Great atmosphere. Good and friendly receptionists. Well equiped conference room. Refreshments too were tasty. I particularly like the surrounding and natural likeness, large parking space and the pool area. Awesome.

The rooms are decent enough and quite bigger than most of the ibis hotels I've stayed. The food isn't the best though, not enough to choose from the dinner buffet. I guess there isn't much food options in Togo as there are in the other West African countries like Ghana and Nigeria... However, What I love about the place is the pool and the great sea view. Awesome stuff.

A relic of another time. It's a beautiful reminder of the optimism of the post independence era and the subsequent decay. Located 'on the beach' (need to cross the road), the hotel remains majestic and is a landmark in Lome. However close inspection shows a decaying edifice, old infrastructure and dated designs. The staff are friendly though they have a somewhat African approach to professionalism. Their food is ok, not the best in town but their prices didn't get that memo. I would not recommend getting taxis from opposite the hotel - take a little stroll and hail a cab, save thousands of cfa.

Clean, quiet hotel. Seaside rooms offer exquisite views, great swimming pool. "Salade Du Chef" is to try at the restaurant. Staff is hospitable.

Beautiful edifice. Nice rooms, reception not bad. Kitchen staff needs to up their game. Quite room and surroundings. No entertainment you have to go out to have fun this makes the place boring you may need a company. However Great swimming pool. Loved the rest room/ washroom. Beautiful sea view from the hotel. But one has to be careful when going to the sea shores due to theft attack. French is their basic language. You may struggle a little when speaking English but you will be fine.

Situated in Aflao close to the Togo-Ghana border, this hotel has a premium ambience, sea view, great food and professional staff. You can walk to the beach just across the road to enjoy the night life in Togo and if you are very adventurous...you could just get into Ghana to experience a new environment as well.

Nice location - get ocean view rooms if you can!! Reception staff nice and courteous, breakfast not great, restaurant food even worst, hope they get a better chef.

Friendly staffs, clean environment, nice facilities and good for relaxation..

We visited the pool area, it is clear that the infrastructure is good but the maintenance is not perfect since the hotel was no managed by Ibis hotels. We asked for the prices of the rooms just for info, we found it overpriced for what it is.

All good except toilet without water supply. They have just provided tissue option which might be not comfortable for some traveller. My personal opinion

One of best beach view hotel. Rooms are small and costs $80 approx.

Needs better maintenance. I used to go there for the swimming pool but it just gets so filthy.

I feel bad to give you 2 stars, but I have to also be honest and fair. I am pretty sure other travelers make travel decisions based on facts. And please take this as positive criticism, it should help you improve your service quality. Here are the good and bad: The Good 1- people are nice and hospitable (in general Togolese are extremely nice people) 2- the portrait artist at the entrance who is always sketching is very interesting to watch, and his work is marvelous. 3- the seating area around the pool is a great place to relax The Bad (or what needs to improve) 1- When changing USD to CAD at the reception, they give you a rating (in my case 1usd to 540 CFA) but give you 100 CFA or 200 CFA short. Not a big deal, but not also a good customer service behavior. It's better to let the clients themselves decide what to tip. 2- Water dripping from the ceiling in my room. I notified them, but no one stopped by to look at it. Due to this the laminated floor is now sagging 3- Breakfast is ok, could be better. Is the scrambled egg from real egg? 4- Pool water looks yellow, May be it's clean. 5- poor WI-Fi (I can only speak at 3rd flour) 6- Would be great to at least have one English news TV channel. 7- There is no power outlet near the bed rest, there is only one and that is under the TV
