This place was amazing! All that is required for a reception hall to be perfect was there, the deco and the interior design of the banquet Hall was glorious. The staff was nice, parking was fine and the hotel grounds were beautiful and calm. The food was amazing! Amazing! They have a very large menu and everything tastes just great! Totally recommend.

Very bad experience in a wedding function. No insufficient labours (f & b stewards). Very very delayed service in banquet function. There is a person who handling the banquet is insufficient knowledge with banquet functions. Some of the people (guests) talk with him. But he shows that he is a man with lack of knowledge again... Hotel located very next to Katunayake - Peliyagoda Express way. Nice lagoon view point.. Atmospheres is superb but banquet function is very bad to say...

Attended a wedding at this place . Location was nice and picturesque. Ample parking available. Hall was okay too. Staff was prompt and friendly but most of them were not trained professionally. About food, bites were okay but the rest was not upto standards.

Attended a function there a couple of weeks ago. The place is close to the beach and their massive acres of garden, beautiful lawns and the architecture was a sight! The hall was nice and spacious with beautiful chandeliers. The food was nice, and no complaints about their service either. No idea about the costings, or the hotel rooms.

Mr Shaun and Mr Thushara coordinated us for our wedding. We planned everything perfectly but unfortunately we got our Canadian visas early than we expected. So that we had to cancel our reservation because we need more money than before because the dollar rate went up. We requested the hotel to give us full moon garden hotels location for our photographs and for the photo location they charge only 20000/- but we had already paid 50000/- for the hall due to 100 PACs we requested them we sent many mails we wanted to get a refreshment pack or else the photo location we have already paid them 50k it isn't easy these days due to the high budget but no response and then we tried to contact our coordinator even they skipped our calls too and now they are saying no refunds or a refreshment pack either the photo location really cheap place we never thought that they would do like this as the way they talk with us on the first day we visited there We choosed that place because my sister took her wedding 5 years ago in the same place and the food serve and everything was so good but now they are getting worse We went to full moon garden hotels just to check the location really bad and cheap customer service by Mr Ajith( as I remember his name) he wasn't looking or talking to us cheap place we won't recommend this place to anyone else with the bad experience with onreech

Attended an event. The hardware is impressive, but the software is poor, basic service skills missing. Seemed like no one was trained.

We were at the Onreech hotel for a garden wedding. The hotel has an expansive garden where a marquee was erected to facilitate the wedding crowd. The garden borders the highway and you can see vehicles going by just a few feets away. There are name boards in every turn as the approaching road to the hotel is a bit "rusty". Food was good, the iced coffee could have been better though. The marquee was nicely lit and the external atmosphere was just right for a garden wedding, happening in the evening hours. There is space and options of doing stuff such as fireworks as well. We did not go inside hence didn't witness the hall details, nevertheless, it looked like a big one, able to accommodate at least a few hundred people. Ample parking at the front.

We had our daughter's wedding at Onreech service was very much poor, not happy at all. The food was ok. Not recommend for functions. The free room was horrible. Not happy at all.

Dishes are not cleaned well. Except that other things are ok.

I attended to the banquet hall for a wedding. The banquet is spacious for a crowd around 500. Bites were decent the food as well. Desert was quite good. Have to get there in a narrow road around a 800m from the main road. Aircon was quite at the perfect temperature not too cold and not to warm. However there were few times that power was interrupted. Even the band had to stop singing halfway songs. Decent place.
