Thank you all NHS team members in A&E and your hard work. I'm pretty sure you do your best to treat thousands of people from our part of the metropolis. We waited with patience few hours because we understand there's no other options. We also understand some people with pain or higher risk could pass through. I've noticed some lack of emphaty in reception but I could understand even that it this place where people keep fighting with pain and fear and bahave sometimes in terrible way. It will be great to show the love and support but property some of you lost it long time ago. It was way better when one of the doctors call our name. Thanks for the professionalism. We've been informed on every steps what's going on and what will be next. Covid, blood and urine tests, x-ray was done quickly. We know it wasn't easy to check as it needs consulting with specialist at our sons health care team. Everything was done as soon as possible. We've been discharged same day and now we can continue to support our son fighting with covid with all questions answered. His temperature keeps jumping to 40° but we know how to manage it and we are happy of his immune system working normal. Big thank you. Weel done!

I had to go to A and E for test today..although I live in SW 17 ,i fell ill going to my daughter's in Ealing, so I went here!! I thought as usual A and E will be for hours i was surprised bby tge fast treatment by the nurses and Dr.Tellah excellent services and clean too.i am glad i went t.treatment.and

Based on my experience - Monday morning, probably less busy time - Ealing Hospital dealt witm my twisted ankle very efficiently. A receptionist, nurse, then GP, X-ray and GP again all in all within 2 hours. I would say a rather reasonable time, all staff rather polite, especially GP. I left with an ankle support boot and a referral to a fracture clinic as there was a tiny chance of a broken bone not entirely visible on the picture. Still waiting to hear from them but that is not the fault of A&E here at Ealing.

These guys don’t get much appreciation or good feedback but my experience from Friday 13th night has been great. I came in straight from the airport in a lot of pain. They triaged me within a few minutes and also examined within another half hour. Pleasant, kind, attentive staff. I couldn’t ask for more. Got my medication and felt much better very quickly. Thank you!!!

four hours and the doctor didn't call me, my health got worse, the doctors are calling one person every 60 minutes

Updating earlier review .. efficient and personable medical staff. I was there a few hours but it was very busy and when I was seen all the staff were pleasant and helpful! Well done!

Receptionist rude and unexperienced the I waited 5 hrs in hospital with broken/cut nose when i have asked for my ct the idian says he doesn’t hear me i spoke louder in microphone after this guy started to SHOUT at me and everything that happened here today was unprofessional and rude. And also i am not ashamed with the reception old lady who does not know how to spell or write properly when you say your name or at least listen to what you have to say and also for a man like trhat receptionist to shout at a woman who is injured just discusted and atrocious. I have been treated by your reception staff like i was an animal. Shame on you and hope you will be treated exactly how i was. I wish to reception staff F Y And by the way for the Professional medical staff… first of all you stop the bleeding you dont let me stay with a towel on my face and wait for the best. Doctors were nice some of them

I dislocated one of my fingers badly. The hospital ensured I was seen promptly and had helped me throughout. Very satisfied and was out in under 1hr30. Thank you to the amazing and helpful staff!
