    Little parking and support staff, very friendly volunteers. Who goes to the appointment and is dependent on a third person, the car park is ridiculously expensive, it's an exaggeration, for 5 hours or so I paid almost 10 euros, my family member is physically disabled and I have to take her by car, because of a wheelchair ..otherwise good garden. Be careful with the animals, there are facilities for cats and ducks, the garden is even pleasant. Wheelchair-accessible roads do not exist and there are many potholes, but the hospital staff have a good atmosphere.

    I want to express my gratitude for the extraordinary way in which you accompanied my father during the last 4 years of his illness. A big congratulations to Dr. Susana Carvalho's entire team and to the nurses' tireless work in providing the best care to their clients. It is a source of pride to know that the SNS has professionals like these on its staff.

    My Father, in this Hospital, you were always treated like a King, everyone loved you, I miss your hug and comfort. But I'm sincere in what I say when visiting my Father, always in the hospital, I always tried to provide as much support as possible without asking assistants for help, etc. There was one time when I didn't like the way he was treated, as I went to get compresses to clean the my Father in the throat until he was called to attention by an assistant saying that he couldn't touch the compresses that were on the cart. I've been doing this for a long time because I also interfere with the assistants so as not to give them work as they already have a lot of secondary work to do. There were many patients to treat, I didn't like the way he was treated and that day after being called to attention I was so sad it seemed like I had done something wrong knowing that I wanted to do good. I have to thank the assistant who saw me with my Father and who came to give me compresses after being called out for trying to do good. Thank you.     In terms of patient care, they are very good. As for visits to patients, they are very limited, does a patient who has 1 husband and 3 children have to choose who can or cannot visit them, or who does it first? If visiting hours are from 2 to 8, why can only one person visit? Also after surgery, there is no way of knowing if the patient is alive, if everything went well, no one answers the cell phone. Knowing which building to go to is also complicated, sometimes the hospital staff themselves indicate the wrong building for some types of act. As for parking, it is closed on weekends, and on weekdays it is insufficient.

    I've been going there for 14 years. Apart from the chaotic phase of the virus, they have a humanity and joy that cannot be found in other healthcare establishments. Concern for our well-being and health. They don't skip exams if they think it's necessary. In these 2 years I felt very unprotected due to the lack of the IPO. On the 10th everything started again. Good for my peace of mind.
