Great pub and place to grab a beer with friends, specialy if there is a soccer, basket or any other match as there are big TVs all around the place and people meet here to watch sports. They also have pizza's for less than 5 eur, its nothing special but good enough for this money :) Local beer costs aprox 2,5€. You can seat inside in an old style pub with history about vessel Cutty Sark or outside in the shadow. During weekends there are parties and DJs.

Nice bar but with the worst staff in the world. The short waiter is so mean and which discourages customers from visiting once again this place. I've been here several times now and the situation repeats itself once again

Good selection of drinks. Service is quite fast. Good ambience - crowded on weekends. They have also outdoor terrace, many TVs to watch some matches.

A good bar in the city center with a nice atmosphere. The waiters are a bit rude and not the most welcoming as they refused to provide us with some empty pages and a pen for a board game that we wanted to play.

Off the main streets, through a large doorway, is this pub with a lot of atmosphere ( British / Irish decor) and the Cutty Sark sailboat theme. An impressive drinks list several beers on tap and 73 bottled beers on the menu ( unsure if all available...?) Happy Hour daily from 4-6pm. Food menu looks good but limited to pizza, a soup and bar snacks. Good music.

A great pub in the centre of Ljubljana. Arguably better in late spring thru early autumn, when the large outside terrace can be enjoyed. A decent selection of beers and a strong selection of whisky, as you'd expect from a (somewhat) English/UK themed pub. Open late. Beer not overly expensive for downtown Ljubljana.

Needs more toilets The bar boy with the fringe, ignored us, and the served us half a measure of a drink, instead of a full measure. Some staff good, some staff bad. Good atmosphere, enjoyed mostly.

Feels a bit tired overall, but the low rating is mainly due to the on tap wine option. I know its not a wine bar but serve a njce crisp clean and cold wine from a bottle, not fizzed up from a tap.

My new favorite pub in Slovenia. Largest in the country with over 1000 drinks! My host, Marco Cesar (a 19 year veteran of the establishment), provided outstanding, friendly hospitality during a recent midday visit. The Hop Brew selections are worth a try for those who like craft beers.

Very interesting place! A lot of different beers. Amazing interior design and a lot of space for different phases. You can watch football games in one place of the shop and at the same time have a beer inside in a peaceful environment! I recommend this place!

Terrible service, arrogant waiter, and they don't really have half of things listed in the menu. But the choice of bottled beers was very pleasant.

Sat down at outdoor table. No table service. Ordered a pint of Union, a good Slovenian lager. Beer arrived fairly flat with no head. Asked for WiFi code at bar. Was informed in quite an abrupt manner, that the WiFi was for the owner, not the customers. Place is fairly scruffy with unwelcoming or unhappy staff. Not recommended.

Cutty Sark is always welcoming and has good old retro music playing. There are multiple screens playing live games in the outdoor area.

Ok, so, maybe this is an American-inclined review, beware of that. For being a sports bar, there are way to few tvs. I visited in a Sunday and instead of having nfl they had Top Gear (cries). Kitchen closed on Sunday(cries more). Now, despite those things, I give it five stars because it has the best music in the whole world. Mostly alternative music from the 90s.

If I could give this bar more stars I would. Bar man Marco is an absolute gentleman, could not be any more welcoming. Lovely Mexican restaurant directly across the street also. Thank you Marco for making my experience of Lnubljana as good as it was and I can't wait to come back, Cutty Sark will be my first stop.

Hidden gem in the centre of the city up an alleyway in a courtyard close to the three bridges. Bang in the middle of the action, totally hidden from it. Top pint of Union, with an extended covered outdoor garden. Limited food options but ideally placed to have 'just the one' heading out or home or seeking lunchtime refuge.....pretty much every day in my case. Simple but great.

Their winter garden is good for the time of Covid. Staff is a bit slow, although there was not too many people that evening. They even have a cute cat walking around and asking for food. Please feed her because she looks thin.

During a short break to Ljubljana, we visited the Cutty Sark bar on two occasions. The first was a very busy and lively Saturday night, the second was a much quieter midweek visit. On both visits the staff were great, serving us very quickly and politely. Everyone in the bar was very friendly and spoke to us if we started speaking to them. Prices reasonable and would return if I visited Ljubljana again.

If you manage to find it as a visitor, you'll have a nice relaxing experience. They offer a lot of different beers so I'm sure there's something for everyone. The waiters are friendly and if you ask they'll give you advice on which beer to order. It can be busy in the afternoon and loud when local students drop by. All in all a good pub.

Great place to chill out. Very cheap lovely pizzas (about €4) so great for lunch. Music is brilliant, bit of 80s and 90s. Me and my partner have come here nearly every day of our stay.

Haven't been here for years but it was quite nice to sit outside, have a beer. And having one of their pizzas was a tasty touch.

We watched a live basketball game... Had great time .. great service great prices. Only downside if there is a sports event planned, you have to make a reservation. Cause this place can get booked fast!
