It's a commercial building right at the main artery of the city aka Rashid Minhas Road. The spaces for offices are quite reasonable, however it lacks the maintenance. The building is not handicapped friendly due to its non operational lift and broken ramps. The rent of the spaces is considerably cheap as compare to the other buildings in the vicinity.
