Nice food fast service and light not greasy. Nice variety of salad options. Tender chicken too not dry.

Not sensitive to customer who’s been waiting for a long time. Just serves anyone. Very rude.

As I sat waiting for my coffee and banna bread I noted how many customers were obviously repeat regulars. The staff engaged them in an animated fashion, creating a fun "up" vibe without being a problem/disturbance for those already seated. Laughter, fun conversation and most importantly good coffee and cake. It is rare to get a spot in a busy shopping centre where you can get personal service with a good product. Well done Soul Origin.

We normally go to your Chermside store and recently to the garden city. Really great experience every time with the value for money. Unfortunately tried the Hyperdome one today. Very tiny portion. Even the large bowl i ordered could visibly see bowl quarter empty. Ordered chicken and roast veg salad surprisingly could not find any chicken. My wife asked for Balsamic dressing and said have none. Another staff served me and asked for Balsamic and served me the dressing. Do not lie to your customers will not return

Awsome place for coffee & an extensive menu with great selection of fresh healthy wholesome food, the BEST place to eat in the Logan Hyperdome. Excellent food & excellent service too with lovely staff. Will definitely be back! 🤗

I have been a long time customer of Soul Origin ( others stores usually not Loganholme usually ) hence why I’m at a point I’m going to leave this review. The 3 times I have purchased salads at the Loganholme store have actually been appalling.Tasteless and nothing like the actual display . I try hard to support small business and give second chances but the management of the Loganholme store I see now only care about profits not providing a service, quality and or caring about their customers. Today I went to order a beetroot , feta and walnut salad and was literally only served salad leaves despite the display being generously topped with walnuts and feta . I asked politely could I please have some of the feta and walnuts as there was none in my salad literally and the girl serving me said she ‘ would have to speak to the manager’ . She then said I would have to pay for extra topping which was actually laughable as there was only salad leaves…. The customer next to me at this point was also mortified and said there was no topping to start with only leaves and to give me a small bit. The manager at this point just turned her back and left the young girl serving looking stressed . This review is not at all a reflection on the girl that served me she was sweet and did try it was the manager who refused to answer her or myself .At this point I decided to leave and not purchase the salad as I’m not paying a bunch of salad leaves . It is deceptive to dress a salad for purchase topped with feta and walnuts then only serve leaves . These salads are not cheap and for 15 dollars y you expect alittle more than salad leaves . Do better this kind of service and greedy attitude will lose you long time customers which I can see by the reviews is already happening. Overpriced salad leaves and poor management

Friendly service and well presented food, mainly salads. The salads were a bit dry (despite the extra sauce) and therefore unsatisfactory. Located in the food court with seating available but a lot of tables seem to close to waste bins which may be practical but isn’t very appealing when you are eating your lunch.

Acai bowl....cup.... Very disappointed. For the money it just wasn't good enough. My wife got the ingredients meant for mine, instead of what she ordered. Mine had hardly anything in it except for rock hard chunks of something unidentifiable. Won't be going back

I went here to get a coffee and I’ve noticed everytime i buy my coffee here the indian lady doesn’t seems friendly, anyway I showed to indian lady the deal with a free lunch chicken salad . But i was shocked she gave me a 3 slice of chicken with salad in a half cup of small cup of coffee😂😂😂😂😆😆😆😆 . Can’t she just give the customer a decent free chicken salad in a small plate rather than in a coffee cup!!

So happy to see Soul Origin back to being tasty, after covid it had gone down a bit but now the food is back to being delicious! Very happy about that as it is one one of my favourite places to eat

Soul Origin is the best and healthiest place to eat at the Hyperdome. The breakfast options are top tier and the drinks are good too.

The soups are always run out by midday and some of the staff members look like they are being forced to work there. 8 out of 10 times, I have received poor customer service.

Really enjoyed my half Caesar salad along with their chicken and avocado salad, topped off with lime dressing. Even spread of all ingredients including plenty of leafy greens

Ordering everytime on Uber Eats and the food is always good ! Clearly one of the best restaurant, never been disappointed :) And the price are not expensive for the quality of the products. Very enjoyable!

You need to learn how to make coffee, we ordered 2 and they were the most watered down coffee I've ever had. Not sure how you get that wrong

First time trying the place, salads look amazing but ordered the chicken baguette and boy was that a waste of money. Both the bread and chicken tasted dry like cardboard and there was very little sauce to compensate the dryness. Rather go to Subway instead, and it's cheaper too.

Went here the other day, food was fine however overpriced. While waiting for my food I saw a woman working there yelling at one of her employees in front of many customers. It was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope they don’t treat all their employees like this as it’s extremely rude.

Like many others have been a long term local customer for this business. I noticed the quality of food has gradually declined since the new management took over a few years ago. Recently, the salad no longer tastes the same. I believe they have cut back on ingredients and dressing etc. But today I was very disappointed with the service provided by a young Indian lady. She looked like she couldn’t be bothered at work today and didn’t greet any of her customers. We all stood there waiting for her to shuffle her displays around, meanwhile she made no eye contact with anyone. It was about 10:30 ish, right before lunchtime. We asked if there was schnitzel wrap is in making, she said “No!” Then we asked if we could order one, she turned around looked at the kitchen briefly and said “No!”. Her tone was rude and she just stared at me without a smile or any other words. We ended up ordering a schnitzel panini, it was very unpleasant dealing with her. She clearly didn’t want to be at work today. Very disappointing. The other staffs have already been friendly and well mannered. Won’t be returning soon, the soul origin at garden city is much better.
