As her owner ;-) Thais has a progressive and fun approach to Pilates while putting deep knowledge and immense care in the practice, which is very yoga intertwined for me. I couldn't do without my weekly dose of it, although I sometimes pester, and just wish my abs met Thais and BeHaus earlier! Thanks for bringing your philosophy and magic to Lisboa 🙏

Thais and her entire team of instructors are thorough professionals. I have been taking a private session for duo since the last year once per week and already my body is more flexible and strong. I have been trained both by Ana and Carolina and recommend both of them. All the best to Thais and her team!

The Studio BeHaus is an experience. Both with yoga, ayurvedic massages and Pilate. The place is spacious, bright and gives immediately a feeling of well being. The accompaniment is professional, serious. It feels like home and family. I recommend it!
