It
has
been
a
bad
experience.
I
have
checked
in
with
my
family
at
noon
and
asked
immediately
about
the
dinner.
They
said
that
we
could
go
to
the
roof
top
restaurant
from
19:00.
In
the
basement
is
a
local
restaurant
because
two
of
my
family
cannot
eat
the
local
food
because
we
are
from
Sweden.
It
has
been
a
long
waiting
for
my
fouryear
old.
At
19:00
we
went
to
the
roof
top,
and
there
was
nobody
who
received
us.
After
some
time
a
waiter
came
while
talking
in
the
mobile,
and
I
explained
tyhat
we
need
a
table.
He
said
there
is
no
place
outside
on
the
roof
top.
It
was
strange
because
there
were
many
empty
tables.
Then
he
pulled
a
table
to
the
entrance
where
people
go
out
and
in
and
there
he
said
that
we
can
sit.
I
refused
and
went
to
the
reception
and
explained
the
situation.
The
receptionist
kept
smiling
while
I
talked
as
if
he
enjoyed
the
story.
I
didn''t
get
any
answer,
apology
or
help.
We
went
into
the
local
restautrant
to
find
something,
but
the
terribly
loud
music
made
us
leave
immediately.
We
returned
to
the
reception
and
asked
if
I
can
get
anything
for
my
child
to
eat.
He
said,
if
you
want
you
can
take
the
room
service.
I
asked
for
the
menue,
and
he
said
it
would
be
sent
to
the
room.
I
waited
but
nobody
came
until
I
called
the
reception.
I
think
this
is
a
very
bad
way
of
treating
a
family
with
a
child,
and
I
cannot
recommend
anyone
to
come
to
this
hotel.
