The only good thing here was the location and the coffee on the other side of the street. No Portuguese, no English only Russian and not really friendly if you want to pay with credit card. Não recomendo de todo!!

The owner was rude from the first moment we came. He and his family always stayed late in the flat (till almost midnight) and made so much noise that it was impossible to sleep. Anyways, the room is so noisy even itself as you hear all the people being on the toilet in different floors. Breakfast was really basic one and we needed to be fast to grab something because if we were late, no breakfast was left for us. Overall, it was a bad bad experience! It's like we were entering someone's flat and he didn't want us there...

Pretty bad all around. Not really worth the money. Much better hostels in Lisbon at the same or cheaper price point.

It's a very quiet place, which is good because you can actually rest. Very clean and comfortable. The owner is really nice and is always checking that you have all you need. He doesn't speak English or Spanish very well but he tries :) Breakfast is included. Excellent price-quality relation 👌

We had a great time in Lisboa and at this place. Since we were travelling by car, it was amazing to park directly in front of the hostel (for free on the weekend, otherwise there is another option for 7€/day on weekdays). Our room with a small balcony was very nice and clean. Same for the shared bathrooms. We also enjoyed the included breakfast and the lovely hosters. Thank you for everything!

Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen, im Bett habe ich BETTWANZEN gefunden. Ekelhaft. Insgesamt dreckig und laut. Eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption war nicht möglich, es war niemand da. Aufenthalt nach einer Nacht abgebrochen, da es nicht möglich war dort zu schlafen. Diese Unterkunft ist kein einzigen Stern wert.

The man in charge is exquisitely rude - avoid like the plague if you value a polite host. He greeted us with an awkward stonewalling so we followed him to the reception area where we gave our names. He told us - with maximum contempt - we weren’t booked in. Fine. No probs. We were actually booked into another hostel across the hall, it turned out. Upon seeing us out, the - by now actively hostile gruffalo-pig-man -neglected to point out the misunderstanding, preferring instead to slam the door with nary a fare thee well. Back on street level, with the help of a friendly local delivery man, we realised our mistake and were greeted by the thoroughly charming lady owner in Ledi’s House next door.

Had to wait more than 2 hours outside for check-in despite our arrival time has been confirmed in advance. When the employee arrived he didn't even bother to apologize or explain why he made us wait. There was also another couple waiting. Very unprofessional. Also, our room was not ready at our arrival. Apparently the previous visitors just left. The room has been "cleaned" in 5 minutes. Overall, very bad experience. Can't recommend!

First of all, staff is really rude. Me and my boyfriend took a shower but the bathtub was so full of hairs the water started to come out and here was a flood inside the hostel because of that. The guy in charge started to yell at us and it looked like he wanted to beat my boyfriend. He treated us with no education at all, and then asked us to go away, like we were not welcome. The hostel is very noisy, I barelly slept. Seriously if your looking for a place to stay in Lisbon, don't come here. The staff have some mental issues, are not polite and must have some serious anger problems.

Das ist keine Hostel in dem Sinne, sondern eine umfunkzionierte 5 Zimmerwohnung mit 2 Badezimmern und Küche mit Balkon. Die Zimmer sind je klein, nur zum übernachten. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück ist sehr einfach, aber alles notwendige da. Die Lage ist perfekt. Vieles kann man zu Fuß erreichen, allerdings ist laut, sehr lebendige Großstadt. Der Besitzer ist freundlich. Einreise nur ab 14 Uhr möglich!! Bis 14 Uhr die Tür ist zu und es ist einfach niemand da, keine Möglichkeit reinzukommen, um z.B. Koffer abzustellen. Bei der Abreise könnte man Koffer bis zum Abend stehen lassen. Kann weiter empfehlen.
