Extremely bad service!!!! I did waxing and threading. The lady with spectacles who did my waxing left a path of hot wax on my face and didn’t even remove it I observed after coming home initially I thought it was just a burning sensation after the wax but then it was swollen I tried to remove it with cleanser and it didn’t help. Really bad customer service she was busy with chatting with other customer throughout the process probably why she forgot this! It’s a really bad place! No professional approach at all! Don’t go here they will damage your skin!

Very very bad service. Came in for a threading today at around 3pm. The lady in the reception came and did the threading. Finished it in 2 minutes and said its done I felt like I have been showed off their salon because I came for a 5 pound service. That can be neglected if the work was good. I told her specially not to make it thin and just do a clean up. Now my right eye brows are just a line . The hair on the sides are left as such. When asked for a small mirror she just said “ We don't have it in the shop, so use the big ones”, which I couldn't see properly. Now I have a Chritsmas function coming up and my eye brows are a mess. Please don't hire such unfriendly staff with an attitude. You will end up loosing customers. I used to come here every month and had good service before. Just this one was pathetic!

Very bad service. Went today for brow and lip threading. The lady rushed and my eyebrows are not in shape. She wanted to finsh me off quickly. Mamanger please choose your employee safely. They will either spread your buisness or runine your buisness

Very disappointed. Had a hair cut + Bluedry .she 's supposed to style my hair after the cut so I can see the final result once the bluedry done ..but LAILA, the hairdresser just give my hair a quick dry and some hair serum wich I can do it myself at home . And charged me fo the so called bluedry. I

Myself and my sister we had eyelash extensions done last week and within 2 days it came off. Personally I think they don’t know how to put lashes just doing it for money. That lady done it less the 5 mins she was so hurry. I want to give 0 star but no choice

I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady there sat there on the phone for 10 minutes after she had me sat on the chair. She proceeded to leave hot wax on my eyebrows and go answer a phone call while the wax was burning my skin. I have never had a more rude,insensitive person do my eyebrows. I had to ask for gel as she just left to go back to the counter and asks me to pay.

No, do not use. I wanted a hair trim & blowout & booked this place last minute the day before even though the reviews on Google were bad. The staff are inexperienced & don’t have professional training, though are very accommodating & polite. It’s certainly not a hairdressers & the four women I saw in their getting either their faces or bodies waxed were not happy with the results & made comments how surprised they were that they did hair! It’s not personal, they’re advertising services they can’t provide.

I went in there today for a wax for my brows. The lady took 2 minutes and rushed it. My eyebrows do not look identical at all not one bit. My left eyebrow is now out of shape and very thinned. I'm not impressed. I wouldn't reccommend.

The 2 staff lady's that were in that day were very rude, they were making 'jokes' about what the customer was trying to explain. The staff lady said she doesn't want to hear about it when they were doing a bad job at waxing and causing pain. When customer2 came in another staff lady was laughing about customer1 with customer2

I love the fact I stumbled across this salon. Staff is so nice and polite, I go for waxing and I’m literally in and out due to their expertise and how fast they complete the wax. We always have a friendly chat, which makes the experience more pleasurable as they actually take an interest into who/how you are. Prices are really good for the area and I’m now a very loyal monthly customer!

I normally get my eyebrows threaded here and the lady is amazing. There were 2 different ladies today, and my experience today was awful. The pain was unbearable and she took off half my eyebrow. When I asked her about it, she stated that she took it off because the hair was sparce. I could've easily filled in the sparce area with a eyebrow pencil if both my eyebrows were even. My eyebrows are now 2 completely different shapes and she didn't even thread the good eyebrow properly. I am so disappointed and I still had to pay the normal price. I will definitely not recommend.

Walked in to this place feeling grateful as it was open on a Sunday, when my regular place was closed. The lady received a call before it was my turn, and continued to be on the phone in her language with earphones on throughout the whole time she was threading and waxing my face. The eyebrow shape was alright, but I couldn’t bear the pain. The waxing was brutal. I couldn’t stop the tears flowing. I asked her to stop before getting to my upper lip. I just couldn’t take it anymore. She offered to come off the phone to continue with the upper lip, completely unfazed by my tears (normal for her?). I said no, regardless she shouldn’t have been on the phone. Hard to say if she wasn’t skilled or was distracted, but I’ve sought similar services over the years, and this one will be one to remember :( I couldn’t leave the place fast enough. It states clearly that only cash for under £20. She didn’t even have change for £10. Will not recommend!

I went to glitz and glam new Malden for my waxing and very happy with results. Will definitely going back.
