Immersed in the grandeur of the hotel's banquet hall, the ambiance sets the stage for memorable events. The spacious and well-appointed hall exudes elegance, providing a fitting backdrop for celebrations. However, a notable drawback is the inconvenient placement of the handwashing area after dinner. Navigating the distance may disrupt the flow of post-dining activities. Despite this, the overall experience is elevated by the luxurious setting and attentive service, making it an ideal venue for special occasions.

I am not able to review everything because I was there for quarantine. I was not able to leave the room. But I should say, staff was very helpful and kind. When you quarantine, you have a set schedule of basic meals included. I however paid extra and ordered other meals. Mahesh and the restaurant staff was very nice. They did their best to accommodate my needs. Overall, I have no complaints.

Best place for a Function like weddings and other parties. Elegant surroundings including pool. Heard that there are classy rooms available under few plans. Restaurant also good. Main thing is massive car park attached to the Hotel.

Rooms were a bit disappointing and the breakfast as well. But the staff was extremely polite and helpful. It's a nice enough place.

Had a concert organised by a known music group. Only well known and close family and friends were invited to the event. However, while the event is ongoing, so called frequent customer of the hotel who was drunk and doped barged into the stage and started dancing while becoming a menace to the audience. Not only that, this person was yelling filth in front of the kids and other audience and caught up with a fight with our audience. The hotel staff/management were also witnessing the scene; however, none of them took necessary action to stop the man yelling and fighting. Finally, the concert was stopped halfway and left everyone heartbroken and angry with the very unpleasant experience. Cannot rely on the staff to host an event. Very bad service.

The location is about 2 kms from the Bandaranayake Airport with close proximity to the beaches and so amazing lookouts. The room stinks - not clean. AC broken, bathroom door not working. Otherwise decent atmosphere for a 4 star hotel. Cool bar side pool and amazing night views.

Have been there for 24 hours and it’s been very good experience, I got a nice room with aircon I was so tired so didn’t got much time to have a look as soon as I reached the hotel and I fall asleep, the water for shower was nice hot and cool, the only thing I missed is breakfast and could have been more nice experience if there was toiletries filled before the checkin of customer. The lookout area was good the entrance was nice and I was only stressed for the nice room and I got it the good room tbh. Would definitely recommend whoever visit this place. It was short trip and entertaining!! Released the stress with a nice sleep…!

Had a stay over on a connecting flight. Staff at reception were friendly, food was decent quality and pool was great to have.. short distance to highway for both Colombo and airport

Rooms can be redone to match the outside space of the hotel. Rooms looked dated. However, the hotel ambience was great. Need to improve in the toiletry section as we were provided with only soap for the stay.

There was that bad smell when you go in the room. Rest of the service is okay. The lunch had no options and wasn’t good taste. The dinner was good and 7 dishes to pick from. The staff was friendly and happy to help.

We stayed at this hotel twice during transit. It was arranged by Sri Lanka Airlines. The service on arrival and departure was excellent and everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately the hotel was let down by the quality of room. The rooms are dark but the worst part was the bathroom. Both times and in different rooms our bathroom was substandard. The bathroom has a bad smell, the water would not drain properly so the water would pool all over the floor. The basin tap was not attached properly. The bed sheets were stained. The food was hit and miss. Some good, some not so much. The wifi was good and so to the air con and swimming pool. Again, the customer service was amazing and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even waved to us as we were leaving and kept waving until our bus left.

Stayed at this hotel while on transit. Not a good experience. 1. Fan cannot be regulated. 2. No toileteries were provided including basic ones like paste and brush. 3. Towels provided had an unpleasant order 4. Not even milk was provided in rooms for making tea or coffee, just some tea bags and a hot water jug. And not able to request any items at night when I checked in. 5. Rooms and bathroom can definitely do with a makeover

I stayed at the hotel for transit. The plus points are that it’s close to the airport, staff is friendly and it has clean rooms. The cons are weak wifi, average food and as the dining area is open air, tons of mosquitoes. The management can improve by adding mosquito nets or building glass walls around the dining area.

The banquet manager "Dasun" did every thing possible to make our event a dreadful one. Rest of the things were super.

A blend of contemporary and traditional architecture. Very soothing and relaxing but eye-catching atmosphere. Great dine in location just beside the beautiful pool. Rooms and bathrooms were very tidy. Only need more bright lighting in the rooms to bring life into them.

Stayed here while transiting to Australia. Badly lit rooms, smelly room and bathroom, mosquitos inside room. Rooms were not ventilated. The complimentary dinner gave me diarrhea, 100% because of the food because the chicken of Masala Chicken was too hard and confirm stale. Disliked it despite of being complimentary, would have rather stayed at the airport for 8 hours.

