This is a really nice hotel with great hospitality. Try to book a room with balcony. You will not regret. The staff is extremely service minded. Be aware that the hotel is at the top floor without elevator. Really nice area to stay in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

We had a luxe suite room with balcony for two adult et our 2 yo daughter. First thing to say would definitely be about this lovely lady who welcomed us. A big thank you to her. She as been the most welcoming, helpful and caring person we ever met in a hôtel. Feeling chiado is right in the best part of Lisboa, close to everything but also a very quiet place to rest after a long day walking through the city. Breakfast was really nice too. We definitely recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Staff was exceptional. Rooms were spacious and clean in a wonderful 18th century building. The view from our balcony was stunning. I just wish the breakfast started earlier (we had to miss it in order to catch our plane). Highly recommended.

Really good value in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of stairs to get there, it might be an for somebody, not for us, thankfully. The rooms are spacious. Only real issue for us was that here was a lot of noise from the guest in the other room.

I hope to be back on my next visit to Lisbon. What a gem of a hotel with the most amazing, kind staff. They were all so helpful and went over and above to help us and to make us feel welcome. The rooms were lovely and what an amazing view of the Convent Ruins across the plaza and Castle Sao Jorge up on the hill behind it. Thank you so very much.

Amazing accommodation, in the perfect location! Close to everything. Our room was spotless, I absolutely loved the detail of leaving a little treat each day. The complimentary breakfast was such a lovely touch and the staff couldnt have been more helpful & friendly :) will definitely be recommending Feeling Chiado to anyone visiting Lisbon

Location, location - in the heart of grate historical down town. Close to everything. Easy access to tour's and food. Apartments have free and very filling breakfast. Also coffee and snack is available up to late evening. It feels very hommy when you come after busy day exploring the city. Life hug for city Lisbon itself: Come with carry-on only. City have a lot of steps and hills and not all escalates are working. Huge laggards will make you troubled

Thank you Feeling Chiado 15 for being flexible with our check in and for providing a welcoming and comfortable stay! We loved the little balcony area and the tiny surprise of the day snacks/drinks. Also, thank you for always packing us breakfast since we always had an early schedule. Highly recommend for the service, location and cleanliness. I booked directly through their website!

Fantastic location, great host, big room Really good location, close to all connections (ferry, trains) and right next to a cool square with restaurants. Room was very spacious - great value for the price. Large comfortable bed! Breakfast delivered to the room first thing im the morning was very nice! It is located right up on the 4th floor of an old building - four massive flights of stairs (feels more like 8 flights), with no lift. Bear this in mind if you have heavy lugguage! In the room I was in (roof) there was condensation problems with the bathroom due to poor ventilation. Wasn't really a problem for me since I was only there for a night, but something to consider for longer stays. I have to mention that I was preyed on by mosquitoes throughout the night too!! My gf didn't suffer any bites, but they definitely preferred my blood!

Really beautiful Hotel. Can get a little louder because of the street but the isolation and windows are doing their best to keep the noise outside.

If hauling your luggage up (around) 6 flights of stairs without any help or elevator doesn't turn you away, it's pretty good. Great location, room & shared space, & staff were nice. But the most inaccessible hotel I've stayed at. Small sign in the exterior of the building, & you enter into a dark lobby with no signs saying the hotel is actually on the top floor. Took some figuring out. Once we hauled our luggage all the way up, we werent met with a reception/desk just a person in a office behind the door. The room was nice but the strong incense seemed to be covering up the scent of sewage. The air conditioner was very loud at night (not white noise). The are is great.

Amazing place to stay especially as a solo traveller, I felt very safe and at home. Fatima was so helpful, always asking if there was anything she could do whenever she saw me, she also made delicious scrambled eggs every morning. Room was also so much bigger than I expected. Will definitely be staying again!

Terrific location for tapas and views. Breakfast is amazing as was our host. Easy in n out for the airport. It is a haul upstairs, but just think of it as a warm up for St George castle!

Feeling Chiado was a great spot for our last night in Lisbon. If you want to be in the thick of things, the location is perfection, right in front of the Carmo Convent and its very lively square (including live music during the day). The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is very good, and Bruno was super helpful and nice throughout our short stay. Hope to be back there soon :)

Instead of a review, we wanted to write a big thank to our hosts Fatima and Bruno for making the time we spent in Lisbon the best possible experience ever. Your gestures made us really feel like at home and among family in accommodation. The breakfest is fantastic, the room is clean and warm, and the location is probably one of the best in Europe. There is no doubt this is the best Booking choice we have made so far.

We loved the location and the hospitality of this hotel during our stay in Lisbon. We had a great view from the balcony of our room and the staff was amazing. Great breakfast in the common area to start our day and then was also great to use as an area to drink wine and play cards after returning from a day of seeing the city. We were traveling with another couple and we all loved staying at this friendly and accommodating hotel. The stairs were a bit of climb but well worth it!

Best hotel experience I've ever had. Couldn't recommend enough ! They are the most lovely people who have so many small details that make your stay beyond anything you could have hoped for. Lovely room, great location, lovely breakfast but best of all are the people who just make your stay so welcoming.
