Absolutely horrible, Wish I could five it 0 STARS, dirty place, infested with BED BUGS (Room 10) which the owner was aware of and still let us stay there. We are covered head to toe in bites and found 4 bedbugs when we woke in the room, which the owner did not seem to care about one single bit as he simply crushed the bedbug with his flip flop. The owner admitted to us that this has happened before in this room “but we use insecticide” which does not do anything to bed bugs. Throughout the dispute for our refund through booking.com, the owner claimed he had no contact from booking, when he had multiple, and has now blocked my number. We are tight for money, as many people are, and me have to pay for anti-histamines, dry cleaning to try get rid of the bugs, and an extra €8 city tax when we didn’t even get to stay the second night! Also the toilet filled the room with a strong sewage smell. Awful place to stay, terrible experience with a money grabbing, scamming owner, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this place should be shut down completely!!

Horrible. The mind of place you want to sleep fully clothed and worried about showering. The "room" was a bungalow in the garden, not seen any picture of this room while booking, was made in few days for sure and with very low standards. I understand this kind of cheap cheap places exists, but for this price? Ridiculous. Worried of bed bugs, light fixture in the shower, washing your hands above the dirty toilets, will never come back ever. Please spend few euros more to stay in a real room.

Stayed here as a couple for for 6 days in 2022. It was terrible. The rooms are crudely sliced from older bigger flats in the house: the first one we got was converted from a garden shed, half of the 'room' had no ROOF. The second room we got after complaining was only lacking a window, which we could live with. The owner was friendly though, but this level of disrespect for the basic comfort of guests is really worrying.

The rooms are bad. The advertised services are non-existent. We had breakfast included in the price - there is no breakfast, even though the owner sent a message indicating breakfast, extended breakfast at a slight addition. But there is no breakfast available at all. Even though you've paid for it. Same goes for the other advertised services, there is no airport shuttles, no luggage storage etc. No towels in the room, almost no toilet paper etc etc. The owner encouraged one to contact him on WhatsApp, I did so, he apparently read my message, but never replied. The lady welcoming us in the evening only spoke Portuguese, and even though we tried communicating via translating apps, she mostly didn't understand us. Finally she said that breakfast would be "here" between 9 and 11 in the morning. The very wonderful lady in the morning (that's the second star) was very sorry about the lack of breakfast, she'd never even heard of it being required. However, she adviced us to go to the next door cafe for breakfast, and even came and paid for it (hopefully reimbursed by the owner). She'd only worked at the place for a week, so we really hope she doesn't get into troubles. Check-out was 11am at the latest. We tried checking out at 10:30, but there was no one around. Had to leave the keys in the room. Please avoid this place if you can, you can probably get something better for less, or something far more pleasant at the same price.

This place is just an overpriced hole in the ground. For a 120 euros, you can get a hotel and not this… A place riddled with bugs, small bathroom in which I could not fit in (literally!), disgusting showers and toilets, pieces of gum on the wall, etc. I saw a construction sites that would be more pleasant for human being than this place. Hygiene is zero and breakfast that is included in the price is non-existant. Also, when cleaning chemicals evaporated, the real smell of the room was revealed and it is unbearable. They kindof ruined my trip. God forbid someone coming here with their spouse, partner or even worse, kids. Save your money and go somewhere else, images shown on booking sites are just images of 2 or 3 rooms that look nice, but are not maintained well and not clean at all. There is also no soap and rooms are not cleaned during the stay.

There was mold under the entire wallpaper, the rod for the curtain fell off when looking at it and there was no roller blind. The "bathroom" was unfunny with a transparent curtain separated from the honest room and the shower had both leaking and fallen apart. After a short remark, we were able to change the room without any problems, nice staff and the new room was appropriate.

I wish I could give -1. This place was disgusting. I’m sure it gave me a disease. I couldn’t sleep all night. The room did not look as promised, and it was in a construction outside of the main building that i’m pretty sure would break in two seconds in an earthquake, or even strong wind. I felt extremely uncomfortable here and I hope to never return within a kilometre of it. Shut them down!

Horrible experience. Dirty dismal place. unhealthy atmosphere scam

The service was perfect. The room present a very simple confort, but for the price it's ok. I took a room with private bathroom, and if you like northern European standards of confort I would recommend you to do the same. It's not so far from the city center, to go it's like 20mn by walk, but you cannot come back by walk because there is so much hill. Thankfully, Uber are cheap in Lisbon, so you can use it to come back without climbing back everything. The difference from Northern European standards is : rooms are not cleaned daily, and there are no cleaning products given to guests (bring your soap !!).

The owner is super helpful and open to assist with any of the questions we had. It’s a great deal for the price and location! Would definitely stay there again.

Bed almost good. I had a booked room with attached bathroom but bathroom is little small as a expected and the lady who doing front desk she needs to learn how to welcome guest and little polite. Thank you

We booked a room with a bathroom inside the room and breakfast included. We had an issue starting with cleaning lady not knowing we are arriving to ending up with a room with a bathroom in front of ours. The owner did not want to give our money back and said to contact booking.com. Ladies in the building were very nice, but the owner is horrible.

Room was good, nice shower and comfortable, they let us check in late, really helpful customer service

It's a ok place to stay if you are not picky. The room and the bathroom was clean, but the room small. But it.s a hostel, this is what to expect. It.a a little far from the metro. Like 15 min walk. The girl at the reception spoke english very well and it was very friendly.

DO NOT STAY. Thought it would be worth for the price, but was eaten by BED BUGS and found cockroaches. Management refuses to acknowledge. On top of the that room literally fell apart, mold, and terrible smell. Find any other option.
