I had a really bad experience at this station. I was trying to put money on my card and the machine could not detect it. So I nicely went to the information point and asked for more information, talking Portuguese to the guy (with the level I have, I can make myself understand). The guy was super mean and useless. He was talking Portuguese really fast and saw I couldn’t catch all the information but he was keeping with the same flow and was getting upset. So I ended up dealing with the situation on my own. It is better not having a customer service than having one with this poor quality guy (who seems to be high level position, he was not the usual guy from the station, this one is nice).
