Picked up our food order and service was excellent! We enjoyed our food, will come back here again soon

There was a teacher appreciation coupon on the Red Lobster website offering "buy one entree worth $20 and get one entree free". The manager wouldn't honor the special. He said it was buy TWO entrees and get one free. We asked to see this communication from corporate telling him NOT to honor the website offer. He offered TO READ it to us. We allowed him to read the website offer from the cell phone. He saw the offer and still refused to honor the offer. Since we only came to the restaurant because of the special which was expiring today, we chose to eat somewhere else.

The food was fresh especially since I went almost at closing time. The staff is awesome and the bathroom is very clean.

Had the best steak ever. The service was great, and we had a nice peaceful atmosphere for our dinner.

Hadn't been to a Red Lobster in a couple of years, so decided to give it another try. Andre (but I think it's spelled with an H, Handre?), was our server and did an excellent job throughout the meal. Started out with the fried calamari. They don't include any of the fried vegetables with it anymore, but that's probably for the best. You just get a plate of what you really ordered, lol. Calamari was perfectly cooked, not a single rubbery piece on the plate. You get the marinara sauce and habanero ranch. The habanero ranch was much too spicy to go with the delicate calamari flavors, Andre brought us some regular ranch which was much better. Shrimp Trio was just as good as I remembered it. Nicely plated; everything was hot and delicious. The crab linguini was excellent. Pretty hard to mess that one up for sure. Of course the garlic cheese biscuit things were excellent. Always eat way too many of those. Overall it was a great dining experience, glad to see Red lobster survived the pandemic intact. 6/2023 Shrimp Fest service, super slow. One server for a room of about 7 tables 7/2023 Super weak Ice Tea, service was better than last time.

The food was good. I had the all you can eat shrimp. The fried shrimp and coconut shrimp were awesome. I also had fried brussel sprouts. I didn't care too much for those.

The food was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely visit again.

RITA IS AMAZING!! Love her energy, attentiveness, and made us feel at home! Girls night was definitely enjoyable with Rita and start the girls night off right! Everything was hot and perfect! All the staff was super friendly & met the new manager

The 2 biscuits were smashed; the shrimp linguine pasta was dry with hardly any sauce or shrimp in it (see picture), and NOW they are serving the TO-GO food in the SILVER SERVING PANS. The broccoli was overcooked, and the potato was cold. What is really going on with the quality at Red Lobster... my goodness?

Omg! The food was awesome! Do your self a favor and get the grilled salmon, Lobster and shrimp! Yummmm! The restaurant was so clean and appealing and my waitress was so nice and attentive and I think it was her first night. Great job everyone!

It’s Saturday afternoon not even busy , the waitress is a HOTMESS the food has gone wayyyyyy down in quality and in general , but sweet Jesus get this waitress some proper training when taking orders . I mean seriously this is a joke

Worst Red lobster I've ever tried to dine in we were having a family outing and wanted to dine in at Red lobster we waited for an hour for our food wasn't correct son did not have his food at all manager was unprofessional didn't care for the customers wouldn't help cashier fix the customer orders or even address the customer very unprofessional and the weight is outstanding we end up taking our foods to go after it was reordered. Witness One customer pay for another customer order so if you're not paying attention you're going to pay for your order and someone else's order thank God we're back home. Customer came in to be seated didn't get water we never got water customer was begging for water the guest that was dying in behind us was overcooked they end up getting discounted a whole hot mess doesn't disturb a star

Soooooooooooooo I was shocked by the subpar service we received. We've been here numerous times and typically do takeout but this night was date night so we sat down. Our waitress barely came by, didn't give us her name so when we needed something we had to speak to whomever was in the area. The place didn't look packed so not sure if she had to cover many tables, or just not into it that night. Our food was okay, no complaints there. My drink didn't come with the blackberries and unfortunately our waitress didn't tell me until after I asked 🙃.

