False Advertising and Car Break-ins. Thoroughly unsatisfied with our time at this hotel. We got pulled over by the cops in the middle of the night after turning into the hotel because they’re running suppression to scare away car thieves. Apparently the area is so unsafe, it requires three cop cars to have their lights on all night. Room on the website said it included a breakfast buffet: false advertising. We were directed to an overpriced Starbucks for breakfast. Honestly for rooms > $180, I expected more. Even the cheap hotels have a small breakfast included in the price. Rooms were dry, soap bars were left in the shower, and tissue paper ran out immediately. Stay away. Would not recommend, keep driving and go somewhere else.

This Marriott is awesome. I stay every week for work, and have been here over 6 months. The staff greets me by my name, never a check in/out issue. The rooms are comfortable and always plenty of towels etc. Never an issue with safety. It’s became my second home. Again, the staff is just so welcoming.

I was gifted a night for my Birthday. Immediately when I walked in I was pleased. The check-in with "DONNA" was PHENOMENAL she was very professional and her customer service was GREAT. The cleanliness, the hospitality, and our overall experience exceeded my expectation. The only hiccup I had was that my neighbors upstairs we walking extra hard as if they were in a marching band in the late hours of the night. But other than that I was pleased. i didn't get a chance to get breakfast because I slept passed the time frame. But overall it was nice and it suited just what I needed, "some alone time" for my Birthday.. Thank you.

Having stayed at many Marriotts they always go out of their way for guests.. this particular time I had called ahead of time to let them know I was needing a late check in for my flight was delayed. I spoke with Anna who was working the front desk.. she let me know that it's not a problem and my room would be reserved till I got there.. upon arrival Anna had already had my room ready to go. Seeing that I was tired form the flight. And all I wanted to do was get in my room. Check in took a matter of minutes.. hassle free and quick.. she seemed to know I just wanted to get to my room and relax and go to bed.. it's nice to see your associates anticipate guests needs like Anna did that night. This employee is what Marriott standards are all about.. thank you for the experience.

The best service I've received at a hotel so far this year. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Room had a few things that needed some attention, such as the toilet paper holder barely holding onto the wall and there were some stains on the furniture. Location was good for the area but traffic can make venturing out difficult. But if you're in the Lithia Springs area and need a place to stay, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta, Lithia Springs.

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great location. We also had dinner and it was delicious and the bar was nice also. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was clean and well maintained,, but I had a bad experience with 1 of their assistant Manager,, my 2 cards were charged without cause or notification, ( double charged) reached out to the hotel, the promise that it will not go through,, well, it did! Now fighting with my bank to get my money back,, so frustrating! Marriot promised to refund the unnecessary charge,, ( double 1 day) haven't seen it yet,, Its been 3 business days,, still waiting!

Hotel staff are very dry… hotel room was dirty. The min fridge had ice in it from the ICE AGE..behind the toilet the wall seems like it was scrubbed with Brillo pad and the didn’t touch up the paint or wall paper. I paid over 400.00 to stay somewhere I couldn’t take a bath because it was dirty…….. I was here for a family health emergency I had not time to complain I was worried about my family. And never put a room full of kids on a high floor all night little feet running around.

First, I need to report that a Tiffany ring was “taken” by someone within the housekeeping staff during our three days two night stay. During this time, we received housekeeping services for “1” one day, the day we checked out. We left a thank you note, and a $20 tip. Our overall impression of the hotel was totally clouded by the “misplaced” Tiffany ring. Shoutout to the Supervisor on Duty “Jamie” for keeping us apprised of the theft, and trying to narrow down which staff member could be responsible given the timeframe that our room was cleaned. During our stay we found a few things puzzling in regards to front desk staffing. The hotel is both a Courtyard Marriott and Fairfield Inn & Suites property combo. You’ll need your Fairfield & Suite room key to get your complementary breakfast in the morning, this weeds out the Courtyard property people who are not authorized to get their meal. The Courtyard did have a Starbucks in their lobby area with limited hours of operation. The staff “Fairfield Inn & Suits side” would frequently go into the back room area, thus leaving the front desk area unattended for visitors or guest to figure out what is going on. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained and had a convenient location to access the many roads and highways in the Atlanta metro area. There are many fast food options nearby “McDonalds, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell” and many more. If you take away the Tiffany ring theft, I would have rated our stay an 11 out of 10. But since the theft was such a bad situation, I gave them a two start instead of 5 stars.

Up front: I am Lifetime Platinum Elite with Marriott so I know how this property compares with others. I have also stayed at this property more than once. One of the few positives about this hotel is the location. The walls are paper thin, the security is lacking, and the front desk staff act like you are bothering them to check in. Previous comment about uncomfortable beds is correct. On my last stay at this Courtyard I was panhandled in front of the elevators. Sketchy hotel in a sketchy neighborhood. Courtyards in general have lost a few steps in customer service over the last few years and this location is no exception.

