I've never been to a Mod's pizza before, but when we walked in it was so inviting and exciting. I went there for my birthday with a group of 13 and they had no problem making all of our food. It came out within minutes of making it, and it was very cheap and tasted amazing! I'm vegetarian and yet they still had tons of toppings to chose from. The staff was amazing as well. They were very friendly, and they explained everything. They answered any questions we had and didn't make us feel rushed. It was a Saturday evening and they weren't too busy luckily. The main thing that really shows how amazing the staff is is how much they care about their customers. Since it was my birthday, one of their workers Sydney asked my parents if I had a cake for our dinner. My parents said no. Sydney then went to see if the restaurant next door had candles, and when they said no she headed to a nearby store and bought me an 18 candle, a balloon, AND A BIRTHDAY CARD!!!!! Her and some of the staff came out with a little cake and all the stuff she got me. I've never felt more special and appreciated at a food establishment before. I will be coming back as soon as possible, and I recommend everyone else does too!

The staff was so friendly and took great care of my niece who has some dietary restrictions. They were very patient with her as she was a bit overwhelmed by all of the options. They took their time answering all of her questions about the ingredients and if they didn't know about a certain food item they would go check the label so we knew it was a safe option. They went above and beyond for us and I will definitely recommend this place to others and I'll be back for more pizza soon! Thank you MOD team!

This place is hit or miss. I tried it twice previously, just on a lunch break from work, and it was fantastic. So I decided to order it for the family today. They were out of spinach, Canadian bacon, and garlic rub. Then, gave us an entirely wrong pizza. Also, I ordered an hour ahead of time and they still blamed the wait on how busy they were. Hopefully they get it together because I already miss the times it was great. 😂

So I would've given this place 5 stars if only for customer service. The entire staff was awesome and apologetic because they were out of like 50% of the ingredients (which is why I gave them 4 stars) I understand it was Friday night and so I get it and it was close to closing time but anyways like I said, to the owner- your whole staff deserves a raise. There was a ton of people in line that they had to explain the situation to and they were all so nice and did not let the pressure affect their attitude toward customers. Keep up the good work guys- the food was also great BTW!

My daughter and I went in to get pizzas on a Friday night. The place was very busy but the line was moving. When I got to the counter I could see the chaos....but it was organized chaos. The employees were literally running around to serve everyone quickly and were doing it with a smile on their face. Aside from the line of people in the restaurant, there were online and phone orders coming in as well. I was in awe as I watched them all running about and staying organized, and they even had time to complement each other. In a time where finding a staff is hard to come by, this place has got winners! This establishment should be proud of the hard work these amazing employees put in. The food is always good but I can honestly say I will be back because of the service. Keep up the great work!

Jst had lunch here for the first time, got the margarita pizza. Not only was the pizza good, with fresh ingredients, but it was fast. Way faster than I expected. The service was also excellent. I didn't catch the guy's name, but he is tall with dreads. He was so nice, and so helpful. I will definitely come back every time I'm working in this area.

Nice take on pizza. They make the pizza to order. The dough is thin, most likely so it cooks fast. All regular topping plus some others you may not of tried. This place won't replace your favorite pizza place but hot, fresh and quick? Sounds good to me 👍

My family and I eat here last week for the first time and the pizza was amazing. The restaurant was clean inside and out, parking was good on a Friday night and the staff greeted us as we walked in. Great experience, love the pizza oven. We will be back

I love MOD Pizza! I have to assume that MOD is short for Modify, as in you can modify your pizza any way you like! The easy way to do it is to start with one of their named pizzas and then modify it from there. Today I started with a Mad Dog with the mega dough. For an additional $2, you get a much thicker pizza crust which is delightful and well worth it! The Mad Dog Pizza is a red sauce Pizza that comes with pepperoni, mild sausage, and ground beef. I added bacon crumbles and ham. Finally, I topped it with a three-cheese blend of mozzarella, parmesan, and asiago cheeses. Next up it's time for veggies which I will do rings of onion and I love their roasted garlic cloves. Tonight we also got the garlic and cheese breadsticks which were delicious! Oh, don't forget the dipping sauce. Pesto and a fig balsamic go well with everything! The restaurant was very well staffed and they were getting people through the line at maximum efficiency. Great job MOD!

First and last time we ever eat MOD Pizza. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. Original text said estimated time of delivery was 6:18pm. Actual was 6:41pm. My pizzas were stone cold. Not that it mattered because even hot I would have been disappointed. Huge edge where there was no toppings at all. Barely any cheese. My kid wouldn't eat it. He grilled a cheese instead. Never, ever again.

I know it looks like a lot but honestly got my moneys worth with this pizza. Service was good and the pizza was perfect.

