The only good things about this place are its convenient location and its beautiful gothic architecture. The breakfast, however, left much to be desired. The fried eggs were overdone, the bread was stale, and the apple bun was doughy and bland. I expected more from a highly rated bakery. It wasn’t the worst meal I ever had, but it was far from satisfying. This place might be okay if you’re starving and don’t care about quality, but you’ll be let down if you want a truly delicious breakfast.

We had breakfast here, which was pretty good. Ordering food and service in general could be better.

Not the first time here and always end up with good food and mood. Very cosy place with seatings inside and outside. Good freshly prepared food. Unusual breakfast ordering concept. Ordering menu is short and clear. Fast staff and quick food despite lots of people eating. Expect a queue here as it is a bit crowded.

This is a really nice cafe with friendly helpful staff. You can sit inside in a relaxed atmosphere or sit outside in the nice weather and watch the world go by on this pretty street. They have a nice selection of sweet and savoury pastries and a small selection of delicious cakes. They serve good coffee, teas and cold drinks. They also serve breakfast. They give excellent value for money.

Strange place - one of the best croissants in the city with one of the worst service. Cashiers are super slow and extremely non-communicative, by that point just place an ipad near the registry and let us order with it (you have to fill breakfast cards by hand anyway). Pastries are ok, croissants are amazing. Price are on high end, plus this is the only place on earth which charges croissant price by weight, not by amount bought.

Atmospheric with alternative seating and connecting rooms- ordered coffee and pastries which were delicious! Breakfasts looked good- only erk was the timeframe in clearing tables though it was a busy time !

The place is nice. They have eggs for breakfast and a few more things, you will probably like something. The food was a bit late because there was only one waitress, I think. Neither the fruit smoothie nor the hot chocolate were very taste. The pancakes were ok, I would probably have needed some more jam. The eggs were good, although the dish was not big. The cost… as the rest of Europe, it could be cheaper.

Quality disappointed, it was a bit stale and fairly dry.

Ommelete - somehow forgot to rest bacon, sausage and onion. Cafe - good. Other backery product's were great. Nice personal and cosy atmosphere.

Bad organisation . Very long . They cook fries eggs like almost an omelette . And expensive and not really good.

Very nice cafe/bakery. We've come around 4pm, so the choice of sandwiches was small, but even then there was a wegetarian option for panini and a coffe with almond milk. The panini and coffee were ok (4.5/5), but i've decided to give 5 stars due to the service - the lady was very nice and helpful, and she spoke really good english.

Absolutely the BEST mushroom pastries in the whole world!! I live in Chicago, but every year come for a visit and always stop there for a cup of strong coffee and tasty pastries. They are still open during construction, walk in the back door from the alley behind the building. Keep on baking, I need those mushroom croissants to survive in this world!!!

Food was quite average so as the staff. The waitress was shy and couldn’t recommend us food. There was no chair for the baby to eat at the table. Coffee was disappointing same quality as at the gas station. It looks like a place to buy a pastry and have a walk with it. We had eggs for breakfast and should have taken some sweet stuff to go.

Breakfast good, but ignorant and bad service. After ordering, we went to sit outside. The girl in the counter did not say anything that we need to pick up our coffees and smoothies at the counter. After 20 minutes she brought my husbands omelette to the outside table, even then she did not mention that our drinks were waiting inside! I just wonder what restaurant/cafe can treat their customers with that kind of indifference. (This happened on Monday morning July 17 at 10 am.)

First of all, the place didn’t feel clean to the standards you would expect from place serving food. The tables weren’t cleaned after each customer and were pretty dirty. Secondly, the pancakes and cottage cheese pancakes (which were wormed in a microwave) were very sweet. And thirdly, I needed to convince staff that orange infused tea isn’t “green tea”. To their credit they tried to make tea from the tea leafs but seems lacked experience doing so - they filled a cup almost half full with tea leaves. Overall experience was far from what we expected. Definitely don’t recommend the place.
