Update. Waiting for a manger to ansk for a new bun. Like we’re getting avoided Update for our god finally, and the hamburger bun is burned. Waited 20 minutes for a table . And now currently Still Sitting here…. for and 1.5 waiting on drinks and appetizers. And the waitress is rude , ask for a manager and she was making excuses. I understand everyone is short staffed. Come on shouldn’t take this long! I have kids with me crying because they are hungry.

We're always grateful when we go out to eat and there is dedicated staff working there! With that said, there are many new people in the business. And that doesn't always mean you're going to get a great meal. Tonight was one of those nights. Our service started good, our waitress came by many times asking if we knew what we wanted for dinner. After we finally made our decision, after our order was placed we never saw her again until she brought us our food. That's okay but we didn't see her after we got our food either. My wife's chicken tenders were overcooked. Almost burned. That made them anything but a tender chicken. We asked for and spoke with the manager and shared with him our experience. He apologized and gave us a coupon to help with our next visit to his restaurant. We will go back and give them another try in a couple of months. That should give the people time to learn how the business runs.

Ordered to-go. Missing two sauces for the wings, missed dressing for the salad. At least they got the carrots and celery right with blue cheese. Trashy service man. Seems like a common thing in Livonia with franchise restaurants. Manager told me to come and get the sauces, said blue cheese wasn’t on the order, and offered $5 for the sauce inconvenience. Who cares about $5 when I wanted to have an actual dinner, instead of driving out to pick up for just sauces. Weird my receipt on the bag shows blue cheese. Illiterate or blind or irresponsible or all of the above.

This is BOGO in Livonia? Atrocious. Ordered takeout for 6:20 PM. Got there early and the wings were already done, cold mind you. And, on top of that, they’d barely been sauced and BOGO 10 - they only gave us 8 of each. I understand patience for the food industry, but this is unacceptable. Go to the Orchard Lake location instead.

We came in as it didn’t look busy- it wasn’t. We waited to be seated by an unenthusiastic young man. Our server took forever, was pleasant but we did not see her again- our ranch/blue cheese never came, waters were empty- never came back to see if we needed anything else. Finally when she came and asked us if we wanted our bill we told her we were missing things and empty drinks- no apology, no have a great night! We always take care of our wait staff with tips. With all the restaurants in this area- We will not be returning here! If I could less than 1 star I would.

I hated my visit here. Would like to give 0 stars if possible. We had to sit there for half n hour just for the server to ask us our drinks. Although it was Saturday night, the place wasn’t even half full. Then It took her another half n hour to get the drinks when she took our order. We ordered large basket of wings with multiple sauces and it took them 1 hour to get the food and in the end she got us just cold fried chicken wings with sauce on the side in small cartons. Why bother to call yourself a wings place. Sell frozen wings and sauce separately just like a convenience store. I was there for more than 2.5 hours and ended up going home hungry.

Ive never been here before and I won't be returning. They were out of everything. My waitress was unsympathetic to their soda being absolutely disgusting. She also seemed unknowledgeable about menu items and double charged for products that should come with a meal. I went in for a full proper dinner and got an appetizer and water that tasted so bad I feel like I'm going to get sick. Wouldn't recommend going here unless you are swimming in money and can't find anything better.

Never ordering here again. Lot of room for improvement, Worst wedges I ever saw.

It's hard to speak on the quality of wings here because it's really hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and sometimes it is really bad. The customer service here is always really slow though. I've ordered takeout here several times as well and they will often forget at least once sauce... whether it's my ranch or the cheese sauce that the cheese curds come with.

Very bad experience. While the waitress was amazing (forfot her name) and the food was good, the young lady that sat us had an attitude and lack of body language. Very indifferent and made us feel unwanted. Also, the place is very under staffed. They need to hire more servers. This was last night. 10/29/2023

It's a chain restaurant. They make great wings, and sides are yummy. Each time we've gone they have been behind on their timing. It's nothing that stands out to distinguish it from other chain locations.