Worst services ever, food quality is too low, it is just as cooked without any interest both veg and non vegetarian foods are of the worst quality. Chapathi was un-chewable, rice used to be low cooked. dal and chicken had a foul smell. My suggestion is to avoid this space the most you can avoid it. Don't even give it a try it is definitely to worsen your experience. The reception area doesn't even have a fan, too much humidity and no body to respond. Room service doesn't have efficient staff.

Fullmoon hotel was the worst hotel we ever stayed. The shower head was not working, bathroom was leaking, rooms were smelly, had no amenity kit and they didn’t have proper breakfast option and was not a pleasant stay at all. It is 10 mins from the airport but I suggest if you can then to stay in well maintained hotel in Colombo than in this hotel.

One of my friend has a Homecoming there, we had help him out. Hall captain to the staff the worst service ever I had. Even a street food shop given best service than this. Neither of one taking responsibilities. They passing the ball. The table arrangement is completely different than the given structure. The attitude no need to talk about. Captain was the barkeep and doent know how to pour a shot. If we are not focusing he pour the entire glass with liquour. I dont know man how they managed to survive this far. I have given 1 star only that I cant proceed without one.. The outside bar service is awesome. We waited few hours there until the previous wedding finish. Their service and extra awesome. I had eaten a rice for four hours and the entire time the person served me water and other stuff. If you are about to take a weeding or any ceremony there, not only twice re think as many as u can and proceed

The outdoor area with wonderful giant trees and well maintained garden are making me forgive the standard room. I enjoyed spending outside the room than inside because of friendly staff, well maintained pool area and of course free WiFi. WiFi doesn't reach the room. it is a big minus. The breakfast was too tiny in portion, and i need to go out to get a good feed.

It was a nice experience staying there. They are working well even in the time of pandemic. The staffs were very friendly, and the hotel have a good and well maintained compound. I have stayed 2 nights there, and the food was really good. They have a Bar, but it will not open after 9 pm. The rooms need some more maintainance.

Was at the hotel as a stopover for a night only. Linen needed an immediate change as the pillow covers were stained. The damp smell in the room was a hindrance. Beware of mosquitoes. The food was exceptional and so was the service. Whatever the shortcomings, when addressed to the management was duly attended. In all fairness the hotel had just survived almost two years of Covid and was at almost full capacity.

The entire hotel staff should take a training in 'Customer Care'. We went for a family dinner and at 11.00 pm they asked us to settle the bill and leave because restaurant staff has to go home. After that they were very hostile with their attitude. They ruined the whole night.

Excellent dinner 🥣🥗 Wide variety and big portion size. Very close to the airport which suited our transit. Although we didn't stay at the hotel, it seems to have excellent accommodation options.

Two stars for the super quality food but people.... People are the worst. The trolley men and stewards always try to mismanage or misdirect in order to push some cash out of visitors then rude as if they own the place. If not for the group leaders in blazers I'll be totally going around. And what's with no hand bidet in rest rooms? Do you seriously serve only for the people who looks like rich or for the people who get down from the BMW or Benz cars?no service for middle class people? Or do you expect us to wipe our A#£ with paper like European community? Like you get a lot of European customers don't make us laugh

We were staying there for a long transit hour. The service and the place were Nice. Rooms are comfortable clean and Nice. Also, the food was good. Peaceful calm atmosphere. Took a few minutes to drive to the Katunayake International Airport from the hotel. If anyone looking for a hotel near to the Katunayake Airport, I recommend this place!

Not a bad place nor an excellent one. I was there for a corporate event, and ran into a lot of problems with few of the rooms not having water. They did give another room but later on, that also had the same issue. May be it was an outlier, and no one else experience this. Food is okay, and the staff is friendly.

Avoid this hotel. Slow food service. Rooms poorly lit and toilets not upto the mark. Food serving size is poor. Taste is OK. The concierge is OK. No WiFi. I will not use this hotel again.

I lodged at this hotel during a layover. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the receptionist was quite impolite. Unfortunately, I left my glasses in the room when I departed at 5 am. Upon calling the hotel, they claimed the glasses weren't found. Yet, I distinctly recall leaving them on the table inside their case. I highly advise avoiding this hotel. The food was subpar, offering only four items on the buffet. Update: I repeatedly contacted them, urging an investigation and asking the room attendant if they'd come across it. However, they kept denying possession, insisting that had it been found, it would've been taken to lost and found. Not giving up, I reached out to a sales manager at another hotel within their chain, mentioning the CCTV camera right outside my room. This manager promised to delve into the matter and, after a day, informed me that the item was located. The hotel assured me they'd call regarding it, and shortly after, they confirmed it was indeed in lost and found. Nevertheless, I've already retrieved my glasses by now.
