1. Misleading photos : the photos show updated/modern rooms. they gave me an old room from the 70s. when i asked for a different room (and they were available), they said it costs 25€ extra. 2. Bad cleaning: left over trash, no plastic bag in a dirty trash cans 3. Noisy room : Extractor vents for the hotel are set right outside the windows. the manager says that it did not make any noise, but that was only at night. they kicked right on around 6am both mornings. . 3. Old, very old : old dusty curtains, used up kinked up mini bar, clunky shower heads, and so on. 4. NOT SAFE for children : the water in the shower was ridiculously hot, and not easy to adjust. . i had to stay with the kids to turn the water on and off for them to avoid any accidents. 5. Parking : not suited for big cars. but their credit, they were available to assist getting in and out each time.

Good hotel, clean and cozy rooms with a view. Right opposite of Campo Pequeno, the hotel is suited in a great busy area, close to bus stop related to other attractive places in Lisbon.

This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been coming here for years. If you choose this place you definitely will love it I'm sure! Very nice hotel with kind staff. Many of the rooms are renovated, a lot of space, some even have a balcony with a nice view over the Campo Pequeno. Room cleaning with the change of amneties every day. The breakfasts could be better though.

It is worth the price. It's clean, towel are changed, and toiletries are replaced everyday. It has 3 different sides, two of them looking out to the strees with nice open views to the nice financial center or bull-fighting arena. The other one faces the ugly boring backyard. Neither of them are quiet anyway because of the construction at the backyard side and traffic noise of the street from the other side. Breakfast is great. There is a vending machine at the lobby but it's hot-drink part doesn't work. It's strange that they rent the safe deposit box in the room for 1.5 € per night. I had never seen such a thing anywhere. Bath and toilet of the room is free to use, though 😁 my room has a functional air-conditioner 👍

A reasonably priced hotel opposite the Sagres Campo Pequeno arena. Ideal if you're heading to an event there. Hotel doesn't grab your attention from outside, small access door. Lobby and reception look a little dated in reddish brown marble but the other communal areas and the rooms themselves are brighter and modern; clean and well appointed. View at rear of hotel is not pleasant - a semi-derelict apartment block. Car parking available under the hotel (extra charge) but access is pretty awful, not suitable for larger vehicles. Breakfast buffet pretty good on the whole, wide selection; watered down fruit juice and supermarket-bought cakes though. On the whole an average city centre hotel, larger than average rooms for Lisbon. Note: absolutely nothing of interest in the vicinity other than the arena.

Located north of the city - ideal for main Entrecampos station and the 736 bus that takes you downtown. Great room, helpful staff, blackout blind, toiletries - VERY comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more - thank you.

Reasonably priced for a quick trip to Lisbon. The exterior of the hotel feels uninviting and pretty questionable. A bit misleading since the website looks nothing like the pictures shown there. Lobby is also very outdated.. BUT rooms are super modern & staff is very lovely.

This is atleast a 4 Star Hotel and not 3 star. The rooms are excellent and equipped with modern bedding and washrooms. The breakfast was good but same variety everyday. They don't have a kettle in the room. You have to ask them for it. But the best hotel in the area.

Fix the alevator..Just annoyed how it keeps opening even when u close it..and the doors open very slow.bed was very confortable..

This place is awful for the price. We were priced gouged on a Wednesday night from $166 to $254 a night because we arrived at midnight. For $254, we expected at least a decent facility. But no, this place is worse than a 1 star hotel. Rooms felt like an old jail cell with a bed. Smells rancid and the bathrooms are moldy. Everything about this place scream OLD and uncared for. Disappointing.

This hotel got solidb3 stars, closer to 4. Add few more luxurious items in interior, little bit better surronding, facilities and here you are Breakfasts are great for their price, you got real choice of dishes! And quality also good. Strongly recommended for business trips or to stay overnight. For serious vacation if you really want to chill out it will be not bad, but definitely not the best place.

Good for 3 stars, refurbished room. Comfortable bed and good shower. No handles or knobs on wardrobe and could not get heating/ air conditioning to work, but temperature was not too bad so never enquired about it. Breakfast satisfactory.

Be aware that construction is going on in the hotel. From about 10 until 7 you will hear jack hammers. It does not matter what floor you are on. The staff did tell me that during busy summer months it will stop. If this is a concern for you, contact the hotel for details. We were in a remodeled room. It was very minimalist. The room was plain and small but was clean and had good linens. The was no hot pot to make coffee or tea, however there was a small fridge. I would rather have a hotpot or better yet a coffee maker. The hotel had 2 small elevators which tend to get backed up in the morning. Breakfast was good. We had good service from a security guard who helped us get hot water for tea and also the lady in the breakfast room was helpful.

Nice little find for an unexpected overnight stay, and very affordable. Rooms have been recently renovated, although no tea or coffee, or water. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was amazing. Bathroom was nice, but because the tiles and grout are dark I can see it may deteriorate in the coming nonths as there is no ventilation. Not many food options around, and bar was closed for renovations during my stay. Staff were pleasant, check in quick.

Beautiful hotel, room we lived in was for two people, but split beds, which wasn't what we were asking for as a couple. A lot of space for your clothes in a wardrobe. Bathroom very old-fashioned design and needs renovation, good thing that we had a bathtub instead of shower. Other than that, we had a great time, it's inexpensive and you can get a parking lot for your car inside the hotel garage.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs, I've stayed there before and I recommend it. PS, I got the covid test for free at the farmacia around the corner.

A nice economy hotel which provides the necessary things you need for a good night sleep and getting to work the day after, nothing luxurious and very efficient. some rooms need to be renovated.
