I liked the service in the restaurant, at first the staff were really nice and friendly, the food was really delicious, the portion size was just enough for person. The only thing that I didn't like is the way they prepared the shrimp, I felt it should have been processed in a better way. They only accept cards ( no cash on here ) No parking avaliable here. Still a recommend place for Italian food lovers

A nice pleasant experience. Restaurant was rather quiet for a usually busy period. Food is pricey but you'd expect that in central London. It was delivered promptly and tasted lovely, but my calzone did taste rather bland. Apart from that the starters and other main were fantastico :) the ice cream dessert was rather disappointing, it tasted like something you'd buy from farmfoods but 4x's the price.

Food was delicious but expensive for what it was. I had to find the waiter to take our order. Then to be told to pay the bill on the App. The bill had a service charge on it and I was unsure what we had to pay this for as all the waiter did was pass the food from the kitchen to the table, did not speak to us, took our order and that was it. Therefore asked to remove this. We were then asked why. I am on the understanding this is optional? With the current financial climate, I am unsure why we were asked this.

Prezzo for many years has been our Italian spot. The past year the menu has changed a lot, the price has increased massively but what I cannot get my head round is the quality of food that has dropped drastically. I always order the spaghetti with prawns and change the spaghetti to penne. Today I was told they cannot do penne anymore but have rigatoni. Once my pasta arrived, the sauce was watery, had no flavour and the prawns tasted like they were added just before bringing the dish out. The kids ordered the kids 3 course meal but now the drinks are not included as they were historically. Both my kids complained their pizza did not taste like it used to. Service.. the personal touch has gone but you still get charged an obligatory 10% service charge which we always pay. When you are spending close to £100 on lunch for two adults and two young kids you expect good tasty food, good service but this brand.. franchise you want to call it has totally gone downhill. The last two visits have been so bad. If the price increase reflects well with the food and service I have no problem. But it does not.. Prezzo.. you are done.

Waiter not polite, service slow, asked for a chicken Alfredo, my place took 20 minutes to arrive and that’s no chicken on it. Like, 2 small pieces, very small, I asked the server, he said it’s what it’s. Not recommend

I chose this place as I had a Blue light card discount fir my bill. Arrived at the restaurant with my friends and was told the discount was only at Victoris station branch. The T&C on the BLC website does not mention specific restaurants, not even days of the week and times. I got really disappointed, but as it was near our theatre, we dinned there. We ordered a wine that was great and the pizza was very tasty. The staff was friendly and the ace was quite comfy. My suggestion for Prezzo is to make it clear on their offers on BLC, tastecard, Gourmet Society which restaurants are not included on the discount scheme.

Amazing! Service and food excellent. The manager greeted us by the door and showed us to our table. She was so kind and helpful , just as the rest of the staff. Food was super and the ice cream was perfect. Will be back definitely

I ordered a large pizza which was the mushroom mascarpone which cost a whopping £19.25. If there’s one thing I hate about most Italian restaurants it is they make some of the cheapest food and charge massive prices. In this case very little topping. mushrooms and tomato paste. How much does more peppers and mushrooms cost? A large pizza full of just dough. I make pizza all the time and it’s better. If customers are paying twenty pounds for a pizza at least have the decency of adding more topping. You want more it costs £2.50 extra for each topping. Also £3 extra for large pizza? How much does tomato, olives, anchovies, capers, mushrooms actually cost? We’re talking pennies. Pizza end pasta are the cheapest dishes. Large pizza here just means more dough but the size is the same as standard and just shaped differently. They know all the tricks to make more money. Every pizza on menu comes with the minimum amount of toppings. None appealed to me. When I asked for the bill the waiter asked me to pay by scanning a code but I did not have my personal phone. You’re not busy so next time just get the card system please. What am I paying a service charge if I have to do everything myself? I was disappointed and won’t be visiting again any time soon. Much better places in the area. I eat often so I know all the good places and thought I’d give this place a try but too expensive for what you get.

