Ordered food have been sitting here and no one has taken my money or acknowledged my order. This is drive through? Been 10 minutes? Crazy. Don’t know how they get trained? Where has customer service gone? Received order after 10 min. No thanks or sorry. Really bad service. And to top it off I didn’t get the correct food? Check before you leave.

Light on fillings and there was not enough cheesey goodness. Dropped two stars for playing Enchanted (stolen version).

Came thru drive thru today at about 2:55 a girl in a tie dye top said I was to quite and said come to the first window, I don’t understand why she was so rude to me at the window in a mood horrible customer service never coming oh and don’t get me started I’ve already contacted head quarters

Had a Lava chicken Burrito meal, and while it took a long time to get it was delicious and worth the wait.

Very first time trying taco bell and was very happy & satisfied have heard bad things about other branches so never wanted to try but this place is new & clean & they put effort into making your food. Table service is a plus & free refill drinks. Meals are decently priced. Looking forward to trying more items. The tortillas chips are addictive as well as the seasoning they put in their hot chips. I hope they keep up the quality of service.

Please put more Staff on!!! This was my first time trying Taco Bell. The service was just to slow. They were so understaffed. Food is OK and not worth the wait. Around 45 mins wait time. The toilets had terrible toilet paper dispensers. I couldn’t get paper out of two toilets.

Simple Tacos which my daughter loves and got one free taco for review and feedback too! Fast and easy. Really recommend their burrito as well and their sauces.

Had the best experience today at 16.45pm. The staff on shift were amazing, friendly and helpful. The young lady that served me was so patient with me while I struggled to decide what to have and before I knew it my order was ready. They are an absolute Boss team. Well done 👏 will 100% be back very soon .

Went there yesterday and lined up for 15 mins and walked out as the customers waiting in store told us they have been waiting for over 50 mins for their food. Felt sorry for the only 2 girls working in a drive through busy store. Seems like they were literally going to break down due to the pressure faced. Severely understaffing issue. Just to compare, drove another 10 mins to nearest GYG and they had around 7-8staff working at the busy lunch time on weekend and only took 3 mins to get my order. Hope the owner learns his lesson from this.

Unfortunate that this experience was one of the worst. 2 employees during a thrusday night is not acceptable. Wait times were over 20min in drive thru. After we stood at the counter for 10min and not one person came up to the counter. Obviously because they are grossly understaffed. Poor service taco bell we expected better 😢

Just awesome! Great price, great food. We were all so impressed with the quality and size of our meals. The staff were super friendly and the store/dining area was sparkly clean and modern. I forgot to specify a couple of things with my order but the staff just fixed everything up without any fuss. Such a great experience. Well done guys!

The girl serving at the counter was exceptionally nice and provided great service. Taco’s tasted great as well

Here i have been waiting long time for order no can respond it and staff members talk each rather than packing orders.
