First,
I
need
to
report
that
a
Tiffany
ring
was
“taken”
by
someone
within
the
housekeeping
staff
during
our
three
days
two
night
stay.
During
this
time,
we
received
housekeeping
services
for
“1”
one
day,
the
day
we
checked
out.
We
left
a
thank
you
note,
and
a
$20
tip.
Our
overall
impression
of
the
hotel
was
totally
clouded
by
the
“misplaced”
Tiffany
ring.
Shoutout
to
the
Supervisor
on
Duty
“Jamie”
for
keeping
us
apprised
of
the
theft,
and
trying
to
narrow
down
which
staff
member
could
be
responsible
given
the
timeframe
that
our
room
was
cleaned.
During
our
stay
we
found
a
few
things
puzzling
in
regards
to
front
desk
staffing.
The
hotel
is
both
a
Courtyard
Marriott
and
Fairfield
Inn
&
Suites
property
combo.
You’ll
need
your
Fairfield
&
Suite
room
key
to
get
your
complementary
breakfast
in
the
morning,
this
weeds
out
the
Courtyard
property
people
who
are
not
authorized
to
get
their
meal.
The
Courtyard
did
have
a
Starbucks
in
their
lobby
area
with
limited
hours
of
operation.
The
staff
“Fairfield
Inn
&
Suits
side”
would
frequently
go
into
the
back
room
area,
thus
leaving
the
front
desk
area
unattended
for
visitors
or
guest
to
figure
out
what
is
going
on.
The
hotel
itself
was
clean,
well
maintained
and
had
a
convenient
location
to
access
the
many
roads
and
highways
in
the
Atlanta
metro
area.
There
are
many
fast
food
options
nearby
“McDonalds,
Chick-Fil-A,
Taco
Bell”
and
many
more.
If
you
take
away
the
Tiffany
ring
theft,
I
would
have
rated
our
stay
an
11
out
of
10.
But
since
the
theft
was
such
a
bad
situation,
I
gave
them
a
two
start
instead
of
5
stars.
