Terrible customer service, None of the waiters knows English, There is no managed way to get your order, For example, they will say espresso, mocha not the name of the person😬😂. The cakes & tarts quality was awful, Medium coffee quality.

Coffee used to be better and service was always slow without a smile. The seats are taken by students who spend all day there using the internet with just one Coffey purchase.

Very cool place with nice, strong coffee. The interior was spacious and well-decorated with a nice view of the sea, especially for a cafe by the road. It also had Wi-Fi which is always a bonus. If you’re craving an iced latte, flat white or frappe, this is the place to go. They have a wide variety of coffee drinks so you’re highly likely to find a version of the drink you’re craving. They also do milkshakes and smoothies if you’re not in the mood for coffee. They serve a nice range of cakes and quick bites. We ordered a few cakes, and I would recommend the apple pie. My sister had the iced frappe with almond milk which is nice if you like sweet drinks with light coffee. I got a creme brûlée iced coffee with almond milk which was surprising not sweet and WAY too strong for me. I’d estimate it contained at least 5 espresso shots worth of caffeine. It could have been great with less coffee and more milk. I think they tend to make very strong coffee here, because my dad’s espresso was also fairly concentrated. I ended up ordering an almond milk iced latte which was a bit more mild on the caffeine and satisfied my coffee craving. Overall cool cafe to study or chill in with a coffee and cake, just keep in mind the coffee strength and maybe ask to adjust accordingly.

Miserable rude staff, no greeting of customers please or thank you. Expensive coffee £3.75 for an Americano, pricier than the UK! Customer Service training required here, staff seembE disinterested and unmotivated. Served coffee in a paper cup, why? On asking for a mug they pulled a face as they didn't like being asked. I go for coffee to relax and enjoy my coffee NOT to hear dance music pumping out of the speakers! Twice today, I had to go in and ask them the music down as I was trying to take a phone call in the garden. The staff looked at me as if I was mad. With so much competition on that road, you would expect much better service from the staff. If you want tourists to use your business you need to STEP UP! On the positive side the coffee is very good quality and the garden beautiful. So, Ive gone in a year later & it's STILL rude miserable staff, no greeting at counter. 185 tl for an Americano. When I asked for a cup of tap water with ice (which I have at all coffee shops I visit) I was told there is a charge. I said you are charging for top water, she said no the ice! Unbelievable arrogance from the staff. Take or or leave it attitude 🤔 obviously don't care about their Google reviews!

Quick service great ☕ coffee. Nice atmosphere. I will come again. I'm back a year later everything is the same. Had croissants this time.❤️❤️ Some upholstery needs updating but it fine regardless. I will stop in again and try to get some pics.

I like the atmosphere, the coffee is good not the best in town. The interior design is nice, WiFi is quick making it sustainable for studying. Unfortunately, the name and branding are stolen from a coffee shop in Suffolk, United Kingdom.

Great selections of coffee, meals and pastries, good ambiance for getting some work done out of office, friendly staff. Quite the recommendation.

The staff at this coffee shop seem to have attended the “How to Be Rude and racism“ and the sandwich was terrible and burned after 30 minutes they didn’t bring for me , totally 0 out of 10 , i don’t recommend to nobody. 👎🏻

CORTADO DELETED MY REVIEW!!!!!!!!! AND IM POSTING IT AGAIN NOW. Shame on you cortado!!!! I paid 130tl for this dry dessert. The first time I got it, I complained to the employees and all they did was saying "we can't do anything" and gave me a new one which was even more dry!!!! How can any customer eat something like that even dogs and cats can't eat this. Me and all of my friends used to be loyal customers to cortado but after the situation which you did absolutely nothing about it we would never buy anything from cortado again. You lost customers!!!
