If you are looking for a quiet stay away from the beach parties, this is a great location! Clean modern rooms with breakfast included. Views from the room aren't spectacular, but a quick walk to the restaurant will satisfy your selfie urges.

Good value for the price we paid. Rooms are not as pretty as in pictures, a bit old furniture, walls need some paint work. But good location and you can have breakfast with the view on ocean! OKayish breakfast, but same things every day. One thing - it is located right next to the local mosque and you'll probably be waking up at 5 am every day with morning prayer. Staff is friendly and nice!

Beds are firm, room size is ok. Location good near beachfront. Breakfast is uninspiring. The same choices daily. Not in a quiet area. Must keep aircon on all the time to keep room cool. Not really a clean hotel.

Nice, clean rooms and in good location just away from everything. However it is right next to a mosque so be prepared to wake up every morning at 5am for prayer. Also recommend skipping on the breakfast as very limited options and would get something better and cheaper outside

The hotel has a nice location, it is really close to the coast. Wonderful attention from all the staff of the hotel. The rooms are big and clean. 100% recommendable.

Views from hotel is good, location was ok. We booked deluxe villa with breakfast bt inside of room floor mat was fully damaged, bathroom shower was full damage, we tell to change that room bt they didn't, they said they don't have any empty room bt still they took new bookings. we booked one single double bed, bt they gave 2 separate single bed, even breakfast was very less amount, if they want they can maintain properly. Bt the mentor did not worked properly. We stayed for 3days bt it was terrific.

The overall feeling was "not clean and dated". It definitely needs renovation, especially the bathroom - we found worms that were coming out of the shower drain. The WiFi is basically non-existent - we were barely able to use it. However, the location is very good - close to the pier and some good restaurants (but not their restaurant). They provide boat tours if you want to book with them - we don't know how good is the service, we had everything arranged with other operators.

Horrible restaurant. Just went for dinner. They got our salad order wrong the first time and exchanged it for a new one, but it seemed they were getting back at us or something because the lettuce pieces were swimming in the salad dressing. The Ceasar salad was disgusting and when we told them they just shrugged. The shrimp curry was also bad because the shrimp and vegetables were not cooked well and absolutely tasteless. We barely ate any of the food. The meal was extremely overpriced. Most expensive and disgusting place to eat in koh phi phi.

We didn't stay at the hotel, just went there for have dinner, and I don't recommend it at all. The photos of the menu have nothing to compare with reality. We had pineapple rice and had not pineapple on it!! Just some fried rice tasteless... The other food was not good neither... Not coming back there!

Nice room, AC is a must, helpful staff. Maybe AC could have been placed in a better position since the room was still hot, but nonetheless a very good room!

Room is okay, but the bathroom is really bad - it stinks and a water is going beneath the tiles. Most of staff is kind, but waiter on the breakfast is always in bad mood (every morning there are some misunderstandings). Hotel is located close to Muslim school so every morning at 5 am I have been woken by singing. On the other hand it is located close to Center so it is a plus. If you won’t stay whole day in a hotel room it is good place for taking a nap. I except something more for this price.

Mixed feelings about the stay. I’ll do a pros and cons list: Pros: -Close to a beach -Modern room and it felt fresh -Breakfast was pretty yummy (although not much to chose from) -Good price in comparison to other hotels on Phi phi Cons: -Mosque next door that is very loud -Beds were rock hard. My partner had back pains for days - Many common necessities were missing like hand towels, shampoo/conditioner, daily cleaning etc. - The owner/staff were rude. They did not make the stay enjoyable. The service was severely lacking. We saw that they advertised snorkeling trips that we were interested in but after experiencing their costumer service we chose to book with someone else. If you wanted clean towels you had to ask, if tou wanted cleaning you had to ask etc. i don’t want to have to ask for such things.

Room was clean and tidy. Great service and the location was really convenient. For the price I really recommend it!
