The worst GP I've ever had .....anytime i go there they don't know how to finish u quick and get you out fast fast and they don't lisent to us they speak over you and specially the women from upstairs room she is very miserable women her name is sujata Krishnapa ....feels like one smile would cost her her life ....she is very cold .....and there is more .....I won't recommend this GP

Absolute disgrace of a practice. First and foremost, remember why you went through medical school Dr Gupta, it was for the primary care of your patient, not the sake of a short timetable. To ask a physically impaired person to make journeys to pick up medicine, whilst it will only take additional paperwork for you, is, not only unethical, but immoral to the core. Remember, that; without patients, you are just a grown-up playing with expensive toys. Take a look at all the negative reviews, take it on board, sort the Practice out, or retire, if you hate your job so much, but don't neglect the oath you swore. Despicable. Should be ashamed, at your age as well.

I am really surprised that this surgery got 5 stars maybe fake reviews. Dr chiber or whatever the name is got no manners I don't think she is actually a legit doctor, always in PJs and discussing patient info in the reception area, no privacy. The reception staff are being replaced every other week, reception is a mess. Dr Gupta is always high like he is smoking or something ,very slow to respond and not really bothered. It's like a 3rd world country there. I really hope that officials take some sort of action against this surgery because all they are doing is making money.

Apparently they are the clinical staff of the surgery, lack of compassion, lack of knowledge how to deal with patients. Very rude behaviour, no kindness. They need training strongly believe, Iwish some high official read these comments and ask Dr Gupta what kind of staff they are hiring. I had no mask with me niether I had money they are so inhuman they sent me to the shops to buy the mask. I can understand that it was my fault I should bring mask with me, I was attending surgery after very long even if you go hospitals they provide you masks,but there humanity level has gone so low that they were sending a patient home and to the shops to buy mask you are running a surgery you can give a mask to patient not a big deal. Where is your kindness gone… Shame on you Dr Gupta and Partners. I went to Nando’s to get a mask then, I believe a food retail is better on humanity then those rude thugs…

I am new patient here and I am very satisfied at the start. Receptionists are very caring and look after the patients polite and respectful towards patients and public, they deserve more rating then 5*. I been to so many surgeries and receptionists were always worst which put me off always. I have not seen any Dr yet cause did not need but today I have telephone appointment and finger cross will have good one.

Worse GP in the whole world ,please Close this Joke ! Receptionists think that we are living in their 3rd world , its like we are disturbing them . Retarded bunch of jokes

I would like to thank Dr Krishna with all her dealings with my mum she is professional, friendly and helpful making sure my mums course of treatment continues. Most importantly she takes the time to explain to my mum which is so important as she is elderly. I would also like to thank on behalf of my mum all the help the surgery, Dr Krishna and Dr Chibber provide. It is reassuring to know her medical needs are being looked after.

I have been with the Surgery since 7 years now and the journey has been amazing. The surgery has evolved over years and walking with the technology.Their online appointment booking is really easy and fast. The team of doctors are really good as they listen and follow up the case quickly.Highly recommend.
