Since the change of owners it's not the same. Been 3 times and it hasn't tasted as good as it used to. Bases are thinner and the pizza seemed a bit greasy and lacking the usual great flavour. Ribs I got had very little meat and a lot of bones and the potatoes had no garlic butter in them which took the amazing out of them. The new owner also answered the phone while in the middle of taking an order off a lady mid sentence which I thought was very rude. It takes me 20 minutes to drive there so it's an hour long trip for me but no more. Not for this quality and service. Goodbye Joe and Tanya. The last 5 years were great. I'll try to drop into your Helensvale store some time.

This review is in two parts, First the poor customer service process. order takeaway online, came up to the counter, paid, then got told that it was coming and they will call out for me. waited and waited. i stood 1m from the door and nothing, this was at 5:00pm so the store was not busy, and 15mins had passed. then they realised i being waiting for a long time, came out with warm pizza and apologised. i would have gone in to check but they told me they will call out. Second is the Pizzas was really bad. i being coming to this Pizza store for a while and this was really bad. tasted bad for both pizza as there were premium (Satay Chicken and Tom Yum). paid $48. not sure if there are new owners or new staff. I decided to give 2 star instead of 1 because at least the staff apologised.

Needed a quick meal late Sunday afternoon, tried Sam’s again. Very nice ! Heaps of topping on our supreme, great taste and value for a family size and a garlic bread for $25 pick up. You’ve got me 👍👍

I never usually leave a review on anything but I tried sams pizza this week and it was by far one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. It was so salty in taste that me and my family threw it in the bin and went back out to buy fish and chips because we couldn’t eat it. Won’t ever get pizza here again.

Ordered Tom Yum and Pepperoni pizza. Pizza was amazing and the service was very polite and friendly. Will definitely be back...

We usually get pizzas there always great but decided to change it up and got lasagne and the cabonara the lasagne will definitely be added to our order wasn't a big fan of the cabonara was very oily

last night we ordered super supreme medium, meat lover’s medium, Butter chicken small, garlic pizza, and a garlic bread. We have ordered before from Sam pizza and it’s been great but this time it wasn’t great. Garlic pizza was burnt as and not enjoyable and the butter chicken was just chicken and pineapple.

Soooo good! soft fresh dough, lots of cheese and mountains of topping! Best Pizza ever

First time trying pizzas here, was not disappointed. Good amount of toppings, sauces were great and very reasonably priced for the sizes of the pizzas. My only piece of feedback was that the dough on the little garlic pizza that came with the deal was a little thick/dense and in turn was quite dry. Besides that i was very happy with the pizzas and will 100% be returning. I told you mate, if ya did a good job id be back lol.

The lady owner who use to do the pizza always made periperi pizza perfect almost every time. Last 2 times I've bought pizza is just not the same with the new guys. First it was drenched with oil. And now it's just too dry. Maybe staff need a retrain on making some of these pizzas again.

Been coming here for the past 6 years, Best pizza place, the young girl that is on most nights has the best service! They where busy tonight(Friday night) and it was the best pizza I have had in a long time.

This is how good pizza is meant to taste. I highly recommended the Thai (yes, Thai) pizza. The flavours in this one melt together just right. This is not just a pizza with a sprinkle of thai herbs, I would guess a Thai chef put these flavours together. Well priced, good and quick service. I must try the ribs next...keep you posted.