Employees need to be trained.. seems they hot really scared as soon as the line got bigger. The guy taking the order kept looking at the line instead of taking the order he messed up taking the order completely. Had a bad experience. Pluse I would never take their pizza at home, they don't taste good at all as they get cold. If you are planning to eat mod pizza then eat there. But I do not recommend this location.

Sidney, is amazing! She made my daughters birthday experience, amazing! Sidney took it upon herself to run out and buy candles, a balloon and a card, for my daughter. My daughter was almost in tears (joyful). What a kindhearted and caring girl! This was our first time there. And we came with a large group. Sidney was such a huge help. She got our group together and explained everything. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Sidney is definitely an asset to this company. They are so fortunate to have such a wonderful young lady, representing their company. Because of her personality, service and kindness. We would definitely eat there again!

I know this is a fun, build your own pizza place but I don't know how often then wipe down then tables and clean. The service is always great and friendly. The food is what you make it. I just wish it was cleaner.

Usually the pizzas are very good. The last couple of times I ate here, they were disgusting. I believe the non-dairy cheese has been changed to something of lower quality. The cheese comes out to a weird texture almost slimy as you chew. I won’t be ordering again. Other members of my family get mozzarella. They have no complaints.

Wow! To think I’ve driven by this place innumerable times and never stopped in! Their pizzas are thin crust (like cracker thin) and they make them to order, either to your specifications, or from their “stock” menu pizzas - in various sizes to fit your appetite. I had the Dominic, which is kind of like a Margherita pizza with sausage. It was delicious. I also had their Italian chop salad, which is a pretty good antipasto salad - only downside was that their “zesty Roma dressing” is not to my liking - but you can request other dressings, so…. Friendly, attentive, and informative waitstaff as well! Mod Pizza is now on my radar!

I'm giving it an 3 star because it is now the average fast pizza place. The pizzas, for the type of pizza place it is, are excellent. The only way you get a bad one is if you choose poorly on the MODifications😉. However, a good pizza in paired best with a good beer. They HAD good beers, draft & bottle. I mean GOOD beers like Stella or Bell's not just the swill water ones like Budweiser or Coors lite. Alas, they have taken it all away😭. I no longer go out of my way to eat there. I now, may, stop there if I'm near by & shopping in the area.😴

The cheese bin was out of mozzarella so I guess I just didn't get given cheese. They are usually pretty good, so I was disappointed.

Love , love , love this place! I eat here almost once a week! Everyone is always kind and accommodating and the pizza is always delicious! The lemonade and the blackberry or raspberry drink is hands down my favorite drink, not to mention their crushed “hospital ice” hehe! They also have gluten free options and dairy Free options which is a major plus!!

Customer service is terrible. EVERY time I order online my food is NEVER ready when it says. They are ALWAYS behind and refuse to update the website to say that. When my order is placed the website says 15 minutes when I get there to pick up my food it’s actually a 30-45 minute wait. If it was an isolated event I could understand but this literally happens every time I place an online order. Maybe they need new software but if I know in advance it takes 30-45 mins to make a mini pizza I would definitely weigh my options before picking this place.

Man I tell you this was the best place I have ever went for pizza, when they had prepared that pizza and put it in that brick oven and you take it home or eat it there it's like a pizza you never ate real good also the salad was exceptionally good you do not have to pay for extra toppings on either items 👍 prices are very reasonable. I went there on veterans day buy one get one.

Pizza is simply perfect every time. They are all pleasant. It's sometimes exceptional to get kindness with good food.

This place is great, the pizza is affordable and tasty... especially since you can customize it however you like. Everyone is friendly and helpful, overall a very positive environment to be in.

No dine-in seats available but they have a good system for carry-out. Plenty of team members keep everything moving smoothly. Our pizzas were cooked perfectly and delicious.

I like the thin crust, both the original and cauliflower. There are a good amount of topping choices for the pizzas. The pizzas cook fast in the pizza oven. You are given the option to drizzle something on the top. I have not tried the bread sticks or desserts

The pizza was yummy. I created my own 11" with garlic rub (subtle and perfect!), chicken, spinach, red onion, feta, mozzarella, and red sauce. It was delicious. We got BOGO with the teacher deal in the app so I did curbside pickup. My husband got the Jasper and really liked it. Our only disappointment was that the Deluxe "entree" salad was tiny. It would not have filled either of us up had that been our only entree. Good amount of toppings and flavor, but just small. Curbside was easy. I arrived and called to let them know where I was. They quickly brought of the food. It was simple to order over the app and then pick up at the time I wanted.

You can get the pizza YOU want, made like you like in less than 20 minutes. Fun and good--a great pizza connection.