No one knows why my order isn’t ready at 318 and 259 was the time of pick up called twice and no one can tell me what’s taking my food so long decided to go in after asking to speak to manager and she’s standing at bar like she shouldn’t be trying to see when customers food would be ready and she was the first person that answered the phone no wonder I don’t go to red lobster anymore the food has no taste and is thrown together won’t get no more of my money very dissatisfied

I made a reservation for 7 pm on my husband Birthday. We get there and had to wait for someone to come to the front to greet us. I took my son to the bath room and my Husband checked us in. We waited 20 mins then another family walked in 10 mins after us there were seated right away. We decided to leave that’s when we were told that we were next to be seated. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

I am disgusted with the FOOD I had at THIS LOCATION. I have NEVER experienced this in my history of going to a Red Lobster. I am really just appalled with myself for wasting my time and money to leave unsatisfied due to the low quality and poorly flavored food. The only and best part was the biscuits. I won't come back here again. The mushrooms were under cooked the cheese on top was too hard and the seafood stuffing tasted like raw oyster or some other fish flavor was loud and overbearing....the consistency of the Alfredo or sauce on them was off. I tried the spicy crunchy shrimp and the batter was thick and fried too hard and I think it was not the normal coating that used to be on this appetizer. I got the ultimate feast and the best thing on the plate was the broccoli......the lobster tail was old or water logged or undercooked or maybe a combo of all three descriptions. I mean I could go on.....but I'm getting upset thinking about the money and time I waisted just to enjoy biscuits and broccoli for 95.00!

Had an wonderful time today at this Red lobster location! Food was delicious, our server was nice, and the manager Latavia had a kind and thoughtful personality really appreciate her checking on us and making sure our family had a great time shes truly a rockstar! :) Would highly recommend trying here we're most definitely coming back!

Guess we came in during a shift change because it took a little longer than the 10 minutes that we were told. But everything we experienced made it worth it!! The food was definitely some of the best I've had at any Red Lobster location. Service was top notch as well! Our waitress was on top of everything.

*Warning* Called in for a pickup. The order was taken and placed as I order. However upon pickup all of the order wasn't inside of the bags. Reenter to retrieve what was missing. Assuming and Trusting took the bag and left. Got home to discover the order was not completely packaged or someone can't read. Call to speak to a manager about my order. NO manager was on duty. I told the employee I'd rate you on Google. Look at my receipt, The red dots indicates the botched order. The rice was thrown over the salmon. The burger was bone dry with no lettuce or tomatoe.. No cheese on broccoli and I paid for 6 extra biscuits which I didn't get. Also, I ask for my 12 biscuits to be boxed, to ensure no smashed biscuits. Well, My first and last visit. What a disappointment, On my Birthday.

We had a good time for my boo bday. This was his request and he enjoyed it. Admiral Feast with a side of lobster tail for him and the Ultimate Feast and Peach Margarita for me.

Took till the end of our meals to receive bad coleslaw. Birthday dinner will be eaten elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our date night!! The food was amazing especially the scallops and cajun salmon!! Definitely going back soon.

Clean restaurant and excellent food. Great waitress and checked my needs often. Pasta was great and was a huge portion. The Caesar salad was good and fresh. My Virgin pina colada was great. Always add a scoop of ice cream to make it special. Plenty of warm bread that was good. The new thing on the menu the caramelized brussel sprouts are excellent. Well done, great taste, & crispy.

Rita was EXCELLENT tonight! I rarely get service this great. It was 6 of us and she didn't miss a beat! She went above and beyond and our daughter had a happy birthday dinner! These 5 stars are all for Rita! Thank you!!!!

The worst place that I can recommend, I would give it 5 negative stars, after making me wait 25-35 minutes for a table and 20 minutes for my order, the waitress tells me to apologize but that my order will take an additional 30 minutes and the My companions' food is ready, so I would have to order something else and my companions' food seems to have been reheated instead of being prepared fresh, after having me wait for more than 50 minutes for this result, it can really hurt your night.

Ok 1st the drink a ordered was not made right it was horrible so I ordered a different one let's just say not impressive Moving on the pasta ooooouuuwwweee the only complaint is yes the bread with pasta honey I don't want no biscuits nope no sir no ma'am work it Y'ALL please other than that perfect now the waiter he could have been more available check on your customers more

The prices everywhere are going up, and I understand that. But wow for me and 2 kids to eat, my bill was close to $100, now granted my kids ordered adult meals.. But we ate there close to 6 months ago and had basically the same exact thing and it was only like $55. The food was good, but I don't know if I can refer to this place as an affordable dinner option for a single parent.
