Changed my flight less than 24h before the departure? Never fly Royal Air Maroc, please.

Wrong information by the check-in employee made me loose my flight. I am wasting time and money because of this company. I do not recommend.

Not only do they never answer on the phone. I had to travel all the way to Lisbon to confirm I could travel with my board. They told me yes. Once at the airport they told me it was not possible. Then it was but the payment was impossible. They first told me I have to pay online « but they don’t know the website ». When they realised I’m not supposed to find their payment platform, I had to pay cash. Then on the transit they tried to block my board in casa because it was too big for the plane. I had to beg the ground staff to take it with. A huge stressful trip. All the time it was impossible to call the agency. No answer to emails. Nothing. In 6 years of traveling this is the worse experience I ever had.

The last time I came here, I was well attended to. The attendant lady smiled and gave me all options. She helped me resolve my missed flight issue and even ensured I payed the least money possible. She made things very convenient for me. The reason I would book the flight again anytime soon, AT THEIR Saldanha Office!

In this day in age they can’t locate my luggage. I’m in a foreign country without clothes for myself and daughter. I have to repurchase everything. I tried calling and all they can say is we can not locate your luggage.

Shameful airline, shame i cant rate it 0 stars.

Nobody answers the calls, the client has no support from the CIA. It's a sad reality, as we pay high prices. My suitcase, which was 10 days old, was completely destroyed and the lock on it was broken. I have a written complaint made at the airport and now I cannot contact the CIA. Avoid getting their services as much as possible, if you need them you will get angry.

It is not clear how there are multiple criticisms and complaints and nothing changes. No one answer the phone. I had to go to the office, which by the way had no clients, to resolve a simple situation.

They don't answer calls, it's a disgrace!! It's not possible to please everyone but every day they don't respond, it really becomes out of the ordinary!!

They don't answer the phone or direct you anywhere, they just hang up like a private house

THEY TAKE FOREVER TO FIND OUT AND "IF" THEY ANSWER, CUSTOMER QUESTIONS WITHOUT ANSWERS, THEY FORWARD THE CALLS AND THEN THEY HANG UP. TERRIBLE ABOUT EVERYTHING.

What's the point of having a phone number if you never answer? I have made more than 100 calls without being answered.

Worst airline!!! I, as the godmother of my goddaughter's wedding, took everything I needed for the wedding party... from: wedding dresses, shoes, bouquets, etc... The wedding was the day after my arrival. I arrived at my destination country, none of my suitcases left, only ONE suitcase unnecessarily turned up after the wedding, and what's more, it all arrived departed. It's horrible!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! 👎🏼 And, I want to make it clear to the bastard who stole my bag, that I will never give up on this process. SINCERELY

They don't have accurate information. I used my voucher to book tickets, then they sent me tickets after a month of calls and emails. To found that my travel is canceled while it's still selling in the website ..
