Very delicious meal. Food was served in cardboard takeaway bowl whereas I prefer a proper bowl. I’ll be back. Returned today and the crispy chicken Laksa was outstanding and I asked for a proper bowl and the chef obliged. Still 5 out of 5. Yummy.

My husband and I still like to come here after several years because the food is amazing 👍 As someone who comes from Malaysia, I can honestly say this is as good as it gets right here in Brisbane 💯 My husband's favourite ever laska is their crispy wonton laska, the ones he's had from other places don't even come close - the spice blend is authentic, the broth is deliciously rich and the crispy wontons are generous. The staff are super friendly and welcoming too ☺️

Yummy foods, good service, and polite chef. Still cooking for us for the last minutes walk in. Given me a lot of suggestions for the best tastes. Use eco-friendly containers for takeaways with excellent food safety. 5 stars for sure.

If I could give this place more stars I would. The owner is always friendly and takes time to say hello, the counter staff always friendly, service is just as amazing as the food. We try to go weekly and every time we get the same dish, crispy chicken fried rice and every single time it taste and looks the same. Not sure how this place could ever get a bad review but I guess you can’t please everyone. If you don’t try at least once you really are missing out.

Ma’s Recipes has delicious dishes! The food is always fresh and full of flavour. My husband and I are huge fans of the Malaysian chicken curry - it’s top tier for sure. However, the owner is probably the best part, he is super accommodating and friendly - making you want to keep on coming back. Definitely recommend!

I had a takeaway (seafood laksa, special fried rice, sweet and sour chicken) and they were all delicious, generous potion, super fast, excellent service was a pleasant bonus. Definitely visiting again for dine in! Might not be the best photos since they’re takeaway but oh so yummy

We had dinner at Ma's Recipes tonight and I can't believe we have taken so long to give this place a go!!! The food was amazing and the service even more so. The young girl who took our order was very polite and the chef who brought out our meals was so genuinely friendly I had to include it here. It is a smaller menu compared to some places which initially concerned me but we all found something and we all loved it. Will definitely be coming back. Do yourself a favour and visit soon!

Our family has eaten at and ordered from Ma's Recipes over the last years and will happily return daily if we could! I love the food and can eat it everyday. The owner is genuinely interested in giving you a good food experience. He's so welcoming and has gone above and beyond to help us order exactly what we enjoy. I love the food as it reminds me of being back home. I find his menu has all the scrumptious delights I crave from Asia. I have tried many times and strongly recommend the Pork Belly, Seafood, Chicken or Vegetarian Laksa, Ginger Fish or Special Fried Rice these are some of my favourites. My aussie girls live for his Popcorn chicken which they have whenever we can make it there after school through the week for afternoon tea. They love the magic plum sauce & mayo combo which elevates the dish! Definitely, worth a try!

Out of all the places I have visited in Brisbane, Ma’s Recipes is by far the best service I’ve ever experienced. We only just found this place a few weeks ago, and now will continue to dine here every week. The food is so delicious we crave for it, crispy chicken fried rice is our go to. Finally came here for lunch and my god the food is superb!!! Very fresh and generous serves. Run by a very friendly team as well. Ticks all the right boxes. We will be back many times for sure. Yuuuummmmm
