This place is absolutely stunning. The Christmas display is out of this world. Everyone should see this.

Had relatives visiting and toured the museum, very good experience

Excellent museum the interturpitors were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I learned a great deal about the 18th century house and the items used. The museum has an excellent collection of nautical items relating to the area and the research archives would benefit anyone looking for family history or area history.

Was here for the Charles Dickens Christmas display, it was easy spending an hour here. Thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas tree displays making for some great photo opportunities. The highlight is definitely the lighted Christmas village and the mulled cider!

Wonderful place to witness history of pirates and privateers. Great museum.

I love to the Festival Trees & Dickensville every year. They have people helping with decorating and do different little creative things with I which I always love.

Pirates and Privateers... are there any two more adventurous words? The kiddo "shot" the cannon and we wandered and read and learned and explored the past.

Lots of great displays and fun facts about the area. Really enjoyed our visit. One building but so much to see and read.

Great research and book launch room! Comfortable with lots of rare books about Queens County.

Awesome little museum. The place is bursting with incredibly interesting exhibits and little historical tidbits! Would love to spend an entire afternoon! And free!

I remember when my class would take field trips to this place (especially during christmas) and oh did i ever love it, a pity i haven't gone since i moved away.