Unprofessional staff with the worst customer service ever! I ran out of body wash and asked for some. They told me to wait until the next day even though I had been out all day and needed to shower. Bistro staff were sour and unfriendly. The staff on duty at 7am looked like they were rolling out of bed with night caps on!! Horrible 😫

Place surely make memorable experience for me but NOT in the best way posible. I travel to Atlanta for work every other week and will never stay here again. After an exhausted day at work asked for a late check out the next day the check in person was able to accommodate me until afternoon but cleaning personnel came in knocking at door to “get out” they started busting my room phone and had only passed 10 min from check out and to top it off “they cleaning lady went into the room while I was still putting my shoes on and started picking all my posted notes from work and put them into the trash” NEVER AGAIN I AM USING THIS HOTEL and doubtfully using MARRIOTT DUE TO THIS TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE.!

I stayed here for a week and now I am here again for another week. If I were you I would avoid this place. From the outside it looks nice. It is a little more modern than other courtyards so I had high hopes for this place but that is where it ends. As I mentioned before, I am here on my second week and I'm only staying here because I am working at the data center down the road. First off, their bistro is lacking in food. In the evening time well before they're advertised closing hours, the staff either refuses to cook any other complicated food or they just don't have the food. I just got in from traveling all day from California and wanted to just have food here at the hotel. It was 1 hour before closing and my only options were wings or fries. I asked for wings and a salad and they accommodated. However, sadly the meal was $23 for 8 wings, some stale dry carrots and the salad was a box of wilted green leaf lettuce with stale croutons and some parmesan shavings. I had the same issue the previous week I was here where the cook did not want to cook anything. Secondly, I get to my room tonight and find hair in my towels. Yay! That was a nice surprise. The only thing that this place has going for it is that the general staff is really nice. I have several more weeks of work in the area and I'm definitely not going to stay here again.

My total stay was 3 nights, for a business trip. Good location, clean, nicely designed and decorated, and staff is friendly. However, air conditioner in room was making a loud squealing noise so sleeping was difficult, the coffee pot in room was broken, the coffe pot they brought to replace the broken one had black chunks floating in the water reservoir, my room keys stopped working after I had extended my stay even though I made a point to communicate and verify with the front desk in person that the extension would be seamless, the cafe had broken equipment therefore an even more limited menu than normal, and I was served soy protein after letting the waitress know I was allergic to Soy when ordering. Come to find out, the waitress was not properly trained to even know. This could have ended badly had I not questioned it and requested they check ingredients after I took the first bite of the chicken quesadilla and started to have a reaction.

Honestly thE BEST staff I have ever seen. I was treated with an outstanding amount of respect and kindness. I never did get the two young lady's name who worked at the front desks, but the really and kind and considerate to me. I would give this hotel 6 stars if I could for their outstanding service and . Thank you so much for this experience and I hope I get to visit here again in the future.

Nice hotel and staff. Clean and up to date. The pool was closed during my stay but still enjoyed sitting on patio smoking a cigar and drinking a glass of wine. I love the courtyard brand as they have a common space that is huge with various seating arrangements as well as the Bistro has great heavy apps and sandwiches plus healthy and hearty breakfast and dinner options. Definitely give this location a try.

The hotel stay was pleasant and met some friendly people at the pool. I was very disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. For the room price it should have included some type of FREE breakfast. This is the only reason I will not stay here again. (I did observe the Green Coloring on the wall in the bathroom which was not a pleasant site). Mix Feelings about this one!

The only thing that may be worse than the smell of weed everywhere, is the smell of hotel scents applied everywhere, to cover up the weed smell everywhere. My room could have benefited from a slight remodel also. The Bathrooms are a little obsolete. I gave them an extra star, because I’m an Ambassador Elite and the young lady at the desk that checked us in actually sang Happy Birthday to me! We checked in after midnight, so I KNOW she meant it. 😂 She was easily the best part of my experience. God Bless her. 🙏🏽

The stay was ok. For the price I feel their should be some type of complimentary breakfast. Room was pretty clean besides one comforter had a few stains on it. The beds are NOT COMFORTABLE. I was a disappointed about that . Otherwise the facility is beautiful.. bar, etc…. Is nice!

Really nice hotel by Marriott. They usually are. But just a little bit of environmental story telling in the room I staying in got to me. See the attached picture and how apparent people miss the toilet so much its able to discolor the wall paper behind the toilet. Just can't stop looking at it. Was otherwise here for just a short stay passing through over night. Stayed on the first floor.
