Changing rooms Always dirty Always ,no more school uniforms, never have tights for girls, 👎👎👎

Appaling customer service. The manager was more concerned with tidying clothes up than dealing with the very long queue. She sent one cashier on a break and said she would serve me as I had been waiting a long time. She did not come back. She had a very bad attitude not at all helpful, and rather hostile. Would suggest you avoid this store unless you don't mind rude staff. A very disappointing experience after having been closed for so long.

The worst staff I have ever seen, one of the staff shouted and make 7 years old girl cray. When we reported to the manager she shouted some islamophobic remark with the mum, telling the mother of the child who was wearing head scarf you’re terrorizing the store . All the mother asking was apology . We’re not saying the store is bad but we’re saying the staff and the manager have some issue with Muslim community.

Not as up to the minute as I expected from Next, limited amounts of Petite clothes available. Styles a little hackneyed, unfortunately that applies to most of the big retailers... Clean n tidy, with a full range of regular sizes on offer.

So glad Next is open its my favourite shop for clothes, homeware, furniture. Bought some slippers and beautiful dusky pink towels today and the young lady was so helpful.

I always find the staff in the shop extremely friendly and helpful. A very well managed store. It’s a shame they don’t stock any maternity clothes in this particular location.

It’s fine though can feel a bit overcrowded. Click and collect is usually very efficient.

Slow service. Unfriendly. Unhelpful and on occasion down right rude! Local info states they do Android pay...contactless...they dont! They make returns and collections a drama...too many middle aged women with bad attitudes working there... go somewhere else. Stock choice and sizes are also poor.

I cannot praise high enough the committment of one member of staff at this store. She went that extra mile and made me a very happy customer. Thank you Sandra.

I purchased a pair of shoes which were faulty after coming in store with the receipt I was declined a refund because I wore the shoes once (which is when I noticed the fault) and the person that was serving me told me “Maybe you should have worn them around the house a bit first”
