Not only did I have to wait 15 minutes this morning at 7.30am for my double egg sausage McMuffin (without the muffin) but this is what I got - two cold sausage patties with a slapped on piece of cheese and where is the egg that I paid for? The staff are friendly but totally inept at customer service and take no pride in their jobs or the food industry sector. The management at this branch should take their feedback seriously and do management training learning how to operate a business efficiently with quality control at the forefront of what they do. Terrible will be going back and making a complaint directly.

Horrible service. I ordered a very simple, medium fries and a large Oreo ice-cream, should only take maximum 15 minutes. Instead took 1 hour, the first problem is the machine I ordered from never gave me the receipt for my order so I saw it as 26 because that's what was displayed on the screen, I waited, I didn't hear it be called out, 30 minutes pass still nothing so I go up and ask and they say it's not my order. So I ask again and it takes another 20 minutes to prepare my food and another 10 to even give it to me, the person that was dealing with my order was extremely rude and not understanding. Horrible experience.

Honestly don't know how this McDonald's has been so bad for so long. Sat in the drive thru queue for over half an hour.. AGAIN. and the food is always below average for a McDonald's, fries are always either really over done or under cooked. Also don't bother customising an order, it'll be ignored. Management needs to step in and sort this one out

the food was cold, chips were stale and undercooked. the wrap was not the best and badly put together. the lady behind was also very rude. she decided to throw the sauce and me and she walked off. if i could give zero stars, i would. i never write bad reviews but this had to be done. never coming back

Ordered via ubereats. Was meant to be priority(within 30min), which I paid extra for. Came 45 mins later. Chips half portions Mctasty with bacon 1 streaky piece No sauces, no nuggets for kids. No toys or boxes for kids. No fresh orange for kids and no alternative sent. Everything cold, had to microwave. Stone cold HOT chocolate and half measures.

Never been to a more incompetent restaurant in my life. So lucky I live 2mins away! Avoid if you want warm/hot food within an hour.

Have been to this McDonalds on several occasions and never had anything more than mediocre service, even by McDonald's standards. The 2 most recent trips involved waiting 20 minutes for a luke warm latte, and being told by staff to wait as the computer system crashed. All well and good, if other customers weren't being served their food while I was waiting. The most recent trip was waiting 25 minutes for 2 meals that came accompanied by cold fries and a missing burger. I don't expect much from McDonald's but hot food in a reasonable time frame is expected. Won't return.

I have lived in Sydenham for 4 years now. And this McDonald’s pretty much always has bad customer service. Most of the time deliveries get prioritised but when people come in and order it takes around 45 minutes for a small order. This is the worst McDonald’s branch I’ve ever come a-crossed! Some of the people on the front-line have been very rude. Also, I haven’t seen this guy in a while but there is what I could call a “jokeman manager” who instead helps with the orders especially when needed, he talks to customers who already have their food (dining in) clownish behaviour in my opinion. I have placed a order 68 minutes ago, and it is still being prepared. I feel very bad for the courier that is still waiting and needs to deliver my order to my home. Very poor service. Fix up. Employ more staff, put more staff on when needed at busy times. And get new managers, ones that are not rude and care about giving good customer service. I ordered a breakfast menu and McDonald’s should now be cooking the lunch menu. This is obviously a problem.

The selection is mainly tasty, good fast food. Service from the staff is in the main good. The place is extremely busy and there can sometimes be delay to the preparation of food but that is usual for this type of place. I would recommend this place.

As I am on the road, I use McDonald's on regular basis, so I know the Mac Standards.. However this place no where close.. Must improve the food preparation quality.. Ordered Caramel latte but just received normal latte..! Ordered a Sweet chili chicken wrap, badly wraped..! And please McDonald's, heat up your hot drinks little more, its not hot coffe if its in room temperature..! We dont want too hot so its gives 3rd degree burn to old lady, but we also dont want roim temperature hot drinks.. Figure it out..

Stay far from this Place. Customer service is the worst by far. Food standards is terrible. Head office really needs to get on to them. I have honestly never had such a poor experience! They bring McDonald’s standard right down!

Beautiful, very well maintained park. Originated from a previous stately home. Strongly suggested for families, picnics, exercise, just visiting nature. Shops, arts, speciality coffee's, bar for nice drinks in the summer evenings are things to do, visit or sample.

The worst McDonalds I have ever been to globally. Service is atrocious. Seems to be focused on getting the Deliveroo drivers sorted. Staff unmotivated and generally sloth like. No apparent management. Tables are left dirty. If took about 13 mins from ordering to actually getting served. I can't believe McDonald's has got this bad..

Food - Normal Mcdonalds quality Service - Service seem better than most. Ordered via self service but as usual the machine did not print receipt. One of the staff cane up without us even raising the issue, took us to the till and printed a receipt out all with a big smile on his face. Atmosphere- Restaurant is cleaner than most. Only downside is that there are so many birds in the outdoor area waiting to either mug you of a fry or stare deep into your soul until you throw them some, then an army of birds decends on you. This is hardly the restaurant's fault though. Nature, I'm looking in your direction! 🤨

The manager Zoe is awesome. So helpful and friendly The latte was the best not tight on the cream like other branches.made from her personally. Cheers

This is one of the worst Mcdonald. They serve cold food , chips burger against food safety policy. The food sgency needs to visit this branch before they cause people to be sick. The chicken salad I was served had rotten vegetables, tomatoes almost gone , this is so bad. They are sp3nd tome to serve rubbish food. Food safety is zero. I had to return the food without waiting to get a refund or another because I ate the burger and already had stomach upset.

Popped in whilst shopping to enjoy quick snack & drink. Whilst busy service was quickly delivered so did not experience big delay to our afternoon.🍴👍🙂

Burger was okay but was a bit dry and burnt and the chips were great,salted and hot. It was really festive.Finally one of the workers (Brian) was really kind and helpful and he was in such a nice mood. This has led me to believe that this gets an overall rating of 4 stars.
