Both my son and I have been loving our MamaHugz yoga classes. Triona is warm, welcoming and puts you at ease in the classes - meaning I can focus on just enjoying the sessions without worrying about my son crying, needing a feed, some time out. There’s a good mix of regular poses/ movements so we know what we’re doing but also new ones to keep things interesting. My son absolutely loves our sessions and his baby yoga time in it. I couldn’t recommend Triona and MamaHugz more!

I started MamaHugz Yoga when I was 12 weeks pregnant and it was my first experience of being in a space to talk about my pregnancy with other pregnant women. I’ve just signed up for my next 6 week course. It was so welcoming from day 1 and as well as feeling physically great after a session, I also felt a real connection to my baby. I’ve met some lovely people and the sessions are so calming. Thank you Triona!

I’ve been going to Mama Hugz pregnancy yoga classes since I was ~14 weeks pregnant (following a recommendation from my doula), and it has become the highlight of my week. Triona’s classes are friendly and accessible, and the varied breathing / relaxation exercises and yoga postures have really have helped me to manage some of the natural anxieties I’ve had as a first time mum-to-be. I always feel physical and mentally better once I’ve been to one of Triona’s classes (I sleep better too!) and they provide such invaluable time to focus on me and my baby. I would highly recommend Triona’s pregnancy yoga!

My baby and I love these classes with TrĂona! There's a great mix of stretching and yoga for the mum & baby. My baby loves watching me and being with all the other babies in the class, then always sleeps at the end, which means I can normally go for lunch/coffee afterwards - exactly what you want from a mum & baby class! TrĂona also encourages community in her classes and arranges regular meet ups outside of class.

I could not recommend mamahugzyoga more! Triona is such a wonderful teacher. Everything is thought of - Such good energy in every class and I am so glad I found her ❤️ The first time I properly connected with my bump was in this yoga class and I found the experience so beautiful and exactly want I was longing for. I look forward to every class each week. I encourage all mums to be to experience this and I promise you won’t turn back x

I have been attending MamaHugz prenatal yoga throughout my second and third trimester. I look forward every week to the gentle and relaxing classes and as my pregnancy has progressed I have felt more and more benefit from the poses and particularly enjoy the opportunity at the end of each class, to relax and reflect with my baby. The classes are so friendly and positive and I look forward to attending the mum and baby yoga when our baby arrives

Amazing pregnancy yoga. So nice to carve out time to be at one with your baby in a calm environment. I also love how she gets you moving and prepared for breathe work for birth! A must do class for expecting mum's!

Really great for pregnancy preparation! I joined Triona's pregnancy yoga classes around 34th week and I wish I did it earlier. After the class I felt very relaxed, calm and focused on my baby and myself. There is a great balance of yoga poses, stretching, meditation, breathing techniques. Every small detail in the class including aroma oils, playlist, lightning is thoroughly prepared by Triona, which creates amazing atmosphere for pregnancy preparation! Highly recommend the course for pregnancy preparation and relaxation and Triona as yoga teacher!

I’ve been to pregnancy yoga with Triona while we were both pregnant with our girls and now I’m loving tired mamas yoga on Monday evenings. Triona is a wonderful teacher and caters to all of us in the class. They are just the right amount of wonderful poses and stretches balanced with meditation at the end. She spoils us with beautiful oils throughout the class and relaxing music to set us all up for the week! Thank you for doing this class for us x

The best!! I have done both private sessions and group sessions with Triona and would recommend to any pregnant mama. Triona is so welcoming and the sessions are more than just yoga, it’s a chance to learn about hypnobirthing, connect with your baby and just having time to really relax. It’s also a great way to meet other mums. Highly recommend! I never enjoyed yoga until going to these classes Xx

I joined these classes around 32 weeks and just loved them. Wish I’d joined a little earlier as they really coincided with me finally starting to enjoy pregnancy. Physically I started feeling much better with the movement they gave me and my connection with my bump definitely grew. The group is lovely and Triona is a wonderful supportive teacher who really cares. I would highly recommend and look forward to joining the baby classes now babe has rocked up.

We have absolutely loved the yoga sessions at MamaHugz Yoga. Triona puts a lot of effort in planning lessons, introducing the children to yoga practise, whilst also incorporating different elements, such as props, story books, art and emotional development. My daughter has enjoyed the lessons so much and it has been a pleasure to attend. It has also reignited my own love of yoga. I highly reccomend MamaHugs Yoga!

This is a great class for all stages of pregnancy, to build strength and help prepare your body and mind for labour. Triona is great at tailoring moves to individuals body requirements during pregnancy. I really enjoyed these sessions

đź‘Ťđź‘Ť This was one of the best days ever. I am really sad about all the bad reviews as I had a great time. When we first got there we were told to take shoes off and leave all our stuff (aside from phones and water bottles). There was plenty of space and plenty of yoga mats. The whole session was an hour...

👍👍 Frenchies! Basically it’s 25 minutes of yoga before sitting in a circle with 35 minutes of puppy heaven. They say they tried doing yoga and puppies at the same time in the past, but that was chaotic. Yoga teacher is actually very good. It’s short but I think they hired a proper teacher who did her...
