Dr.Pierre-Louis Roubelat constantly strengthens my interest and confidence in the clinic credit to his expertise and mature techniques. It's my first aesthetic medicine trail clinic and since the moment I have discovered this clinic I become a loyal customer lol...on the way to experience all services. Today (1 March 2023) I did my first Thermage for my eyes, entire face and neck. Super nice, patient and sweet Clara, under the direction of Dr. Pierre-Louis, applied the treatment for 3 hours. I'm impressed by her skills in terms of technical level and communication style. There were few moments part of applied zones, with less fat and with more blood vessels, being extremely sensitive and painful, she tried her best to apply more gels for me, find some topics to discuss with me to distract my attention, and comfort me with pauses and changes. I went to many beauty institutes in Paris and this one is the most comfortable one I met. I knew this institute through my friends Wechat circle which Miss Qianyao posted the ads. I talked to her, she was very patient and explained the beauty programs, then I decided to visit this Institute. After visited this institute, I was very impressed with the their reception service, especially with Miss Senjo. During the time she accompanied me to wait for the doctor, we had a very enjoyable communication about my needs. In the other institutes, I wait for the doctor very lonely and I didn’t feel I was cared. But in here, I feel I can trust them. And the fact is, I am really right. When I met my doctor Dr. Chahinez, she gave me a lot of suggestions about my skin. My past aim was Gold RF, then after we do a face test, she told me Picoway is more suitable for me. I feel she is super knowledgeable and I trust her, so I decided to do a Picoway. During my treatment, Dr. Chahinez was very gentle and responsible, Senjo also followed us, I feel I have a sis around. They are a good team ! After the treatment, The doctors gave me a card which written the details and parameters of my treatment, it was so great ! I will continue my program in this Institute. I hope I can see Dr. Chahinez and Senjo soon. By the way, when I go back my home, I also received the care from Qianyao's wechat. I love this institute! I believe that institute is most professional one in my experience.

All of the facialists are amazing and Doctor Roubelat is an Artist. Even all the staff are so friendly and professional, for example, Chama who is so sweet and attentive. I come out looking 10 years younger every time 🤣. Thank you Cible staff!

Very bad experience. I have paid 700 euros in cash to have a swelling face! They did not want to use numbing cream for the pain of at least 6 injection under each eyes. I went for my cheeks and they almost forced me to do injections under the eyes instead. When getting back to them the next day they says it's normal and it last for a year to have swelling (thanks to Covid), they said nothing they can do really. But they ask me to remove my bad review and nothing!? And at least my money could be refunded but nothing. I am surprised that there are still running (there is still Covid) they changed name and telephone number. So I would like to get my money back !

I did the skin diagnostic and was recommended the Booster Care protocol. I loved it! I feel my skin so fresh and I now know what it truly needs to be healthier in the future. Everything was very well explained and the staff is super nice and friendly. Totally recommend it!

The new center is so elegant and professional! I had two skin treatments and my skin has started to improve! I am planning to continue the course and hopefully get a better complexion. My friend recommended this skin hospital to me, and the service is really nice here. After doing the treatment for my face, especially helped me to clean the pimples, I feel much more better. I started with their anti-aging injection, the doctors and assistants are all very kind and patient, they took the time to answer ALL my questions and concerns (there were a lot) and walk me through the entire process; including what I should and shouldn’t do post treatment. He is professional and patient. I'm also very thankful to Julie for accompanying me all the time and translated for me. I'll go again if I come back to Paris again.

I was very nervous at the time when I needed to draw blood for a PRP project, but I didn't expect that process turned out to be like kissed by a mosquito. 😄There is no pain at all. She is really good. I also want to thank my consultant, she is very professional and very attentive. Very good experience.