I don't dine with this food chain often and will probably keep it that way. This last experience sucked. None of our food was hot which is odd seeing as though it's just wings and fries. Especially for the price which was ridiculous. The drinks were great though and the service was decent. The Westland location is much better than this one. At least you get hot food.

We had a web order and showed up a little early. While waiting, I noticed that one young man, wish I got his name, was running around doing everything. He was taking carry out orders, running orders out AND acting as the host seating people. He was so composed and polite despite the multiple tasks he was doing in a hurry.

I ordered take out and it seems like the easiest and cheapest part on this restaurants orders is getting worse and worse every time I order from here. The celery and carrot side.. why was THIS...ONE of my TWO celery sticks...

I've actually had much better service here compared to others in the past. You can't go wrong with the boneless wings on Thursdays but be sure to check out the tenders as well. They are 🔥🔥🔥. Also, get the southwest ranch. It's better than the regular.

I normally love buffalo wild wings, we recently had a craving for wings, I ordered online, my pickup time was 830. I got there 3 minutes before 830. Walked in to see if my food was ready, and to my surprise it was ready! We get home, the wings tasted as if they were in the hot box for awhile. When your online tells the customer, your order will be ready at a certain time, I expect my food to be done around that time so I am getting fresh food!! Wings were soggy. Sauce was good. Just wished it was better.

Check your carry out food before you leave the parking lot. Bite into your chicken and make sure it’s not old or under cooked. Still upset about my last experience, food was old chicken meat was so dry it was stringy. Manager attempted to replace the food to but unfortunately I got over cooked wings the second time. I’m writing this place off for a few months, hopefully kitchen staff changes. Service and staff were amazing. I just hold these company’s to a higher standard on my food that I’m spending my hard earned money on

I don't think this location care for African American people. I waited 22 mins after being seated before anyone addressed my 2 party table. I noticed other parties were being greeter immediately! Food wasn't hot which took forever to come out.

The staff was nice and my tacos was good alone with my fries. The chicken was hard!!! I took a bite of my wings and put it down. Also, my boneless wings were hard too. Amber did get me something off on my bill so that was a plus.

My experience definitely could have been better. Was there for my daughter’s birthday and we had the worst waiter ever. We didn’t get our waters or pops at the same time. He got half of us our drinks and went to go wait on other customers. He brought the food out didn’t know what food went to whom. They gave us our wings forgot our fries and three of our drinks. Ordered the traditional lemon pepper wings and they were so lemony. The garlic parm had so much garlic on it they were damn near unbearable to eat. My fries and the honey barbecue wings were good. Dude needs to go back to training and learn the art of order taking. The entire experience was horrible. But we just laughed and made the best out of it. Idk if I would go back to this location again though.

I have to give a shout out to the awesome bartender, Paige. I have been a patron here for years and things have unfortunately declined in this establishment…probably because of tough times and lack of employees but she is clearly one of their biggest assets and they are lucky to have her. She’s great at her job and one of the biggest reasons that we still come here! I hope things turn around for the better with employment because the food is usually very good also! Thanks Paige!

I ordered the chipotle traditional wings and garlic parmesan boneless wings and they were not all that great. The wedges were cooked too hard and were salty. The buffalo chicken pizza was delicious.

I waited an hour for my door dash order and they didn't make it correctly, and now aren't taking any more orders tonight so I can't even get it re-delivered. Now I'm left hungry and either need to try to door dash somewhere else or go out which defeats why I ordered door dash in the first place. I asked for no tomato which is whatever, I can pick it off. But I can't get the sauce off. I cannot have tomatoes or spicy food and asked for BBQ sauce but they gave me what I assume is Buffalo orange sauce. I'm so disappointed. The cooks need to pay better attention...

My partner has always loved BWW but I avoided it since I don't eat wings. This time I tried the cauliflower wings with lemon pepper dry rub and they were SO GOOD. Hot, crispy, and flavorful. The small order was more than enough food. Of course my partner liked his wings too, and we also enjoyed the cheese curds.
