There is so much to choose from!! Few things I've collected in my travels there... Hogwarts p.j. pants, a Beauty and the Beast earcuff, some Bob Marley hemp papers and a DC Harley Quinn "PUDDIN" choker necklace. I'll definitely shop at Spencer's again!!

Excellent merchandise! However, I purchased an item for a birthday gift and they did not remove the security tag. Luckily i had looked my purchases over a second time. This could have been catastrophic if I had not noticed, because my nearly blind mother would NOT have noticed the security tag on the back of the hat and may have been arrested. I walked back to the store and they gave me a sticker for a free T-shirt...I just need 3 more! NOT SATISFIED with the level of customer service!

I was there with my girlfriend on the second of July. I normally am greeted by the sight of many pride items all year round including full sized and mini flags, clothes hats accessories ,etc... this time around however, all the pride stuff they had was in the back hidden away and much less selection than even when I was there a couple months ago and even further back. I also noticed quite a few products with USD only price tags which I have never seen before. With everything going on in our neighbouring country and a lot also happening here, I have begun to feel like I as a member of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community is no longer welcome at the store. Not to mention we were only at the store for a few minutes and we got bombarded multiple times by an employees as well as followed around the store by the employees. I used to really love Spencers but that experience has really ruined it for me

The company itself is fine. I actually enjoy the brand and company and the items that Spencers carry. HOWEVER, the staff at this location is ruthless. They follow you around and won't leave you alone. I understand you're doing your job but please, let me shop in peace. If I want help I will ask. Even this morning one of the sales associate was following this couple around as if they were going to steal. It's happened too many times.

Approached by 3 employees in the first 5 minutes of entering the store, made my friend and I super uncomfortable and anxious so we left immediately... I usually shop here all the time.

Bought a lava lamp from here and my cats have knocked it down several times without it breaking open. Tons of t-shirts that have lived LONG lives, and like 50 piercings, only had one gem pop out and they replaced it for me when I brought it back. Amazing place, long time customer, highly recommend.

Lies to my face about my free ear piercing punch card and I don't have the time to argue but I do have the time to leave a review when I'm ripped off. Apparently anything more than $18 won't qualify for the free one even tho my purchased set was $25 today

This place is the best of the best for all of the crazy things that you think you need but don't need. I have no idea how they manage loss prevention though, as everything is entirely cramped and jam packed with things. I will say the body jewelry is way over priced, alas, they have a pretty solid selection.
