Where to start. Quite disappointed. Being used to having a massage and having studied aesthetics when I was younger before getting a master's degree, my brother offered me a massage worth €75. Very happy, I make an appointment for a relaxing one-hour massage. It’s a massage so it’s still pleasant, however the atmosphere wasn’t there, no music, lights on and we could hear what was happening in the next rooms. No safety protocol (asking if there are any injuries) or hygiene (disinfection of the body before applying oil + clean cloth) was respected. In addition, due to the current temperatures, the beautician had cold hands, which made the massage less pleasant. Also, I like supportive and enveloping massages but no one asked me for it. And to finish a 60 min massage which lasted 40 min. It was a gift and it made me happy but I won't go back.

I made an appointment with Cathy for a facial treatment, just to discover the hydrafacial. She adapted the service to the needs of my skin and did not hesitate to choose a less expensive service, which proves her professionalism. Cathy gave me advice that no other beautician had ever approached. I have followed them to the letter since then and I must say that they work well for me: much less tightness, my sensitive and dehydrated skin comes back to life. I will come back with great pleasure at the start of the school year so that she can pamper me. I'm happy to have found a professional I can trust! I can even say that she is now “my” beautician.

Horrible experience. Reception at the limit of sustainability, these people should change jobs. No know how to live. Flee this brand, the appointments are extremely poorly managed and I have come twice now for nothing.

I was very happy with the facial at Institut La Pause. Staff is super friendly and the treatment was fully personalized. The location is also very convenient for those who are in town for a few days. I would definitely go back here, recommended!

I tested Browlift, eyelash enhancement and more recently teeth whitening with Mégane, and I was delighted! Mégane is adorable and she masters these performances. I will come back soon to do it again or to test other services 👍 I recommend +++

I discovered the La Pause institute because I was looking for a particular treatment (silk threads) in October and I have already returned there 3 times! It's Cathy who takes care of me for almost an hour and a half and it's wonderful! For my skin which comes back to life...and for me who comes out totally rested. I recommend!

A center where the welcome is always smiling and pleasant. Cathy will take care of you with kindness and professionalism. Go there with your eyes closed to take care of yourself, you are in good hands.

Delighted with my collagen thread treatment. Cathy was great and was able to offer me a last minute appointment slot. Cathy is very professional and provides good advice.
