Staff are lovely but it's staffed for what felt like 7 minutes a day. Our elevator keys stopped working 2+ hours before checkout, made leaving a pain. Don't stay here if you need to leave on time.

Great accommodation and reasonable price. Stayed for an event at the Brisbane RNA Showground and it was only 25 minutes by car. Good facilities, Bar with keno and gaming lounge as well as good restaurants downstairs. Roadwork on the main rd at the time was a little inconvenient but on a whole was quite good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great location to stay for Day on the Green, Bus stop a short walk. Staff very friendly. Great little bar. Suzanne in the bar was simply amazing 😃Added to our fun while waiting for our room. Apartments are large, clean and tidy. Will be staying again for Robbie Williams 👏🏽

Amazing stay in the 2brm apartment. Very clean and spacious, with daily room house keeping. Free secure underground parking. The restaurants down stairs offer great food. Will definitely return.

Stayed three nights in a two bedroom apartment. Good size rooms, comfortable beds and kitchen amenities. Good staff, gym, restaurants, and bar. Would recommend to anyone.

The rooms were very big for a 3 bedroom. We were shocked at the sizing! The air-conditioning was not Great at all. We had to drag the mattresses out under the air-conditioning because it was too hot through the night

One day Brisbane will be like New York this will be the leading nation of economics i took mum to the restaurant downstairs and we had a a play on the pokies thanks springwood tower i wanted to get a room and spend the night there

Great place to stay few nights in QLD, good location, very close to M1, centre based to all amenities. Professional staff with great and exceptional customer services. I even extended my booking I will definitely come again and recommend to others as well. Thanks Tower management 🙏🏻 Basireh

check-in was quick effortless and staff was friendly. Carpark was easy to get in and out and secure. The room had all the facilities that we needed. Would be better if the room pricing was a bit more competitive.

Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant the food was so good, freshly good highly recommend.

We stay here often and the rooms are very spacious, the food is great, service is great and the bar is a hidden gem. Its very central to everything on the southside of Brisbane. and its always clean

We have stayed at this place previously and had no issue. This time was different! We were in room 704. A do-called deluxe suite. From the moment we stepped out of the elevator, we were disappointed. The seventh floor smelt strongly of urine. The unit smelt no better. The carpets were filthy, the air conditioning smelled like it was mouldy, the curtain in the master bedroom were rotten and torn, the bath had two dirty rings around it snd the unit was infested with sand flies. Even the clock on the wall wasn’t working. We stay in a lot of motels as we travel for work around SEQ, this room was definitely worth the premium rate they charged for it. I was also surprised to see two separate people with dogs staying there. This could be the cause of the overpowering urine smell. On the upside, the Chinese restaurant on the ground level which is independently operated was amongst the best Chinese food we have eaten. I sadly cannot recommend this place to anyone who is seeking a clean and comfortable place to stay. The Springwood Tower has slipped a long way down on its standards. I did speak to the manager about this. She promised she would look into it and email me back. She never bothered. Do yourself a favour. Stay somewhere else.

Quite clean but huge rooms. Only stayed the night but needed to accommodate a group and was a great price. Good location