Quick lunch with a family, with kod menu as on the photos, pizza and bruschetta excellent, same as fried mozarella, spaghetti could do with a bit more spices to add taste, but kids likes it. Very nice location nearby Piccadilly, but in a quiet street, in a shadow.

The portion sizes are ridiculous. Genuinely, that's the first time I've left a restaurant feeling hungry in a long time. The food itself wasn't bad but for £18 per portion, it was incredibly lacking. Probably all part of their tactic to flog drinks and desserts. We were a group of 12. Whilst the staff did their best to accommodate such a large group, at times, it felt as if they were understaffed. It was difficult to tell whether this was the case. For the most part, I think they tried their hardest and were very efficient. Well, I suppose this is what you get from a big chain. Overall, an overpriced, lack lustre experience. Well done to the staff but they're up against it when they're having to serve plates of mediocre food. There are a myriad of Italian restaurants in London serving fresher, more exciting food than this. They don't skimp on portions and will give you a much better experience.

Me and my children had the pleasure of eating at this very friendly restaurant.the staff where all very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was to much trouble. Had a very good range of food as I have celiac disease so can't have wheat and gluten. Will definitely go and eat there again and recommend to my family and friends.

Really disappointed with the food and the cost. £6.50 for the smallest garlic bread which lacked taste or texture. My salmon salad looked like a child has assembled it. Poor I know it’s London prices but the food should be better.

The food was mid, definitely not worth it’s price. The focaccia didn’t have tomatoes that were written on the menu. The orzo salad was disgusting. The mixed salad looks like it’s store bought and badly cut vegetables.

Terrible food, do avoid, it is almost poisonous. But the service is good and friendly. Change the chef maybe?

Decent Italian food, nice staff. 10% service charge is very good and I hope it really goes to the staff.

Definitely worth recommending. Nice staff, fairly relaxed atmosphere (for a busy lunch time) and the food was really yummy. The children loved the carbonara! We also ordered 2 lunch pizzas and the portion size was just perfect. Leaving this review mainly for myself, to remember it's a good lunch spot when we're in the neighborhood again :) thank you!

Booked a table for 2 at 5.30pm on a Saturday. Expected it to be busy given the time and location but it wasn't full and we were seated immediately with menus already on the table. 15 minutes passed and no body had been to see us. I managed to flag down a waiter who took our order. Another 10 minutes passed before our drinks arrived (2 glasses of wine). As for the food, the Posh Pepperoni pizza was really good, nice thick pieces of meat, fresh prosciutto and rocket and a few fiery peppers. The 3 meat calzone was a real disappointment. I barely noticed the meat, loads of cheese which in the middle hadn't melted and some barely warm tomato sauce to pour over. Others around seemed to enjoy what they had but for us it was a big miss.

Nice atmosphere in this place. The food came quickly and hot. The stuff is friendly. We came in spontaneously before leaving the town so we had some luggage and it was totally fine. We got a table without any waiting time. Recommend this place for a nice lunch.

I dined here a few days ago. This is such a wonderful restaurant. The staff are all enthusiastic and are always smiling. I noticed when I looked around that the manager is very hands on and the staff respect her for that. The food was delicious and a very good size portion. I left feeling satisfied and had a smile on my face. Thank you.

When we arrived we were approached by a lovely waitress and was promptly shown to our table. My husband and I ordered a pizza each and garlic bread. It was delicious especially the balsamic and cheese garlic bread. The service was wonderful and the waitress was brilliant. Although this is part of a chain of restaurants, it felt independent and intimate. It was a lovely evening.

Nice staff and good location. Bad food. The ravioli felt very industrial. The rest of the dishes were below average

Handy for many Theatres, but gets busy. Whilst we were there they were turning people away. They will reserve a certain number of tables, but leave some for 'pot luck' diners. Food itself was good, my pasta portion looked a bit small, but did the job. My chosen sweet and beer option were not available, hence the missing star.

We had a lovely meal here on Thursday evening. Really friendly staff with good sense of humour. The food was fantastic and did not take long at all to arrive at our table! Would recommend and visit again when in London.
