    The place of the hotel is very good. The stuff are very halpful with everything. Suggesting were to go or even find something personal that i forgot at the room after leaving. Big thanks to Sergio for lots of things he did for us.we have been for 5 night .The room was clean and nice the breakfast was good. Thank you for the good time.

    Check in was quick, please be aware like all hotels in Lisbon there is a 2 euro per night local tax to pay per person. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and cleaned every day during our stay. Metro station is literally 4 metres outside the hotel entrance, major plus. Supermarkets near hand and the room had a small fridge which was great. Breakfast was good - cold meats/cheeses and breads with selection of fruits and cereals, enough choice

    Can't recommend this hotel enough. Metro station just outside the door. Clean comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Will return.

    Wir waren, daß heißt meine Schwester und ich vom 18.09.bis25.09.2023 hier und wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Unser Zimmer war in der 8.Etage was uns wenig ausmachte,es gibt ja einen Fahrstuhl.Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und von der Einrichtung... alles was man benötigt hatten wir.das Bett war mehr als groß und wir hatten genügend Platz. Und was ich noch sagen kann,es war das erste Hotel-Bett in dem ich ohne Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht bin.Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette alles funktionierte gut.Das gesamte Personal war sehr höflich, angefangen von der Rezeption,Bar, Frühstück oder Zimmermädchen.Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt.Das Frühstück war reichlich und es war für jeden was dabei.es war so reichlich, daß sich sehr viele Leute die Teller voll gemacht haben und es dann nicht gegessen haben,das sollten einige mal überdenken (nur mal so am Rande erwähnt). Man sollte auch nicht vergessen,das es historisches Gebäude ist und da gibt es halt kleine Schönheitsfehler, gibt es bei älteren Menschen auch wozu ich mich zähle 😀 also alles im allem uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder hier natürlich spreche ich auch im Namen meiner Schwester. Danke noch mal an das gesamte Team 😘

    The location of the hotel was great. Right next to Picoas Metro station, also easy access to buses to old town. Rooms were immaculately clean and quiet. All Staff - from Reception, Breakfast staff, Housekeeping and Bar were super friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

    From friendly staff to a great buffet-style breakfast and a great location, steps away from a metro station as well as from the Banksy museum (highly recommended), this hotel delivered on all accounts.

    Loved this chic hotel , reception staff very friendly , plenty of choice for breakfast whether your on the go or taking in a relaxing coffee/breakfast break. There were 2 days that the housekeeper forgot to leave Bath towels but remedid straight away , certainly would not mark down this hotel for that.

    Centrally located to the airport as well as sightseeing. Great luxury shopping close by. Room was clean. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the breakfast. Only downside was the parking garage is a bit of a trek but the weather was nice so not a big deal.

    An ok hotel, but not great value. A bit expensive for what you get. We got a room for 4. The room with the king was great, but other room with twins looked like those extra beds that are rolled into rooms. The elevators are small and slow. A subway station is right outside the door, making it convenient to get around.

    Very decent, well located, and welcoming hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful (Malam and Philip were wonderful!!) Breakfast is fantastic! A buffet choice of warm and cold meals. The on-site restaurant also have all-you-can-eat at very reasonable prices (there are restaurants all around that you can visit too) Though the elevator broke down for a few hours (which made me take the stairs to the 7th floor) but there are always free infused water and pastries available to refresh you everyday!

    We 've stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. First of all, we have had a bad experience as soon as we arrived. They coudn't find the modification to my initial reservation (from 7 to 8 days) even though I had received a confirmation email 2 months ago. Soon after, they gave us the worst room they could. It wasn't really spacious and we could even hear the noice coming from the air mascines of the hotel. Therefore, the view wasn't a pleasant sight. There wasn't enough space to walk between my luggage and the bed. I kindly requested them to change the room in order to get a better one because we would have stayed there for 8 nights but they refused to complete my request. Lastly, the only positive thing that i have to point out was that the breakfast was extraordinary since there was a variety of tasty choices and the room was clean enough.

    The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the subway. It’s literally right outside the hotel. Plushy cat 1. staff very professional, extremely helpful and courteous; that includes the breakfast room crew, very efficient; housekeepers were fast and my 3 rooms have absolutely no complaints when it comes to cleanliness (pleasing a fussy person like me is quite rare! thank you!) 2. breakfast spread wasn’t too bad. simple but had almost all the basics. hot food section - bacon, sausages, mushrooms, baked beans grilled tomatoes, scrambled eggs. cold dishes include a variety of cheese with ham, preserves with yoghurt, fresh fruits, and some salad. coffee or tea from vending machine, with a variety of bread and croissants. 3. each room comes with a different poster of some a-lister (actors) Minus 1. this hotel is really old. refurbished in some parts maybe… 2. not enough power points; we’re travellers and I’m pretty sure you should realised that we would have had a few devices each. 2 power points and they’re located on the wall at the end of the room! 3. whoever designed the bathroom deserved to be shot! yes, I’m that angry! each time we bathe, the toilet would be flooded. I truly hate it when you have half a screen to shield the bath water. either install full screen or use a shower curtain…housekeeping would come and mopped it up to prevent us from slipping or falling. 4. no kettle…sigh. I assumed that there would be one and that was my mistake. hellooo…it’s should be a standard thingy but I guess you didn’t think so…no doubt cold tap water is safe to drink but I prefer lukewarm. there are other issues but it’s trivial. Would I stay again? Doubt it.

