I have had the honour of sitting with Kristin, both as participator and also assistant in different occasions. I absolutely love working with this incredible woman, her integrity, respect, the safety of the space she creates, the wisdom and knowledge that she delivers are mind-blowing! I love her authenticity, sense of humour and I feel very blessed and honoured that she is part of my life... for many journeys to come. The Womens Shack is such a wonderful venue to hold workshops, healing circles and community programs. The space is huge and the energy is wonderful too. It is very peaceful within an industrial area and small walk for organic yummy treats at Santos :)

In April I was honoured to sit in circle at the Women's Shack with 30 other beautiful women, including Kristen who owns the facility. Kristen gentle nature, humble nature is not something I will forget. This energy radiates within the sacred space and all that it offers. If you are looking for a venue to host any modality of healing for women, the Women's Shack is the space. Kristen is ever so accommodating and I hope to one day attend another holistic event with this space <3

I rented this space to teach yoga. My experience was great the venue was kept clean and all the props I needed were included in the rent. Also included in the rent was help promoting my event which was really helpful. My interactions with the owner Kristen were wonderful she is very friendly and genuinely concerned for the safety if the people coming through her space. I enjoyed my experience so much I signed up to be a member of the women's shack. :)

The place is wonderful: warm, welcoming and peaceful. I spent a few days training at Womens Shack and every moment felt very safe and protected. In addition kristin has a beautifully soft and gentle energy. Thank you for creating that space for women. It’s a beautiful gift.

Brigit coached me twice for 6 sessions each. She always adapted her consulting skills to my progress. With her guidance, she was able to gently draw my attention to the family patterns that formed during my childhood. She often changed her strategy to accommodate my inner growth and always gave me the opportunity to find out for myself which statements about my childhood were negative and which were positive. It was a very uplifting experience for me to better understand my emotional and mental life. With Brigit's help I am now well equipped to try and change any unhealthy behaviour patterns that had developed. Dagmar :-)
