice. that's the only time they will initiate the email. They dont pick up calls AT ALL. I call them and no-one picks up, why does one of the numbers say its calling University of Technology??? They have no WhatsApp . They dont even answer emails on Saturday even when it SAYS they are open at specific times. The only thing they want is to charge me , that is why they bothered emailing for the invoice. My package has been in Jamaica since the May 8 and its the 22nd now.... and it still hasn't been cleared. The whole tracking thing on their website doesn't work either so i cant know where my package is. The contact us message at the side of the page where you can speak to them on their website is never working. They are barely available , sometimes i will check back and they answered days later. For anyone that is looking for a courier . Dont try this one . It is not a good one . I am in the process of clearing my package from customs and i really hope they dont overcharge . Edited- May 29,2023. They overcharged me , they charged me for half the price of my computer basically . If i shipped by Amazon , it would be cheaper .

    Choose another shipping company because this is the worst, they are never on time. They don't even keep you posted about your package. I've ordered items online and shipped with this company for over a year and each time the service gets worst and worst.

    So I have been using this shipping company from inception, was awesome literally my packages will always reach on time, always getting them one week after the company receives it which was great they normally send package every Tuesday and Friday I think and was very reliable but now I guess they lost there touch my packages are now delayed taking 2 weeks are more to get it after they received it really bad like they really lost the touch or maybe they changed management i don't know but it's the worse and now they are raising price as of the 1st of September 2022. Still waiting on some packages after that I am g***.

    Very sloppy, you don't get any update in regards to your package, if it's delayed that's the only thing you get and nothing more. They don't keep you update, you are the one that has to call to get info on whatever you had shipped

    I have been using this service for over eight months now and before November 2022 I never had to call about any of my packages however as of now I have not been satisfied with this service. I have sent countless emails and called over 45 times trying to find out what's happening with my three packages that were delivered to the FL address and I sent them the invoices and I sent them twice at that. The very weird thing about this ordeal is that even after my three outstanding packages I have still received other items. It seems like they only answer phones on Wednesday which is very frustrating.

    THIS IS THE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!!! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SAY THIS NOW AND PLEASE TAKE HEED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SANITY JUST TO KEEP UP WITH THEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRL IS INCOMPETENT AND NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING she doesn't know how to talk to customers and treat her job as if its not us the customers that pays her.     So at first I think it was ok but when they hit me with a find of 20 something thousand dollars bills and started to blame it on custom I started to notice them. Then today I got a package with the price of a 2lb and more with weight less than 1lb lol. My business just ended.

    Klick n Ship is slow in delivering my items and I don't get any feedback about delay unless I call them. Also, Ebay notified me of a successful delivery of a supplement item to Klick n Ship twice which they say they did not receive on both occasions. They have work to do to improve their performance as a courier.

    This is the worst shipping company I ever buck up on. I ordered some items from July and all now me can't get mi things dem. I email them ,no reply so it coming like me a beg dem supm and a pay me a pay fi mi things dem. Mi just switch to one different place enuh cause mi no av money nor time fi waste.