    Beautiful hotel in a nice area. Loved the hydromassage bath 🛁. They have a romantic package where you get a bottle of champagne 🍾 and chocolates in the room, that's a nice touch. The things I didn't like was that I was not able to pull the shutters up even when pressing the supposed buttons to do that, the balcony access door from the room was locked 🙄, why advertise it if people can't use it... The room looked bigger in the picture than it is in real life but I guess that's just how it is either way, since they use wide lens to capture the photos. Breakfast in the room, I feel like they forgot about my room as I asked to have it at a certain time but had to call like 1 hour later for them to then bring it to my room. And I must say, this thing of cooking without any seasoning is really frustrating, I believe an option to have it that way or not should be available because eating plain scrambled eggs and mushrooms is not nice at all, at the point I had to leave it on the plate. I did love the staff tho, they were quite attentive and the night guy even showed us a bar close to the hotel, The Joker 🃏, because they were the only thing open to eat late night, that is around 11pm or so. Overall I do suggest the place but it's good to keep these things in mind, I can't say for buffet breakfast because we didn't go downstairs but probably it would be the best thing to do if you're interested in staying there, and oh, I will need to try their sushi the next time

    Absolutely amazing! Fantastic location with metro station just outside the hotel! Very helpful & polite & smiling staff. Tidy rooms, delicious breakfast & tasty sushi bar! For a 3* hotel would give 5* Picture not from hotel because forgot to take one but Lisboa as a destination is a must see for sure 👌

    Things may go wrong even in a well maintained and reputable hotel. And it’s exactly what happened with us on the first night. This is when the skills of the manager are put to a test. The hotel is fortunate to have Silmar Valle as the front manager. He took charge the next morning and demonstrated his high competence and ability to take resolute steps to rectify the situation. It was also apparent that he is well supported by an able team of his colleagues. Well done Silmar! Vladimir Zubkov

    Staff are excellent, answering all our questions promptly in English. The room is cleaned expertly by staff. We’ll be back!!! Before I forget, breakfast is very good!!!

    I had two reservations. One from 22/10 to 24/10, and the other one from 26/10 to 28/10. The first one, we were very disappointed at the poor quality in almost every aspect of the hotel. The lift was very small (only fit two people), a room with a bathroom that doesn´t even have doors (no privacy), the breakfast is very poor, you would rather go out and spend money to eat somewhere else. On the other reservation, it was even worse. They cancelled my reservation without calling me. I had to look for another hotel on the very same day at 7 PM. They showed absolutely no interest in helping. This is a hotel that is not worth the money, for almost the same price you can find much better places in the same area (and in better locations too)

    Stayed 7 nights, excellent value for money, excellent location (metro outside door) and an excellent bed ( best hotel bed ever). Beside a busy street but with windows closed no noise at all. Would recommend to anyone. Very nice people work here.

    The overall experience was very good. Silmar at the reception desk was nothing short than exceptional the whole time we stayed there. The staff was very professional and friendly as well. Breakfast was very good and offers quite a few options. Overall cleanliness of the hotel is great. Location is a 10 for me. The train station entrance and bus stop are right outside the door which is very convenient. Nice flow of people and traffic without getting overwhelming. My only complaints would be that the rooms (mine and my mother’s) did not look like what the pictures show. The hotel’s layout has changed and for the worst since it feels a lot more crowded and small. The pictures online need to be updated to show exactly what people will be getting. I booked a suite on the 8th floor which was great (loved the balcony) but the shower had some flaws because every time we showered I had to use the bath rug to clean up a decent amount of water on the floor outside. Also, there was a constant sewer smell coming from what seemed to be the vent and not the bathroom. Overall my experience was very good thanks to the staff, cleanliness and location.

    The hotel is located exactly in front of the Picoas Metro station. The location is excellent, quiet. I had the standard double room with breakfast for 7 days. Impeccable cleaning is done every day and all linen and towels are changed. Apart from the fact that there wasn't much variety at breakfast and I pretty much ate the same things every day, I have nothing to complain about. It was an excellent stay!

    Perfect hotel, next to the subway station. The staff was really friendly and the room was super clean! They followed to the covid rules very strictly and the safety of the guests comes first. This hotel is an added value for your visit to Lisbon.

    The staff was really nice. Great location, you have the subway at the door, nice restaurants close-by, supermarket and pharmacy. You can walk to anywhere in the city. The breakfast hours are a bit strict. I understand it is for safety purposes.
